Samah grab her school bag rushing to meet the girls outside,on their way out she saw Husna approaching them and slowed her steps

"Let's talk" Husna said and kept walking. Eden and Junia turn to look at her,she sighed and flash a fake smile at the girls

"I will join you guys in the hall" Samah said. Eden and Junia nodded walking away while Samah went to meet Husna

"Ayaan haven't requested for my contact?" Husna asked immediately when Samah got closer to her

" I think he will do that on Saturday,he wants to take you out on Saturday"Samah lied. Ayaan haven't really told her when he will actually take Husna out but she's not ready for Husna's talks

"Wow! Oh my God!" Husna said like a typical Fangirl " what am I going to wear?! Today is Thursday!"she asked and Samah shrugged " that's what I wanted to know,so you wouldn't have tell me about it if I didn't ask you?!"Husna asked giving Samah the bad eyes,Samah sighed

"I was going to text you later" Samah lied again

"Okay,bye"Husna said walking away. Immediately she left,Samah covered her chest with her hand breathing heavily. She's so happy Husna didn't catch her lying,all she have to do is talk to Ayaan and beg him to take Husna out on Saturday. She went over to meet her friends and met them on their usual spot

"Where were you?!" Breeze asked immediately he saw Samah

" I was talking with someone"Samah replied sitting down "so where's Junia?" She asked after looking around

"She went to get our breakfast"Jess replied and Samah nodded. Awhile later Junia came back with their breakfast, Samah smiled gracefully as she received her breakfast. She started eating slowly when a voice stopped her

"Jess baby!" Jane called sitting on Jess's lap. Samah lost her appetite getting angry,she know Jane is Jess girlfriend but she don't just like the girl and how lousy she is,she don't even want her in their table but who is she to complain. She suddenly heard a clatter of spoon and plates. Everyone look up and saw Eden standing up from the table leaving the hall. Jess wanted to follow her but decided against it,he sat back down taking his breakfast acting like nothing happened. Breeze stood up immediately following Eden outside

"I'm full" Junia said standing up her spoon making a clattering sound too. Samah don't know why but she's just disappointed on Jess,she stood up too following Junia out of the cafeteria.

"It seems like your friends don't like me" Jane said smiling mischievously

" I guess"Jess said focusing his gaze on his food. He had lost his appetite too and so worried about Eden but he just pretended and continue eating

Breeze ran outside and look around for Eden only to find her at a very secluded part of the school students don't normally go to,he met her crying her eyes out and felt bad immediately. He feels like punching Jess but first he have to make Eden okay first before Jess enjoys his fist

"Eden!" Breeze called,Eden wipe her tears immediately with the back of her hand turning to look at Breeze giving him a fake smile

"Stop that bullshit Eden! Who are you faking a smile for? You forgot how long we have been friends,right from Junior class"Breeze said and Eden facade fell immediately and she sniff "you're forgetting you're my first crush and I use to stalk you so well back then" Breeze added and Eden chuckled genuinely " that's much better" Breeze said and went closer to her hugging her. Immediately he hug her Eden bursted into tears crying her eyes out

"I...I...I..." She couldn't make a proper sentence

"I know you love him Eden,even when you disgraced him in the front of everyone in the school back then"Breeze said chuckling " I know he loves you too,I don't just know what's wrong with the both of you"

" He don't love me"Eden said taking a step away from Breeze " if he do he wouldn't have start dating Jane"

"I don't understand how the mind of you girls works. You rejected him several times but you still don't want him to date another person?!"

" You don't understand! You don't understand a thing!"Eden shouted

" I think it's time you make me understand,make us understand please Eden! You know the both of you are my friends and I don't want a time that will come and I have to choose a side"Breeze said and Eden became quiet. Breeze sighed drawing his phone from his pocket,he went inside his gallery scrolling up to the picture of Jess he took while he fell asleep looking at Eden's picture

"Take" he said handing his phone over to Eden "he fell asleep while looking at the picture you both took,I don't know what's going through the two of you head but I think one have to step down and talk this out,he is practically hurting you and himself in the process"Breeze said and Eden cover her mouth up new tears started falling from her eyes,she can't believe this. She knows she needs someone to talk to and she have to do it fast

"Think about it Eden,huh?!" Breeze said playing with her short hair before walking away.

Samah entered the class with Junia going over to sit down,she look around but couldn't find Ayaan,she wondered why he's not yet in class,she needs to talk to him regarding Husna.

"What's up Bambi?" Breeze asked when they came to the end of their third class

"What?!" Samah asked

"You have been looking around like something is up with you" Breeze asked

" I'm perfectly okay"Samah said flashing a fake smile at Breeze.

