It's just ridiculous .-. seriously? Why wouldn't you even read through the rulebook? IT'S NOT LONG! I wouldn't even be ranting about this if this hasn't happened more than 3 times. Which it has.

I can just tell that people haven't been reading it based on what they say in their submission forms. I CAN TELL.

My reaction to reading some of these submissions that are CLEARLY breaking 1 or more rules: ".-. are you for cereal?" (Translation: .-. are you serious?)

This is so aggravating! Why do I even bother to take the time to write a set of rules if NO ONE READS IT!
