I'm jumping from rooftop to rooftop searching for the villain. It's at night, so it's much harder to see. It also wouldn't matter because this asshole is invisible of all things.

I jump onto Marinette's balcony to get a better scope of things and maybe see if they left a path of destruction, but the city is untouched as if there wasn't a fight in the first place. 'What's their plan? They need to get Ladybug and Chat Noir's attention, but they're moving as if they don't want anybody to see. It was a miracle they passed by my window, and they're not entirely invisible it's like water when they're in front of an object. If they stand still long enough, they completely blend in.

I finally spot a little blur moving towards the Eiffel Tower and make my way to it, landing on the highest balcony, seeing if I can spot them again.

"Finally." They whisper in my ear. Making me jump backward into a fighting stance.

"Where are you? What do you want?" I'm looking around trying to spot them, but they might be standing still.

"I should ask you the same. Where are you? I'm sure your parents have noticed how different their daughter is. Maybe they're interrogating your other half? Trying to figure out where their precious little girl went and who replaced her with an exact lookalike. You don't belong here. You never did. I'm here to fix that." They become visable and step towards me not fully within arms reach. They have an all black suit, a hood covering their entire face, only being able to see the glint in their eyes.

"You're crazy. My parents would never interrogate someone, especially one that looks like me! If they have noticed anything, why haven't my parents here noticed anything? Also, how do you know about my situation? I didn't say or do anything to give that away." I refuse to take my eyes off them.

"Wouldn't you like to know. Hawkmoth knows. He's the reason you're here. He brought you here to distract Ladybug and Chat Noir and have their focus being on you and how you got here, why you're here. No matter what they do while interacting with you, it is a way to keep them away from Hawkmoth's big plan. While they're distracted trying to figure out how to get you home or how you got here in the first place, he's working behind the scenes on his master plan to finally be rid of them."

"They don't even know about me. They just met me. How is that gonna distract them from their normal duties? This doesn't make any sense. Why would he bring me here? There has to be a different reason. If that was the case, why not just pick anybody? Someone they know that they would almost immediately notice a difference."

"They'll both grow infatuated with you. You share qualities that both Ladybug and Chat Noir will undeniably be pulled towards. Both platonically and romantically. It'll confuse them. With time, they will want to be around you more and more until they nearly forget about their heroic duties. That's when Hawkmoth will start-"

My alarm clock blares at me, waking me from my slumber. "Well, that's not a dream I was hoping to remember, let alone make some sense." I look out my window to see birds pass, and I start getting ready for school.

As I'm walking towards the school, my mind is elsewhere. 'That dream felt too weirdly realistic. Like a message. Maybe Hawkmoth did bring me here. It honestly would make sense. I would be a good distraction if what they said is true. If out of anyone, I would be the person to be able to distract both of them instead of getting a bunch of villains or their friends to which wouldn't work cause nothing distracts them so they would need something different to really distract them. Either way, I definitely have to be careful around them. I don't want to be the reason that Hawkmoth wins.'

I make it to class and see the usual squad in their seats, and I sit behind Marinette and Alya. 'Definitely gonna start by not breaking up their usual patterns, I gotta blend in as much as possible.'

"THERE YOU ARE!" Chloe bursts through the door. 'Oh god, I almost forgot.' She slams a hand on my desk. "Alright, Missy! Tell me what you know!"

"I know that spray tan can cause cell damage speeding up the aging process. In fact, I think I'm starting to see some wrinkles. You should get that checked out." I smile at her.

She checks her face. "That's not what I mean! You know-"

"Ms. Bourgeois, please take your seat. I have an announcement." Mrs. Bustier says, and Chloe begrudgingly plops into her seat, arms crossed.

"Now, students, your principal, and Mr. Kubdel is here to help make the announcement as it involves his daughter and your friend Alix. Mr. Kubdel." She gestures to him.

He stands in between Mrs. Bustier and the principal. 'Ohmygod, I remember this' He clears his throat. "Ladybug has authorized me to say that my daughter Alix has been chosen to be Bunnyx. She will be traveling back in time to protect her miraculous, and she will return once Monarch is defeated." I internally squeal, but keep my composure. 'FINALLY, a familiar moment! I could cry. I think being in between episodes confused me. At least now I know this is the beginning of season 5.'

The principal and Alix' father leave as everyone is discussing the situation. Mrs. Bustier catches everyones attention, and we begin class.

After school and avoiding Chloe like the plague, I start heading home. 'So Alix is Bunnyx now, so there shouldn't be another akuma attack for a few weeks, which is both good and bad. Maybe I could tell Chat Noir this, it would help them prepare, but how do I explain that for a few weeks, nothing will happen, but then a huge akuma attack will happen eventually. Why me? Why do I have to be the only person in the entire universe who somehow either has to help or distract. I don't know my purpose here.' I stop in front of my house. 'Well, that was quick. I thought I'd have a little more pondering time.'

