He was quiet, not really one to talk. She was the calm one that preferred to be alone.

Both of them seemed to let go of that when in each other's presence, he talked, she enjoyed talking to him.

Somewhere along the way, between countless books, plates of cookies between shelves and strolls through the woods, they found themselves changing.

For better? For worse? Neither knew.
