When Sakura woke up the next time, she was a child. No older than 4 years old

She learned a lot about herself

In this world, she was Aiko Sakura

A  four year old orphan girl who lives in the orphanage

It was hard for Sakura to take all of this information in at first. But she was a kunoichi, a ninja. They know how to except reality quickly, no matter how unreal it looked

When she made a little peace with herself that she won't meet her loved ones again, she tried to fit in here. It was devastating for her, but she didn't have a choice

It didn't take sakura long to understand that she was indeed reborned in a different world. This word was much different from her past life, weird even

She now knows a lot about this new world

This world has people that are like a secret society, unknown to the rest of the world. Strange deadly creatures that seems to have it out of humans and humans are that in-between. On top of that people still had to deal with regular crime

As a jonin ninja, it wasn't that hard for Sakura to get all of these informations. She had been a spy for so long, it was natural for her to dig deep in everything

But at first she was even confused and frightened when she saw one of the monsters. As she pointed at them no one else could see them. It took her a little while to understand that not everyone can see these monsters that are called curses.

Sakura even started to train herself when she got a little strength back. She has been pouring chakra in her byakugou seal as much as her little body allowed her

She was a orphan and lived in a orphanage. She wasn't told about her parents or where she was from, but she didn't mind it

She doubted she would be able to be friendly with anyone as family after all she went through

Her life at the orphanage wasn't bad. She was actually really loved by the main mistress of the home. The other children liked her too. They played with her, she would always talk to them if something was wrong but that was a rare occasion

Time to time, there will be couples who come to adopt children. Sakura never paid much attention to them and usually minded her own business

She didn't hate the idea of a new set of parents but she wasn't too fond of it either. So she decided she would give herself some time before she could go out and and get a parent

Today was no different, one of her friends in the orphanage told her a couple were about to come in for adopting a child

Sakura didn't pay much attention to this information, it was a regular day thing now

But at the afternoon, when she was minding her own business, playing around and running around, she froze on her track

Her eyes widened when she saw two people in the hallway, talking to the main mistress. They seemed to be the couple her friend was talking about. The ones who wants to adopt a kid

But that wasn't the reason why Sakura was so shocked. the man that stood Infront of her was a carbon copy of her sensei, her kaka-sensei

The same white hair, the same half lidded eyes, the same facial features. The only difference between her previous sensei and this man was his hair was longer, kept in a ponytail

Then the man smiled, Sakura felt her breath hitch and eyes become teary that she blinked away

He had the same smile. The same closed eyed smile that she missed so damn much. the way his eyes crinkled, way he rubbed his head when he got flustered... Everything was such a match

He did look a little older than Kakashi but still could be said of as his twin

The women beside him was smiling excessively. A wide grin on her face, probably his wife or girlfriend

She had Pink hair just like Sakura but unlike her, the women had brown eyes. She looked so excited and happy

Sakura broke out of her daze, and quietly came closer to them. Now, she could hear what they were talking about

"So is there someone you have in mind, Ito-san?"

The main mistress asked

"Yes, we do. A few actually. But I just wanted to know if I have met everyone. I don't wanna leave any kid. Did I meet everyone, miss?"

The woman excitedly explained, making mistress think think for a moment

"Actually, we have a little girl left. I couldn't find her when I looked for her. She doesn't usually like to talk with couples but I think you should meet her"

She said and soon her eyes fell on Sakura. Who was peeking on them from the wall

Sakura got a little flustered before trying to hide

"Oh there she is!"

The main mistress anounsed loudly. Making the man and his wife look at where she was looking

Mistress came closer to sakura, booping on her nose, she chuckled and said

"Little lady, where were you? Come these nice people wants to meet you. Now, don't be mean. Come out"

She gently told Sakura with a smile. Grabbing her little hands, she took her to the couple

"Say hello, little Sakura, these are Mr and Mrs Ito. They want to talk to you. Would you be a darling and talk with them?"

The woman, Mrs Ito, had stars in her eyes as she looked at Sakura. Before she let out a high pitched squeal

"Wahhhh! You're so cute! And you look like me! Oh my goodness, Sakumo, darling look! She looks just like me"

The woman said, violently shaking the man beside her. Everyone sweat dropped at her actions

Sakura just ackwardly smiled up at her

"Hello, I am Sakura."

The main mistress was a bit startled when Sakura spoke

After so many years, this is the first time Sakura introduced herself to any couple. She was delighted to see Sakura at least try to have a conversation with this kind couple. Sakura was a really sweet girl who helped everyone and was loved by everyone in the house

She deserves a family but because of how she was, she didn't want to Force her to talk with any of the couple. Hence she wasn't adopted by a family

Now, she was prying to Buddha to make sure these two like Sakura and adopt this pure soul

Give her a family

And it looked like her prayers were being answered as the couple looked like they took great liking towards little miss Sakura

"Hi baby! I am Kayomi. Nice to meet you. You're so cute! Wahhh!"

The woman said again

Sakura's little chubby cheeks flushed as she gave the woman a smile

"Now, now, Kayomi. Don't be so loud your gonna scare her away."

This made everyone chuckle while the Sakura stared at the man with wide eyes

This is the first time she heard his voice. His voice was also like kakashi's. Mellow and laid back. Sakura didn't understand how two people can be so similar

"Now, Sakura darling, please talk to them nicely. I will leave you 3 alone for a bit"

Saying this, the main mistress left the room. Leaving Sakura alone with the couple
