5 years Later...

"And Now I prounce you Man and Wife..you may kiss the the bride" I smiled as I felt his lips on mine as he deepen the kiss "Yay mommy and daddy are married!" I smiled at little Amanda as she came towards our legs "That's right honey" as we walked out the church our families were there congratulating us on our special moment.

I was just happy that we made it this far? We had so many things go wrong and this moment it was going great. Which had me worried. "Star? You okay..you seem not as excited as before?" I sigh and watch everyone have fun at the wedding party but I felt something was wrong. "Yeah just kinda feeling a bit weird" Marco raised his brow

"Your not pregnant are you?" He asked concerned, I understood but I'm not really fit to have another baby I'm just lucky we had Amanda safely. "No I'm not and don't worry I won't go through all that again" we laughed a bit and I saw Jam and Jackie walking towards us

"Congrats guys! I'm so happy for you" I hugged Jackie tightly "Thank you so much, also thanks for being one of my close friends" she smiles "No problem and besides I love being your friend, James go on and say it" Jam didn't look interested in the party and he seemed out of place "Congrats Star and dad..I'm gonna go  find amanda"

he took off and Jackie sighs along with Marco "He's been acting distant for a couple months, even Eric has been trying but nothing" Jam is just a confused kid, he'll get through it "Don't worry he'll pull through" I gave her a reassuring smile and she kinda smiles back

"How well does he get along with Eric?" "They get along fine but not the way he acts with Marco" "Well he's turning 8 soon so more surprises right?" She smirks and looks at me and marco "What?" Marco asked and I gave her a look as well "Well talking of surprises..I'm expecting"

my jaw dropped and I quickly embraced her in a bear hug "Jackie! That's a wonderful surprise" she laughs "Yeah..Eric was actually kinda excited, we've been together for almost 6 years and we married a year ago so I guess it was time" Marco smiles "Well congrats on your new bundle of joy..does Jam know?"

She shook her head "I haven't but I think he knows..he's been acting weird around me and avoid looking at me when we speak." He's probably jealous or mad cause now he has another sibiling on the way. "I'll talk to him"

Marco said as he took off and I stayed beside Jackie "I'm just afraid when he turns 16 and has more mood swings" I giggled "You'll pull through and besides we have to deal with him too" she giggles "Your right"

~ 6 years Later

I woke up to bright blue eyes "Hi mom!" I smiled and sat up and hugged Amanda "Hello little girl, where's your brother?" "Mom im not little anymore. He left with dad a few hours ago" I sigh "Alright, let's go eat breakfast"

As i walked out the room I see Marco already left us breakfast. How sweet of him and a note? 'Star me and Jam went to to hang for a bit don't wait up' I sigh and hope as Amanda looks through the cabinets seeing she's still short

"You're still a little girl to me" she laughs and looks at me "Mom, I'm turning 12 soon! I'm almost a teenager" "You're not a teen until you're at least Jams age" she scoffs and I grab the box of cereal "Was Jam a handful?" "When he was younger but he's just going through some stuff"

"He cares about me a lot but gets annoyed by Jaylen" "Well because he's still getting used to having another half sibiling. Jam hasn't really seen Jackie or his step dad since Jaylen was born" "But mom it's been 6 years! How can you not see your mom for so long?"

"Jam will be ready when He wants to, your dad or his mom can't force him" she nods and starts eating and I sigh. Wow that is pretty long? Maybe I should talk to Jackie, we talk and hang out and I always feel bad cause she always asks how Jam is

"Mom, what are you doing today?" "Oh I'm not sure, want to visit Jackie and jaylen?" She nods "Alright go get ready when you're done" "ok" she took off and I stared into space and thought about it.

After we both got ready we headed towards Jackies new house and saw jaylen playing with his toys as Jackie sat on the steps "Mommy! It's star and Amanda!" "I know go say hi" he rushed towards us and hugged me "Hey Jaylen" "Hi! Is jam with you?"

"No I'm sorry he's with his dad" he nods and goes back to playing with toys "Hey Jackie, how are you?" "Good I guess. How's James?" "He's well, we've been trying to get him to see you both" "I appreciate your support, I just miss my son and he's missing out on his little brothers life and also mine."

She started to tear up and I sat by her side "I know, Jam just likes to take things in his own hands, he'll come around" she leaned into me and I held her "I want to see my baby" she cried and I sigh as Amanda kept Jaylen distracted.

As I looked up I see Marcos jeep pull up and see he's with Jam "Jackie look" she looks up and stood up looking at the jeep as Marco brought jam in front with a small smile. I walked with Jackie as she walked a bit quicker.