I make my way inside and to my room, face planting on my bed after this long ass day. I turn my head and see my bag of sweets from yesterday. "Oh! My experiments! Thank you, Tom Dupain, for your masterful skills and brain." I pop one that's shaped like a pretzel and covered in a multicolored icing. Only it's not a pretzel but a mini cake that is salty, sweet, and tastes like a gooey butter cake that sends chills down my spine. "Oh man~ Marinette, if Adrien doesn't marry you first, I will." I say, still chewing on the treat.

My phone chimes, and I look to see a text from Adrien but it's him giving me Marinette's number explaining she wanted to give it to me at school today but I left so quickly she didn't get a chance to. I thank him and text Marinette.

'Hey! I'm sorry I left quickly, I've been dodging Chloe all day. I didn't want to catch her at the end. Otherwise, I'd be trapped for who knows how long.'

'No worries! :) I did the same thing on my first day it seems to be the way Chloe greets new students lol'

'lol seems to be. What did you want my number for?'

'Oh, nothing really, I just figured we shouldn't text through Adrien. I also wanted to check in with you to see how you're feeling with this whole Monarch situation.'

'Gurl, you have no idea. For the most part, I'm totally fine. I have more faith in Ladybug and Chat Noir than a Moth, but I just don't know if I can help or what to do really. The secrets I know don't just involve the students at our school.'

'What do you mean? Do you know something that can help?'

'Maybe, I said before my info might be incorrect, but something happened today that both excites me and confuses me on my whole situation. I feel like I can predict something and it either happens or it happens differently than how I said it would or it's something completely unexpected or it's completely unrelated or unchanging and I'm just honestly driving myself mad trying to make sense of it all.'

'Haha, I can't speak for predicting the future, but whenever I find myself overthinking, I just throw myself into sketching a design or making a little hat or something to help me channel these feelings.'

'I think I'm gonna try that thanks :)'

'Anytime ^-^'

I love Marinette, she's so cool. I look around my room, and I find journals, pencils, pens, markers, and even a little paint. "Alright, I guess I'll start drawing." I pick up a journal and a pencil and begin making little doodles on one page, a figure sketch of a pose, but erase it cause it looked dumb. I turn to a blank page and think of what to draw.

I start with drawing a butterfly in the top left corner and another figure pose of a person reaching towards it. Without thinking, I start drawing cat ears on the head, and it snaps me back into reality. "Good grief, maybe I do think about him too much." I put down my journal and look outside my window watching the sunset.

A pair of green eyes jumped down in front of me, and I stumbled backward. "JESUS CHRIST!" He laughs as he comes into the room. "WARN A LADY WILL YOU?"

"Hey, I would've knocked, but you were right there!" He chuckles.

"Why are you here?" I sit on my bed. "Did something happen with the girl you like?"

"No, nothing like that. I haven't done anything yet. I was on my nightly patrol and wanted to check in with you about how you're feeling with the Monarch situation." His eyes glance down at my cat paw necklace, and he smiles.

"You too? Marinette texted me earlier, asking me the same thing. I said I was mostly fine, I trust that you and Ladybug will pull through. My concern is the secrets I have. Don't just involve the students at the school. I don't know if what I know will help or not, it's like I can predict something will happen and it either does but it's different or it happens exactly as I remember or it's something completely unexpected. So there's some stuff I know for a fact that won't change and others that don't, or I have no idea if they'll even happen or what. She said to try and channel these feelings into art, like she starts sketching a design or making something. All I could find were old journals and some pencils n such. Even drawing doesn't help my mind seem to just want to torture me."

He stays silent for a moment. "Why don't you try telling me what you know? Not about everything, but the thing you think will help with Monarch. It might help, and I can relay it to Ladybug and see what she thinks."

"No way, I'll sound crazy. What if by me telling you it changes the thing from happening and it would've been pointless to share?"

"I think it's worse to keep something that could potentially save lives a secret." He raises his eyebrows.

"But what if that's what kills them? The butterfly effect? It would stop them from dying, but it caused more lives to be taken in exchange, or it prevented their death then, but then like the next day, they're about to die again."

"I think it's worth the risk, when we're talking about Monarch, if it's something we can prepare for to help us, then there's no harm in coming prepared for a situation and then it happens differently. I'm a superhero. I have to think on the spot all the time. If what you tell me changes the outcome for what you thought would happen, it won't be for me. I'll just have to think quickly on my feet again, but at least I came prepared." He smiles. "You know you'd make a great Bunnyx. She has to think of these kinds of things a lot, now more than ever since she's practically full-time now."

I laugh slightly at his remark. "You know what, you're right." I take a breath. "I'm thinking that Monarch is gonna back off for a while, I'm talking weeks of no akuma attacks, then he'll summon a big attack with an extremely fast person. You're the only one who can destroy it, with Ladybug, of course. You two work together to figure out how to trap them and you cataclysm the akumatized object. I'm not sharing more details cause I don't want to risk any outcomes, but I know you and Lady always win, even if it seems impossible. There's just this feeling I can't shake that maybe something is gonna happen and it's gonna be my fault either because I said something or because I didn't, and this is why I started drawing. I'm driving myself mad with the possibilities and outcomes, I just wish I didn't know anything, but then I think that I wouldn't be here if I didn't." I lay down with my hands over my face, rubbing my head slightly.

