Two days later we all met at The Blackbourne residents so we could have the much needed meeting

We all gathered around the living room after dinner which was easy Pizza but not any Pizza I made up the dough the day before then when we got there I had help rolling it out . We ended up with 30 pizzas of different combinations I even got the younger ones involved in putting the toppings on the pizzas

This was the first time any of the younger kids had seen me since the bombing . They all thought I had gone on vacation before school started so that's what we went with for now .
I didn't need Delaney, Dawson , Damon the three youngest to know what happened to me both times they are way to young to understand along with the Blackbourne triplets Natalie, Noah and Nicholas

Uncle North and Uncle Silas have been
in-charge of the cooking of the pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven they were working up a sweat out there but enjoying it.

We sat in the living room talking about all that has gone on over the past few months .

Once  the little ones were sent up to watch a movie, The Adults went into the conference room to have the much needed talk .

" Alright Everyone Have a seat " Uncle Owen said .

My hand was taken I felt the slightly calloused fingers of Morgan clasp mine he holds it making me stop then leads me over to the Recliner that was brought in
" You Sit here" Morgan said
" Why" I asked
" Because you need to be comfortable and Daddy Silas didn't bring this up for anyone but you " Morgan said with a smile

I grinned back at Morgan knowing full well that Uncle Silas would in fact bring it up for me so that I would be comfortable

Sitting down in the recliner after everyone else had sat down
" Hey how come she gets the comfortable chair" Beanie Asked

" Because Sitting in these chairs wouldn't be comfortable for her side " Uncle Sean said

" Come on Beanie we can share there's room " I said to her
Beanie got up and came over I scooter over she sat down with me we had plenty of room

" Oh I like this chair it's like Papa Ravens chair" Beanie said with a laugh
" I know you think this is comfortable you should see the big ass couch at the apartment in the media room it's huge and so comfortable " I tell her

" Let's get this meeting underway, As we all know Harper's Jeep was blown up causing Harper to be injured now from what we have gathered so far before Harper woke up is , The Bomb was detonated when she got close enough so that means Who ever set it off was watching her , From what Harry and Jack figured out it was mounted to the frame of the Jeep near the gas tank for maximum explosion " Uncle Owen said

It caused me to shiver knowing full well it was meant to kill me but it didn't don't get me wrong my body hurts like a bus ran over me but that is only because I haven't been moving my muscles are still stiff.

" You cold Harper" Beanie Asked
" No "
" You sure I felt you shiver " Beanie responded

" I'm fine really "

" Beanie come sit with me and Let One of the guys sit with Harper " Caleb said

Beanie got up and Sammy Came over to me
" Up " He said
So I stood up , Sammy sat down then pulled me into his lap I curled up in his lap letting his warmth seep into me .
" That's Better" Sammy said as he kissed my head
I just rolled my eyes at him

" Okay let's continue, Now Harper can you tell us why you think those two detectives are in on this " Owen asked

" Well when Todd beat me one night to an unconscious state I woke up to hearing him and those two detectives talking about Penny Donavan and the fact he had taken care of her , Penny was Raped by Todd and had gone to the police about it in a different county

There was enough to charge him so they did She was days away from the trial when she went missing and hasn't been found since , Todd always said I was nothing more to him than a punching bag and a soon to be Whore " I said

Sammy's arms got tight around me not hurting me but enough to let me know he wasn't happy with what I was saying
" Easy Sammy I know you don't like hearing this " I said softly to him
" You are so right My Amor Bello I don't "

" Did you see those two with him " Kota asked
" Yes several times , I learned from Todd's mother that Marshall Bryant and Travis Smyth both grew up with Todd they are really close doing things together all the time not to mention the parents are close friends too  Marshall's Dad is an Lawyer and Travis's Dad is a Building Engineer for some Major Company Both Mother's are shall I say politely..... Drunks ... Alcoholics" I tell them

" From what I have dug up on the mothers seems both have been arrested for DUI's several times but all charges were dropped On all but the the last on Mrs Bryant she was convicted of it seems she got busted in North Carolina they couldn't get that one swept under the rug " Kota said

" Yeah I remember that one she was highly pissed that she was convicted she said that she wasn't drunk that the Officer was lying but yet  her blood showed a .09 when they finally got it taken four  hours later " I said

" Wow She was beyond that when she was first arrested then " Sean said

" So this tells us that Marshall's Dad uses his Pull as a Lawyer to get things erased within Charleston since has pull , Let's set up a surveillance on both families , Kota, Victor , Corey hack into bank accounts see where the money goes and comes from " Owen said

" I will talk with the Police Chief he is Academy so I know he will tell us anything we need to know about the two detectives " Owen added

" Harper you are to stay at the apartment as much as possible , Some one from either family will stay with you durning the day when the guys are at work , I know Sammy you said something about changing your schedule so that you could work from home but that won't be for a couple more days and even then someone will be there too , Once we get more intel on all that are involved we will meet up again , Harper I think it would be best if you brushed up on your shooting skills and start to carry again " Daddy Axel said

" Yeah I think so too , my glock is at home in the lockbox in my nightstand " I say

" Alright I'll get it and bring it to you tomorrow " Papa Marc said

" Harper , Between Myself, North we will retrain you on all weapons and Nathan along with Brandon will strengthen your fighting skills " Papa Raven said

" No Fighting until she isn't tender to the touch on her side I know the wound has healed but not the muscle yet it will take another week or two , Any weight training or strengthening should be done slowly at first " Uncle Sean said

I needed to pee so I squirmed in Sammy's arms
" Stop Squirming Harper things might pop up " he whispered to me
I stifled a laugh then said " I need to pee "

He let go
" Morgan come help her stand she needs to use the restroom " Sammy said

Morgan came over scooped me up out of Sammy's lap and carried me out down the hallway to the bathroom deposited me on the toilet kissed my head " I'll wait for you outside the door"

I took care of my business boy did I feel better , Uncle Sean keeps pumping me full of fluids so my poor bladder is catching hell.

Opening the door I see Morgan standing on the other side of the hallway his eyes meet mine I smile at him , his beautiful eyes shine bright with a smile slowly walking over to me he pulls me to him hugging me then leaned down places a soft kiss on my lips

I respond by slightly opening my mouth at first he doesn't respond he just pulls back to look at me then leans back down kisses me gently again I open my mouth slightly again this time his tongue darts in I then open my mouth more welcoming his tongue inside feeing it slide across mine as we begin that dance

My body is starting to hum that tune , Morgan's hands went to my hips gripping them
Before we could get to far both of us hear a cough come from the right of us pulling away we saw Natalie she looked upset

" What's Wrong Munchkin" Morgan Asked her as he picked her up
" Mo I'm scared they are watching a scary movie and I got scared " Natalie said in between sniffles
" Oh Baby Girl it's okay how about you come cuddle with me and Harper for a little while " Morgan suggested

"Okay " she answered

The three of us went back to the conference, when we walked in They could see Morgan had Natalie in his arms

" What's Wrong With Natalie " Mama Sang asked

" Seems they are watching a scary movie and it scared her " Morgan said

" Come here Baby " Uncle Nathan said as he took Natalie from Morgan
She went willing to her Daddy snuggling into him

"Let's Table this conversation until later " Owen said as he looked down at his daughter yes I said his daughter it's just like in my family I may not be biologically Papa Ravens but he is my Papa and he treats me as if I was his biological child