Samah drop her school bag on her bed sighing, the classes today were so tiring and she couldn't wait for the school to come to an end, to top it up Ayaan haven't been around and she wondered what made him not to be in school, she have checked severally waiting for him to either call or text her but he didn't. She have never chatted on WhatsApp with Ayaan before so that was out of option

"I have to meet up with Breeze, for our music class. We have an assignment to submit tomorrow"Junia said applying lip gloss on her lips

" Okay"Samah said shaking her head before Junia left the room. She suddenly heard Eden sigh and look up to see her, she saw she was having an hard time making a decision and wondered what might be wrong with her, she wanted to ask her but remembered she gave her time to talk to her on her own will. Her phone suddenly beeped and she quickly picked it up thinking it was Ayaan that texted her but to her disappointment it was Husna

Tell Ayaan to call or chat me up this night, we have to talk before the date

Samah read and her heart hanged on her throat, her heart started beating so fast. She stood up immediately removing her uniform she have been so lazy to remove, she wore a jeans trouser on a shirt, she wore her long hijab to cover it up picking up her phone. She was about walking out of the room when Eden's voice stopped her, she turn and saw Eden playing with her fingers

"Are you going out?" Eden asked

"Yes" Samah replied dialling Ayaan's contact, it rang severally without him picking it up

"Oh! I wanted to talk to you, seems it have to wait"Eden said faking a smile. Samah sighed and went closer to her

"What do you have to tell me?" Samah asked sitting down, she decided to text Ayaan

Can we see?

"I don't want to disturb you" Eden says

"You're not disturbing me"Samah replied and Eden sit down

" It's a very long story actually"Eden said looking at the ceiling, she can't believe she's about saying this

"Are you okay with telling me, are you sure? It seems like a big deal" Samah said dropping her phone on her laps after texting Ayaan again

"I'm okay telling you, am I sure? that I don't know of but I am sure I have no one to tell this that will understand the way you will"Eden said and Samah sighed

" I'm listening"Samah said

"You seem busy" Eden said pointing at Samah's phone she's holding. She dropped the phone immediately

"I'm with you hundred percent" Samah said

"I think you should go where you want to go, we can actually have the talk during the night, it's more than okay then. What do you think? "Eden said

" Eden... "Eden cut her short

" Don't try to lie, your mind is obviously somewhere else and I'm okay with it. We will talk about it later, so you should go"Eden said and Samah smiled standing up, she hug Eden before leaving the room.

She grab her phone tightly as she walk over to Ayaan's Cabin, she knocked severally but no one came to open the door for her. After almost thirty minutes and finally given up, the door suddenly opened and she saw Ayaan wearing only white singlet on a jogger. Looking at Ayaan's face it's obvious he's surprised to see Samah

"What are you doing here?" Ayaan asked

"Why ain't you picking up my calls or replying my messages?! "Samah retorted

" I was busy and I wasn't with my phone"

" I have been knocking for almost thirty minutes now"Samah said looking frustrated

" I was on a headphone" Ayaan said opening the door wider for her to go in. Samah went in and sat on his sofa

"What brought you here?" Ayaan asked

"Why weren't you in school today?" Samah asked

"Are we now replying a question with another one? "Ayaan asked and Samah rolled her eyes

" I came here because of Husna, I told her you will be taking her out on Saturday"Samah says

" What?! "Ayaan said his eyes going wide

" That's not all, she wants you to text her this night"Samah said and Ayaan's widened eyes slowly became a frown

" I'm not doing that. I'm not even planning on taking her out on a date any time soon"Ayaan said and Samah sighed

" Please! I will do anything you want" Samah said desperately

" That's not tempting enough"Ayaan said going over to his mini fridge

"Ayaan! Don't be so hard. It's just a date and a text please"Samah begged

" I said no! "Ayaan bursted out and everywhere suddenly became silent. Ayaan suddenly realise he shouted on Samah and slowly turn to look at her face,he saw how teary her eyes have become, their eyes met and Samah look away on the process of looking away, the tears dropped and Ayaan saw that

"I will be going then" Samah said with a dull voice. Ayaan sighed feeling sad, he took his phone throwing it at Samah, Samah caught it surprised about it

"Text her whatever you want" Ayaan said and Samah's face suddenly lit up with a smile

"What's your password?" Samah asked

"I'm using a finger print" Ayaan replied "come here"he said and Samah went closer, he set Samah's finger print on his phone "now you can open the phone without disturbing me" he said and Samah smiled much more brighter obviously happy, she went over to sit down in one of the sofa's texting Husna with Ayaan's phone.

When she was done, she stood up to give Ayaan's phone back to him and saw him holding a portrait, Samah gave him an odd look before he handed it over to her, Samah slowly saw it and saw Eden's picture she send to Ayaan drawn on the board, Samah's face lit up. She drop it on the sofa hugging Ayaan

Ayaan almost lost his balance because he wasn't expecting the hug but he hugged her back slowly patting her back

"Thank you so much, I love this"

"You're welcomed"

" Is this what that kept you from coming to class today? "Samah asked

" Yes"