He sits down on the bed. "Okay, well, then I'll start training on moving quicker, and I'll do it with Ladybug so that we're faster than ever before. Easy."

"Sounds good to me. It wouldn't change much if you guys were faster. It actually might end the battle quicker." I stare at the ceiling. "Tell me about your day, I don't want to think about this stuff anymore."

He chuckles. "You're probably right." He stretches with his arms up, and the suit hides nothing. I look up, and his gaze catches mine. I look away, and he smirks before putting his arms down. "Well, the big project with my father went well, I went into this machine that scanned my body for this AI thing. I don't know what it's for yet exactly, but if it involves my father, it's something revolutionary. Other than that, it was just another normal day, nothing too exciting." He notices by bag of treats on my desk and walks over to it. "Are these from the Dupain bakery? I love that place."

"It is. One of the bakers does experimental baking, and when I went to help their daughter, I got to take some home with me cause I loved the sample I was offered." I grab one out of the bag and split it, offering him one, and he gladly accepts.

"Oh man~ that man can do no wrong." He sighs.

"Agreed." I pull two more out of the bag, and we cheers before popping them in our mouth.

He grabs the journal I was drawing in, and before I can say anything, he opens it to the page with the basic but blatantly obvious sketch of him.

"I knew you couldn't stop thinking about me." He turns toward me with a cheeky grin.

I bite my cheek. "You're hard to forget, what can I say." I grab the bag of experiments. "Now you don't get any more treats."

"Awe c'mon, no fair!" He closes and sets down the sketchbook and walks towards me but stops midway. "Are you ever gonna finish the sketch?"

"I don't know, maybe. I also have some paint, but I'll need to go get a canvas."

"You're thinking about painting me?" He smiles wide and his tail sways.

"No! I was gonna say I might start painting instead because drawing wasn't working for me! Obviously." I look to the side. "Close your eyes so I can hide these. You're definitely not getting any more now."

He closes his eyes with a pout. "It's still unfair. I can't control your obsession with me. I'm just out there saving lives and being the coolest cat there ever was."

I laugh and hide them under my bed near my nightstand. "I'm not obsessed, I just said you're hard to forget, and I was aimlessly drawing. That's all."

He sways back and forth on his feet. "Sure it is. Can I open my eyes now?"

"Yes, if you keep saying I'm obsessed, I will eat them all in front of you."

His eyes snap open. "You wouldn't dare!"

I lock eyes with him. "I can," I pop one into my mouth. "and I will."

His jaw drops. "You're evil."

I laugh menacingly. "Only when it beckons."

He picks up the sketchbook again and hands it to me. "Finish it." He smiles.

I take the sketchbook slowly while eyeing him. "Right now?"

"Well, duh, why else would I hand it to you?" He plants himself next to me on my bed. I reluctantly open it to the page and begin drawing. I start drawing his headshape and hair around the ears. I make the face outline and neck, then reach his torso and pause for a moment, remembering the brilliant reference that happened not too long ago. He notices and chuckles. "I can pose for you if you'd like~"

"Shut it, hairball." I draw his torso and add the bell. I draw his legs, feet, and tail. I begin the details starting with the suit cause all I'd have to do is make a line for the zipper, a line for the bell.

"I think my ass is bigger than that."

I pause and blink a few times. "You draw it then." I toss the sketchbook at him.

He picks it up and begins drawing. I take a peek and see him add extremely toned muscles, an 8 pack, a comically large ass with hearts scattered around.

"Hey, it's supposed to be realistic!" I take it from him and put it in one of the desk drawers.

He laughs. "It is realistic! I swear!"

I roll my eyes. "Yeah, right, like you have an 8 pack."

"When I'm training for those few weeks, we'll see how realistic the drawing is then." He puts his arms behind his head and leans back.

I burst into laughter. "Suurree! The day that happens is the day I'll find my purpose in life."

"I'll hold you up to that." He stares at the ceiling for a moment.

"Everything okay?"

"Yeah, just thinking some things over, nothing to worry about. I'll let you know how it goes with Ladybug. Bonne Nuit."

'I doubt it's nothing for me to worry about, I'll worry about it later. What was that dream even about? How could Monarch even bring me here? I guess if he has all the miraculous, he could've used one of em or something like that. I can't make sense of his actions sometimes, but it would make sense if my presence here was meant to disrupt the order of things, I mean, it's certainly working on me. I definitely feel out of place and like my presence isn't natural. I guess we'll see with how things pan out.

I walk back over to my desk and pull out my sketchbook, and go back to the drawing. I smile a bit before turning to a new page and starting an actual realistic drawing of Chat Noir, at least to the best of my abilities. After a while, I pass out with the sketchbook laying flat on my chest.
