So a conversation I had with mahimahi2602 earlier about how I have pretty much no writing process and it drives her nuts that I write such good books despite that got me thinking: why not have her write a rant about all the shit about me that drives her crazy? XD so I'll let her take over from here. My commentary will be in bolded letters, and the rest is all her. Take it away, Mahi!

She came to me for this one. She offered, NOT JOKINGLY. I was told to write a rant on her. Sounded too good to be true, but then I realized that while Serena is a crazy person, she's a really nice crazy person.

I don't know about nice, but I agree with the crazy part.

I don't have a lot to rant on.

I don't believe you XD you're always bitching about something, don't even deny it!

I mean, her reasoning for this was to show you guys what she's actually like. I'm still quite conflicted about what to write here, so I'll take a page from Sese's book and wing it. (Pun so intended).

*cringes at the horrible pun*

FACT OF THE DAY *que Serena's horrified scream*:

Did you know that our dear Sese has over 100 drafts for books on her account? She wasn't exaggerating.

Yeah, that's true. I counted.

Did you also know that she figured out TSTHOAT's end right before the cutoff for the PWAs? She knew that she wanted a happy ending (I don't know if I'm allowed to say this, but a happy ending is a guarentee with her) but she didn't know what she wanted it to be. Crazy, right? Sese knows what she wants to do, how to get there she will figure out when she has to cross that bridge.

That's true. I knew that---[SPOILER FOR TSTHOAT SKIP THIS PART IF YOU HAVEN'T READ IT]---I wanted Rena and Keith to end up together, and I needed Rena to get out of prison somehow, so I just...I don't know, figured it out literally the day of the PWA's deadline on Halloween, and I finished writing the final chapter off the top of my head WHILE I WAS WALKING AROUND TRICK OR TREATING WITH MY FRIEND. Also, I was dressed as Ciel with the eyepatch and everything, so I was writing with one eye XDDD

This chick has no writing process.

WHAT. I so do have a---okay, well, sort of? I mean, kinda...I...do? Yeah not really. I just...figure out what my story is gonna be, draft the outline of all the chapters, and then I just...write it. I don't know.

She writes when she wants, she does what she wants, she writes however much she wants, and we all end up loving it. During our first skype call, I was asking her about how she writes what she does. Although she laughed and said she really didn't know how she writes her books, she did give me one very good tip: T chart. If you're conflicted about a certain plot point or ending, write what would happen in the two or more alternatives and choose which one you like better. But the rest of the time she blabbered about her lack of writing process and other stuff.

*sweatdrop* Okay, I can give GREAT writing advice, but then when someone asks me how I do things---well, um...yeah. I just do? I don't know;;; XD

There are 0 plot holes in her books, 0 inconsistencies, millions of hints from the very beginning... Which even after rereading her books a billion times, I still can't pick up on them. Where was I going with this? Oh right, sorry. So, she plans the basic outline, and wings the rest. I wish I was joking.

She's not joking. That's literally how I write all of my books, TSTHOAT and Stairway To The Stars included.

She does this with cosplay too, by the way. That Vaporeon neck thing? She cut out random shapes and stuck them together. No prior planning. No measurements. Just snippity snip snip.

Yeah, that's my Vaporeon collar. I'm 100% self-taught when it comes to everything: sewing, armor-making, prop-making, makeup... Yeah, I don't know how professionals do stuff, but I figure out how to do stuff on my own and in my own way. I don't know how to use a sewing pattern, so I just look at a picture of what I want to sew and just...cut out the shapes? I mean, it works. I made my volume 4 Blake Belladonna trench coat without a pattern. I looked at a couple reference pictures and just cut out all of the pieces I needed.

This is an unmasking of Serena from my point of view. My point of view has not only Sese the writer and Sese the cosplayer, but also Sese the big ass dork.

I've mentioned this in the previous 15 seconds of fame, that if you start talking to her about her books or cosplay, she will not shut up. ACTUALLY, SHE DOESN'T SHUT UP NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO!

Hence the 3+ hour conversations I've had with her regarding Altair, magic, and anything really. She pranked me, a semi-smart-ish teenager, into believing in magic. -_-

I honestly have no memory of this, but it sounds like something I would do.

Sese is a well-known sadist.

She will torture you. Gah, I don't know how much I can reveal, but since this is through Serena, she can edit out whatever she wants.

Serena tortures me with hints. Regarding what I won't tell you, but she gives me hints about her books and tries to make me figure out the rest. Once, she even said that since she's such a good liar that I wouldn't be able to tell if anything she had said was true regarding my guesses being on the right track or not. She said this after I had spent 2 sleepless nights thinking about the puzzle she had given me.

Yeah, so basically I tricked her into thinking long and hard about Stairway To The Stars. I was like, "so what do you think made Altair and Nova the way they are?" Aaaaaand that prompted her going crazy for about a week. She spent the next two days focusing heavily on sending me her guesses regarding Altair's backstory, since pretty much all of my girl readers are absolutely in love and obsessed with Altair (which both Mahi and myself are not excluded from XD) to which I always would respond with something like "hmm, maybe, who knows, I can't answer that, yes no maybe so, etc." Aaaaand it drove her nuts. Especially since she didn't sleep for two days because she was driving herself crazy to figure it out. Which she still hasn't figured out even months later, by the way. And then, at the end of those two sleepless nights, I just casually said, "you know, you have no way of telling whether anything I've confirmed or denied about Altair is true, because I'm just that good of a liar."

Yeah, she screamed after she read that and spent the next several hours ranting about how I'm a sadist and I just love to torture her.

She's not wrong XD

One of the worst things about her is that she's smart and quick on her feet. While this sounds like a great trait to have, it's not-so-great when you're arguing with her (or flirting, I've tried flirting too).

And you failed miserably. No surprise there.

If you're like me, arguements with Sese is inevitable. We only really became friends because of an arguement.

I am definitely NOT forgiving. Once someone screws me over, I cut them out of my life forever. Rose can attest to that.

I had written a very, very sappy and repetitive second draft, but this is supposed to be "funny" (am I funny? Idk if this is funny) so I am not including any of my second draft in this. Just know that Serena has a few perks. Just a few. Like insider information to all her books MWUHUHAHAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA (remove this line if you don't want your readers to know you give me spoilers). Yes, I befriended Serena for her books. Sue me.

It's true. My friends do get insider information and slight spoilers pertaining to my books, Mahi included. However, I give her just enough information to make her go crazy trying to solve a mystery XD the big spoilers that I want no one to know until they are revealed in the book are kept a secret. Mahi's only figured out about...hmm... 2% of the plot for Stairway To The Stars?
