quietEcstasy is a talented author who has managed to write 5 books here on Wattpad. She uses her talents in the genres fantasy, horror, science fiction, historical fiction, and short story. Even though all of her books were wonderful one of them placed 2nd in The Blooming Awards 2017, and that book is Invidia's Strike.

The author's characters were some of the best ones yet! You couldn't deny the effort put into the book making it one suspenseful novel you just had to read.

Below is the interview telling us more about the book and the author as well.

What made you come up with such a thrilling story?

This book based on, yes, the Seven Sins, but also my relationship between my own siblings. I'm the youngest child, so I'm not really my MC in that sense. However, I based my MC around the constant sense of inferiority I felt, and how I wanted to show everyone up. Those were dangerous feelings I felt, and I wanted to emphasize how that could negatively impact people.

Is there anything about your book you would want to change?

Honestly, I would change how its written in the sense of how I wrote out the scenes. I think all my scenes have an impact, but this was my first book I ever wrote. I'd like to think I'm a better writer now, so I'm going to go back and brush up the scenes soon.

Have you always enjoyed writing horror books?

Not a first. I never liked the blood and gore many horror books are infamous for. Once I discovered Lovercraftian Horror, I sort of fell in love with the sub genre.

What's an interesting fact about you that we might not know?

Ooh this is a hard question. Well, for inspiration for any gore scenes or such I write, I play or watch horror genre games or movies.

Do you have a favorite book on Wattpad?

Right now I'm reading a book called Project: Yggsadril by @IceRequiem. So far I'm really enjoying it.

What does winning this award mean to you?

Winning this award means a lot in the sense that it shows I'm not as bad as a writer I think I am. I have a pretty troubled life so far, and that weighs down my writing at times. Knowing people enjoy my writing, that really brings a smile to my face.

Since you wrote a horror book what scares you?

All right, I'm gonna be honest with you, I am a HUGE scaredy-cat. A lot of people consider it ironic I wrote a horror book with how easily things scare me haha. The number one thing which scares me, however, would have to be clowns. I...yeah. Just clowns.
