When you see one of your friends sitting alone at church and you go over to them to start a conversation.

You: "Hey lonely person. Whatcha doing?"

Them: *holds up bulletin* "Reading."

They've been reading it for 1/2 an hour.

You: "How many times have you read that?"

Them: "Um, maybe once." *continues to read*

You: *awkwardly stands there* *walks away*

I tried to start a conversation, and they literally don't like me or like being lonely.
