Samah scoffed standing up, she's wearing a white hoodie on a black jogger with white strips, she took a black veil tying it on her head before wearing the hoodie cap,she took her phone leaving the room when Junia stopped her

"Where are you going to?" Junia asked

"Out" Samah gave a vague answer. She's not yet comfortable discussing meeting up with Ayaan with the girls

"Are you going to see Breeze again?!" Junia asked with so much venom in her voice, Samah's eyes widen and Junia covered it up quickly with a short laughter "I was only joking, you're free to go where ever you want to go to" Junia said and Samah nodded can't easily shake out the venom that Junia spoke to her with.

The door suddenly opened and Eden went inside,Junia and Samah gave her a weird look when they saw the over size jacket and jogger she's on

"This definitely belongs to a boy,a tall one at that"Junia said and Eden turn to look at them giving them a bad look

" I'm not in the mood to talk right now,can you just let me be?!"Eden said climbing her bed,she covered herself up with her blanket

"It's only God that knows what have been going on with you"Junia said angrily leaving the room. Samah sighed and went closer to Eden,she slowly pull the blanket out of her face and met her crying silently

"Eden!" Samah called her heart breaking

"Just go!" Eden said sniffing. Samah sighed sitting beside her

"You know no one is perfect and we all go through a lot in different ways,I lost my parents and my unborn sibling when I was very young. I use to think I have this bad luck and all evil things are meant for me. I got no friends in my old school,no one to talk even though I was the brightest kid in my class. They treated me like an outcast until I came here and surprisedly I met bunch of good people on my first day and I can't lie,you guys are so amazing and I cherish what we have,our friendship. I know how it feels when you have no one to talk to or no one to believe you,but I want you to know I'm here for you. I'm always here for you and you can tell me anything,I won't judge you cause as a human we all have skeletons in our cupboard. I'm going to give you time but you're free to talk to me anytime and I hope it's soon. I'm here if you ever need someone to rely on or just hug"Samah said standing up. She was about stepping out of the room when she felt Eden hugging her from the back before bursting into loud cries

"I...I...I..." Eden try talking but she can't

"You don't have to talk,just calm down" Samah said and turn hugging her,after awhile they sat down while Eden slowly stopped crying

"Do you want to talk?"Samah asked and Eden shook her head no

" Not yet. I will tell you everything when I'm stable" Eden said and Samah nodded

"I will stay with you then"Samah said faking a smile

" You were about going out so don't bother,I will be okay on my own. I need to be on my own too and fall asleep quickly"Eden said sniffing

" Are you sure?"Samah asked

" Very very sure"Eden replied with a fake smile. Samah wanted to argue but also knows Eden will love to be on her own,she stands up from the bed while Eden covered herself up with her blanket again,Samah breathes out sadly before leaving the room

Jess walk back to his room and suddenly bursted into laughter,his room mates saw him and they just shook their head going back to what they were doing

"I can't believe I'm so fucking stupid!" He said and went to his bed laying down,he grab his phone unlocking it. He started going through the pictures of Eden in his phone and smiled. His smile suddenly died when he saw a picture he took with Eden during their last sport event. He was standing beside Eden giving her that look of someone in love while she was busy laughing in a carefree manner

Eden is a thick Igbo girl,she have this right curves and big ass,she isn't really blessed in the chest area but she have a very great physique something every man wants with her Choco skin that glisten in the sun,she takes good care of her skin so well. Jess didn't know what happened but Eden started barbing her hair in JSS2 third term and he doesn't know the reason for that, but even with that,he have fallen helplessly in love with her and he knows she feels thesame too he just don't know what is wrong with her,why she kept on rejecting him any time he try asking her out

Maybe it's because he looks like a casanova but even with that Eden knows perfectly well he don't play with girls just like that,he tried understanding her,he wants to understand her but he can't do it anymore. He is tired of all the games and all he wants is either he gets her or he forgets about her completely. Jess phone suddenly slipped out of his hand into his bed as sleep took him off

Breeze suddenly entered his room and met him on the bed sleeping,he was about waking him up when he saw the picture he is looking at and smiled,he brought out his phone snapping him before leaving his room.

