So, funny story.

Yesterday I was in the car with my dad, and somehow we got on the the topic of ladies on The Who fan pages on facebook fawning over Roger Daltrey.

I stated to my dad, I don't find Roger all that attractive (please don't hate me)

Anyways, my dad responded okay, "Okay, so tell me, who in classic rock do you find attractive?"

It was an honest, genuine question. I had to answer it. However, my dad is not aware of my long, extensive list of classic rockers I find attractive (list provided below). I knew I couldn't say Eno, as that would likely result in my collection being confiscated, most likely. (No, I don't feel like explaining why)

Anyways, I went to the other most likely candidate: Bowie.

So I said, "Dad, I would say that Bowie is probably the most attractive guy ever in rock." Yeah, this is already a pretty awkward conversation, so I'm trying to conceal my intense fangirling, crushes, you get the idea.

Then, my dad started rattling off all the female rockers he would say are pretty. I'm like, "Get me out of this conversation!" However, I politely asked, "What about Joan Jett?"

And he's like, "Oh, hell no!" Internally I'm screaming because I love her.

My dad really has to stop stepping all over my interests. It really hurts me.

Anyways, I've come to the point in the school year where I have lost all energy to continue. I just want out so bad now. I'm really quite done.

I need a hug so bad right now. My self esteem is dead, I'm stressed out, everyone is annoyed by me, and I absolutely hate myself.

By the way, this is probably the reason I'd be a terrible groupie. (Thanks Wicked_Annabella for starting this)

Plus, also the fact a major coping mechanism for me is just writing comedy.
