                      STONE COLD

I let out a shaky sigh as I stared down the Wayne's manor. My palms getting clammy and cold. Winter is upon us, and quite frankly.... I'm in a dress that's not even give me the slightest amount of warmth.

This is why I hate dresses.

And formal attires.

I marched not so quitely as my heels clicked on the hard pavement, my hands folded around my body. I shuddered as a gust of wind ran though the dress, shifting the layers and layers of soft frills.

Okay, maybe it's not that bad...

I mean, at least I wasn't the one to buy this.

Bruce bought it for me.

Why?

I have zero clue.

Alfred smiled brightly upon seeing my arrival, he gave me a hug and let out a content sigh. "It's been too long Mrs.(Y/N)..."

"I know, Alf. I know...." I sighed as well, letting go of the British badass butler to resume my walk inside. With one last look and a small smile, I entered the manor.

It's been years since I visited. And almost nothing changes. Which is a good thing, I guess...

"(Y/N)/(L/N)!!!" Some voices called out simontaneously just a second before my body was engulfed by a few sets of arms.

"Whoa.... Easy guys. I can't breathe!" I exclaimed with a huge grin creeping to my face.

"We thought you hated Bruce. You've never contacted us after the mission!" Dick exclaimed, his eyes glimmering with excitement.

I rolled my eyes and chuckled quitely, "Of course not. Bruce is my best friend, and for why I haven't contacted in years... . I was stranded on some island during another mission. No phone charger remember?"

"You were what!!?" Jason shouted, earning some glares from the crowd.

"MmmmHmmmm....." I nodded playfully before looking at Tim and Damian.

"I missed your hacking courses....." Tim sighed and smiled sheepishly which I only shook my head for.

"Sure you do....."

Damian stared at me with a look I know far too much.

I raised an eyebrow but shook it off. With that, we part ways from the crowd and did some catching up.