When she stops she's a few feet away from him and he's looking her, he looks so much like her "Jam?" "Hey mom" after a few seconds Jackie pulled him into an embrace and he broke down in the hug "I'm sorry.." he said as she cried holding him close

"Its okay honey I'm so happy you're here..you look older and did you dye your bangs?" She looks at Marco who was smiling a bit "Yeah, and I needed to express myself" she giggles and holds his face "Jaylen, look"

as the little boy turns he bolts and runs into Jam who picks him up and hugs him "Hey Jaylen, I'm sorry I've been the worst big brother" "Its okay I'm just happy you're here! Wanna play?" "Sure I'll play" Jaylen drags him inside and I chuckled "Can I hug you both?" We nodded "Of course jackie" she pulled us closer and we laughed "Thanks so much to bring him home" I smiled at her as I pulled Amanda towards me. "Told you. He'll come around just had to be patient." She nods as Marco clears his throat. "Jackie, Jam will only stay with you weekends. He just wants to get used to being around Jaylen." Jackie nods. "That's fine. As long as he comes back home on his own time that's all that matters. Thanks again." She rushed inside as Marco and I and little Amanda decided to go home.

"Jackie missed him a lot Marco." He nods as he starts the car. "He explained to me why he left home and didnt want to see his mother." I raised a brow at him. "What did he say?" He clears his throat as he focuses on the road. I looked through the mirror and saw amanda with headphones in. "He said he wasn't feeling comfortable around Eric again. Jam had a really bad dream that Eric harmed his mother. He said he was so scared that he had to go. Don't get me wrong Eric is a good guy and I never see him angry at all." I nodded. "To hear that coming out of my son's mouth terrified me. I was even debating on asking Jackie if her and Eric were alright."

That did sound a little off putting. "You could tell Jackie later." Marco shook his head. "No." "No? Why not she deserves to know." He sighs. "Jam said he'll ask her today. He'll text me when he's done it. I don't want to go over his word. I made a promise." I pout as I felt uneasy about this. Marco always did this with Jam. We are married he should at least tell me what's going on instead of keeping me in the dark. Its bothersome. "Marco, you sure he'll do it? Maybe he'll fall back." He shook his head. "I trust him. If he doesnt I'll call Jackie." I nodded as I see the view of house coming up. "You better." As he parked we exited the car and headed inside. "Star are you mad at me?" I rolled my eyes. "No." I said as he followed behind me as Amanda ran towards her room.

"You sound upset. What did I do this time?" I sigh. "You know I'm your wife right?" He nods. "Yes. Happily married for 6 years now. What's wrong?" I pout. "As your wife of 6 years I want to be part of important things like this. This bothers me Marco. It gets me upset when you keep things from me and then tell me weeks after it happened and I'm clueless on what the heck is going on!" He lowered his face as I spun and started to clean the kitchen. "You're quiet cause it's the truth. Don't you trust me?" I said barely audible. "Star adeline Butterfly. I trust you with my whole being. Never doubt that for a second." I looked at him with a slight glare.

"Then let me in when things are hard and important. I'm part of his life as well. I helped you raised him while I was still your girlfriend and even friend." He nods. "I promise I'll tell you everything that's important." I pout as I looked up in his mocha brown eyes. "You promise?" I say as he kissed me giving me his confirmation. "I promise you." I smiled and kissed him back. "Thanks a bunch honey." He chuckles as he watches me wash the dishes. "Do you have any questions?" I shook my head. "No. Not at the moment. Oh marco can you take out the trash and let the dogs out. Please and Thank you. Love you." I chuckled as he kissed my cheek as he went to do the chores. "Love you more."

I lay beside my husband as he was soundly asleep. I'll never get tired of looking at his sleeping form. To be able to have this ability to see for the first time in forever is a blessing. I thank God for helping get here. To bless me and my family and to be able to make me a mother of two kids. Even though one isnt my biological kid I still love him no matter what. I want to thank all the people who have been there for me and help me through this. I smiled at the thought as I run my fingers across Marco's face. "Star..?" He said sleepy as I giggled softly. "Sorry. I was watching you sleep peacefully and couldn't help myself." Marco opened one eye to look over to his clock and the time was really late. [2:15am] "star it's late. Try to sleep honey." He pulled me closer as he kissed my head. "I'll try. Hey Marco." He groans. "Hmm." I smirked. "Would you have been with me if I was still blind?" He took a minute but felt him tighten his hold on me. "Without a doubt." I smiled as buried my head in his chest as he chuckles. "I love you Marco.." he smirks. "I love you more. Now sleep little one." I giggled as I peppered kisses all over his chin and face. "Star...cut it out that tickles." I giggled as i kissed him deeply as he kissed back with the same force.

"Forever."

A/n hello everyone been what 3 years since I updated this book. My bad for real real. Honestly I prewrote this entire chapter 3 years ago. I just needed to edit it and make sure it sounds good cause my writing sucks since I haven't been too active but I do write drafts haha anyways thank you to all the readers who read this entire book and supported me throughout my life. I appreciate each and everyone of you for this. For the reads and votes. Means so much to me and I can't thank you enough. Also this is the final part and its finally done. No more of this story.
