Rogerina
Okay, I don't care what gender you are, if you don't find Rogerina attractive, you're lying.
Sorry, if you can't see that Rogerina was beautiful, I'm going to personally make sure you get your eyes checked.
I'm a girl.
I want to be her.
So, this actually ties into a story.
This probably isn't news to you, but it seems that the way that young people, i.e., the classic rock fandom gets into this music and our parents, i.e., the original fans, is kind of different. One one hand, we both relate to it similarly and we can talk about about how the music makes us feel in a similar state, but there is one thing very different.
How we look at the band members.
Not just how we find them attractive, (which come on! They are!), but also how we like to write fanfics, make fanarts, and just imagine the guys in various scenarios. You know, like a fandom? (Which ironically, we are 😂)
So, these are pretty obvious differences, and also differences that si,ply make sense.
However, sometimes it's fun to expose someone who is an Original Fan to something that the Classic Rock Fandom holds dear.
And yes, the thing I'm taking about is Rogerina.
I exposed my dad to Rogerina. Honestly, his reaction to how big of a thing this is to the fandom was kind of hilarious.
However, there's no way I would want to show him any of the associated fanfic....
Lol, here's a relatable thing though:
When you pop into a room only because you think you heard someone talking about classic rock:
This is me. Jack Fairy is me. (It's from Velvet Goldmine.)
