Luna woke up to the feeling of arms around her. She looked behind herself to the culprit to see Kale. At first she stiffened from the shock, but then everything hit her.

She remembered what happened in the field. How he held her and everything that happened afterwards...

After she explained that she had no clue where her odd... condition.... came from he promised to help her figure it out and admitted to his own uncontrollable wolf. "Huh, that's why you weren't shifting that day." She let out after his explanation and the two chuckled a bit. Just then Kade came running up.

"Kade? What are you doing? You're supposed to be with Silver." Luna asked her son. Kade simply smiled. "I wanted to what was taking you so long mommy." He asked and Kale kneeled down. "That doesn't mean you can just ignore what your mom tells you little buddy." He says in a soft yet reprimanding tone. Kade looked down with his hands behind his back and his leg going back and forth.

"Sorry..." Kade let out in a mumble. Luna smiled. "We need to get back though..." Luna let out when Kale stood up. "Actually.... why don't we do something? You, me, and the pups? I wanna get to know Kade and the twins. That is... if you'll except me?" He said to her with nothing but love and pleading in his eyes. Luna simply smiled and kissed his cheek. "I do, but I'm sorry I can't except you formally. Kinda hard when I don't even know my own last name. I'm not even sure if Luna is my real name. When Luka's dad found me I was muttering it over and over again so that's what they called me. I have no clue what my true given name is." She explained and he just nodded. "We don't even need to know. If you ever let me mark you then a verbal line won't matter." He explained.

Kade happily followed his parents back to the others then ran up to Clayton. The two boys started talking while Luna looked to Silver and Steel. "You two, Kade, Kale, and I are gonna spend the day together. " She said then looked to Lucas. "Why don't you help your brother for the day?" She suggested and he nodded. "Will do sis!" He said and that's when Luna noticed Ash staring at her. "Something wrong?" She asked and he shook his head. "You just.... You smell really familiar. Just like last time... and your wolf... I don't know why, but I feel like I know you from somewhere else." He explained and everyone was shocked.

"Well, you were a wandering lone wolf pup when our pack found you Ash, maybe you and here hale from the same pack? You being Gamma blood does mean you two would have interacted as pups..." Ally trailed off.

Luna then thought to what she, her mate, and the pups did. Kale had a bright idea to go to the skate park...

"A skate park?" Luna let out after they parked. "Why not?" Kale let out as they got out of the truck. "Kale, Kade is only four... and Silver is obviously not the tomboy type." Luna told him and he shrugged. "There is a playground right there that Kade can play on, I kinda want to show off my amazing skills to you, Steel seems like the skating type to me, and there is a gazebo right over there that is surrounded by flowers and has a great view of the skateboarders and the playground." Kale explained.

Luna shook her head as Silver chuckled. "Hey, I don't mind. I can read in the gazebo." The young girl let out. Luna simply looked to Kale. "What about getting to know us?" She asked. "One at a time first." He replied. "Steel is up first." He tacked on and she shrugged. "I'll watch Kade." She let out and let them go off. While the girls watched the toddler as Kale took Steel to rent a skateboard.

It turned out that Steel actually wanted to learn how to ride and Kale was more then happy to teach him. The two skated for about an hour, Steel being a fast learner, then Kale went to Silver. They went on a little walk along the nature trail that connected there. "So, what were you reading back there?" He asked and she smiled. "Oh, just a book I really like. It's about a girl who has to dress as and act like a boy her whole life because of her crazy dad and she ends up attending an all boys school. Her Roommate finds out her secret and instead of reporting her he blackmails her into doing stuff for her. The two wind up falling madly in love with each other though and...." She kept going off about the book and Kale was silently regretting that question...

While those two were gone Steel wound up wiping out and broke his arm, causing Luna to freak out, and while she was helping him to the bench Kade had clumped to the top of the jungle gym then fell and landed on his face.... he didn't die, but he did have a small rock that was buried in the sand sticking out of his cheek now.... and while on the walk, Silver tripped and fell but first into a cactus...

They rushed to the pack house after that were the pack doctors took care of all three pups. Kale sat in the waiting room blaming himself for what happened while Luna tried to calm him down. The doctors were surprised though. Why? Because not a single one of the three kids she'd even one tear.

Steel simply looked more annoyed then in pain, Silver just kinda shrugged when asked if she was in pain, and Kade simply giggled without a care in the world and on the way to the pack house he even sang the theme song to his favorite show.

While waiting on the doctors to finish with the pups Kale's parents came in. His mom ran up to the head doctor, not seeing her son or Luna in the corner of the room. "I HEARD MY SON WAS HERE?!" She yelled out frantically, obviously thinking Kale was the one in need of medical attention. The doctor simply pointed to Kale and Luna without a word. When the frantic Luna saw Kale with tears she turned to Luna.

"What did you do to my baby boy?!" She screamed and Luna's eyes widened. "Mom, Luna isn't to blame. I'm not even hurt." Kale explained in a distraught tone. "I am." He added and Luna smaked his arm. "Kale! I told you that this isn't your fault!" She said to him and he shook his head. "If I hadn't chosen that damn park..." He let out and Luna rolled her eyes. "There is no way you could have known this was going to happen." Luna said and Kale's parents looked confused.

"Son, who is this strange Alpha and who exactly is in the ward?" His father asked in a stern tone.

"Dad, this is Luna. She's my mate. Her pups are in there." Kale answered and his parents gasped. "So your mate is a slut?!" His father let out in anger and Luna's eyes widened. "Sir, I am not a slut. I am raising three pups, yes, but two of them I ADOPTED and the third is your biological grandson! I am one of the Lone Wolves your son helped out five years ago when he knocked me up under the Blue Moon. Now if you'll excuse me, my daughter just got released." Luna let out and stormed right past them to where Silver just came out with the doctor who was helping her.

Kale then looked to his parents. "I finally found my mate. Aren't you happy?" He said to them with a glare in his eye, not happy with his father for calling his mate a slut of all things. He then went to see if Silver was okay.

After that the new family of five ate dinner in Kale's room where they fell asleep.

Luna looked to where Kade was in between his big brother and sister on a pallet by the bed and Smiled. Silver was on her stomach to avoid aggravating her poor sore but, Kade was hugging a pillow with his patched up cheek having pink tape since the doctors were out of plane clear medical tape, and Silver and Lucas had taken some pink sharpies to Steels cast, making it pink.

She then felt the arm around her waist get tighter and looked back at Kale. His eyes were half open. "You aren't planning on leaving me again, are you?" He asked with a smile and she kissed his cheek. "Never again." She whispered and snuggled into him.