Samah slowly walked to the garden, she's not in a good mood at all not after seeing how sad Eden is and how Junia asked her a question with so much venom. She don't know what's wrong with her friends but she's sure as hell this is not how they're when they just met. They use to be so lively but it seems problems are finding it way into their lives. She suddenly felt the flash light of a camera on her face,she immediately knew Ayaan have taken another picture of hers. Normally she will complain but she's too weak and sad to react. Ayaan took another shot again and again but Samah didn't react. He carefully dropped his camera looking at Samah,he knew immediately something is wrong with her

"What's wrong with you?" Ayaan asked

"You won't understand"Samah replied laying on the ground looking at the sky sighing

"This is not right,tell me what's doing you" Ayaan asked sitting on the ground too. Samah didn't reply closing her eyes,Ayaan sighed and brought out his phone putting an earpiece on it,he put one of the ears on Samah and one on him laying beside her. Samah opened her eyes and turn to look at him,Ayaan gave her a boyish grin and she look way immediately when her heart started beating very fast

"You're getting me worried Samah" Ayaan said but Samah closed her eyes again. Ayaan don't know what to do,he lifted his hand to grab her hand but dropped it back. He remembered how Samah hugged him and nothing happened,he thought about risking it and touch her. Maybe his body trust her enough not to hurt him

He suddenly grabbed Samah's palm interlocking their fingers,Samah open her eyes immediately looking at him shocked,she never thought Ayaan will initiate touching her first

"Seems my body trust you enough" Ayaan said chuckling " I think you should trust me too,you can tell me anything"

"My friend" Samah said sighing " she's sad and that's affecting me too,I don't know what's wrong with her and I'm not comfortable with it"

" She will be fine"Ayaan said looking at the sky

" I wish I can do anything to make her smile" Samah said looking at their interlocked hands before looking at the sky

"I can help you" Ayaan replied

"How?" Samah asked

"Do you have her picture?" Ayaan asked and Samah gave him a weird look,she pull their interlocked hands taking her phone. Surprisedly Ayaan felt disappointed when their hands got disentangled. Samah went through her phone and suddenly saw a beautiful picture of Eden she have sent to her awhile now,she gave her phone to Ayaan

Ayaan look at the picture and said "perfect"

"I will help you to make her smile in one condition"Ayaan said and Samah rolled her eyes sitting down

"I know you're too good to be true, blackmailer!" Samah said and chuckled

" Should I tell you or not?"Ayaan asked

" Tell me your condition first,I will decide if it worths it or not"Samah said and Ayaan gave her a boyish grin " stop that!"

" Stop what?" Ayaan asked

"Stop grinning at me"Samah said and Ayaan bursted into laughter

" So... My parents are hosting a little party" Ayaan said rolling his eyes " they told me I can come with a friend but you can see I have no friends in this school and..."Samah cut him short

" You want me to come with you?!"she asked excitedly

" Yes"Ayaan replied awkwardly

" That's so cool!" Samah excitedly clapping her hands " never been to one so how is it?"

" Why are you so excited?" Ayaan asked raising one of his brows

" You won't get it so when is it?" Samah asked

"I don't know but soon,so you're coming?" Ayaan asked

"Yes!" Samah replied excitedly and suddenly remembered her aunt and Husna,her smile died down

"What is it?" Ayaan asked when he saw how her mood dropping immediately

"Husna and my aunt. I don't think they will like it"Samah replied

" That won't be a problem,no one will know you left the school. I will make sure of that"Ayaan said

" Really?"Samah asked

" Yeah,so calm down" Ayaan said with a smile "it seems I have been able to lift up your mood"

" So?"Samah asked and the next thing is the flash of a camera that almost blinded her "what the F!" She shouted and Ayaan chuckled standing up

" I'm going to kill you!" Samah said standing up too

"Do that after giving me a killer shot"Ayaan said snapping her again

" Ayaan!"she shouted " I'm going to tickle you to death!"

" Try if you can!"Ayaan shouted running away,Samah followed him. He suddenly turn taking another shot

"I bet I'm so ugly on that one! I swear if I catch you today Ayaan!" Samah said and Ayaan bursted into laughter running again. He take advantage of his long legs running away without Samah being able to catch up with him. He suddenly hear Samah falling down and turn to look at her hissing holding her left leg. Ayaan drops his camera running over to meet her,he knelt beside her and before he knew it Samah pushed him on the ground climbing on top him, tickling him. Ayaan bursted into uncontrollable laughter.

Ayaan is so happy,he can't remember the last time he have been as happy as he is at the moment,he laugh whole heartedly as Samah continue to tickle him and he knew at that moment Samah have become a part of his life and a friend he never had. He just knew he could trust her and that alone in itself it's overwhelming
