Since this is essentially a crossover with SAO, there are characters from there that make their appearances here, but some do not. I put certain characters in that can sorta fit the story line.

Y/N, Saji, Issei, and Kiba were walking down the street with Klein, a friend of Y/N. While Klein was in his early twenties, it didn't really stop Y/N and him becoming friends.

Kiba: So how did you meet Klein?

Y/N: It was on one of our joint contracts. What were we doing again?

Klein: It was just a small dungeon raid with other people. Y/N was so strong during this contract, people had started to call him a "beater!"

Kiba/Saji/Issei: Beater?

Y/N: Those guys just had no talent. Anyway, why are we meeting up with Agil again?

Issei: Speaking of which, where are we going?

Klein: Heading to a little place called, Dicey Cafe.

Y/N: It's run by another friend of ours in the mercenary business. 

Saji: I've heard of that place. Isn't it a bar?

Y/N: At this hour, it's more of night where all of us mercenary buds just hang out.

Issei: (amazed) Really?

Klein: Yep! Being in this line of work grants you some great bonuses! Luckily, we get some discount stuff since we're good friends with Agil!

Y/N: I wouldn't be surprised if we run into Sinon tonight.

Klein: The Ice-Cold Sniper, huh? She's one scary lady.

Sinon: And that scary lady is right behind you.

The group turn around to be met with a girl, about Y/N's age, with pale blue hair and indigo colored eyes. The only thing with her was a pistol holster with just your typical handgun. She had a white scarf and pale green jacket with some black shorts and wearing white shoes.

Klein yelps while Saji, Issei, and Kiba tilts their head in confusion.

Y/N: Yo, Sinon.

Sinon: Y/N, good to see you. Klein, should have died in our last contract together.

Klein: Come on, do you have to be so mean?

Saji: This magical power...are you an Angel?

Sinon: Is that a problem Devil boy?

Saji: No ma'am!

Sinon: (looks to Y/N and Klein) Heading to the Dicey Cafe too?

Klein: Yup! Agil just wanted to have a nice night and just catch up! He said we could invite some friends too!

The group kept on walking down the street until they turned right to a small shopping district. It seemed abandoned and the group spotted a small sign that was posted outside.

The three Devils were confused, but the other three mercenaries knew that this was the right place.

Issei: Is this the right place?

Kiba: And you're sure that we can be here?

Klein: Yeah! Just come on in!

Y/N: I'm surprised that you didn't take Hecate with you, Sinon.

Sinon: Unlike you, I only carry one weapon on me. Besides, it's only a night where we all catch up.

Y/N: (shrugs) I guess.

They open the door to see a man with brown skin who was also in his early twenties. Seemed like someone from the United States. Inside also sat a pink haired girl with a brown haired girl who were also about the same age as Y/N.

Y/N: Eh? Lisbeth? Asuna?

Asuna: Kirito-kun?

Lisbeth: It's just Y/N. How's my favorite customer doing?

Agil: Hey guys.

Issei: (looks to Lisbeth) A Devil...

Saji: (looks to Asuna) Another Angel...

Kiba: (looks to Agil) And a Fallen Angel...

Lisbeth: (notices Saji) Oh! You're in Lady Sona's peerage!

Saji: You know who my master is?

Lisbeth: Of course! I run the blacksmith shop in the Sitri domain! Oh, Y/N?

Y/N: Yeah?

Lisbeth: Can I take a look at you're sword when you visit the Sitri domain again?

Y/N: Sure. (looks to Asuna) And what's the Vice-Commander of the Knights of the Blood Oath doing here?

Asuna: Lisbeth invited me here. I didn't come here to see you or anything.

Y/N: Typical.

Asuna: And what's that supposed to mean?

Y/N: Nothing.

Issei: Does everyone go by a name here?

Y/N: Yep. Asuna here is the Berserk Healer.

Asuna: (glares at Y/N) It's the Lightning Flash, Vice-Commander of the Knights of the Blood Oath.

Kiba: That mercenary guild that resides in Heaven?

Y/N: Lisbeth is the rip-off blacksmith.

Lisbeth: It's Master Blacksmith to you!

Lisbeth, annoyed, gets up from her stool and tries to punch Y/N, who only side steps to avoid Lisbeth's wrath.

Y/N: Agil is the rip-off shop keeper.

Agil: (sweat drops) Hey now...

Y/N: Klein, the leader of the human guild, Fuurinkazan.

Klein: Yo!

Y/N: You've already met the Ice-Cold Sniper, Sinon.

Sinon: Pleased to meet you all again.

Y/N: And there's me, the Black Swordsman.

Sinon/Lisbeth/Asuna: More like the local edge lord.

Y/N: Hrrk! You cannot prove that!

Lisbeth: Let's see...

Asuna: The black clothes...

Sinon: And very few friends or doesn't have any...yeah.

Y/N looks down in defeat while Klein just pats his back.

Klein: Well, at least you tried.

Agil: Well drinks and food are on the house! Let's catch up, shall we?

They all nod their head as and sat down on the bar stools. During their time here, it was just having nice talks here and there. Just having fun.

Klein: Here we are, heading into this dungeon to take on the Gleam Eyes.

Asuna: Oh no...

Klein: Asuna-chan here then just charges in as another one of these dumb ass mercenary guild had charged in without a plan. Anyway, he died, she charged in--

Asuna: Klein, can we not tell this story?

Klein: Oh, but I'm just getting to the good part! She gets punched in the face, so much for being the Lightning Flash.

Asuna: I can hear you!

Klein: And this guy just comes in and starts to dual wield like no one has ever seen! Using that skill called, what was it?

Y/N: (sigh) Starburst Stream.

Lisbeth: Some of those names sound stupid.

Klein: What are you talking about!? They are great names!

Lisbeth: Whatever.

Y/N: Says the person who's swords are usually never that great of quality.

Lisbeth: Wha! I'll have you know, I am a Master Blacksmith! I was the one who forged Elucidator for you which is now the Night Sky Sword!

Asuna: But Y/N's kind of right. Lately your quality in the metal work has been getting dull.

Lisbeth: (dejected) This can't be...

Klein: Anyway, Y/N here beat it, but almost died.

Asuna: Anyway, how's my cousin doing Y/N? Haven't seen her in awhile.

(A/N): Trying to tie in the SAO characters into the High School DxD universe so this is an idea that I have been thinking of.

Y/N: She's doing fine.

Issei: Oh yeah, aren't you guys dating?

Asuna then gains a look on her face, one that means to tell Y/N to run while the black haired boy looks at his perverted friend with a "what the fuck is wrong with you" look.

Asuna: Are you treating her right?

Y/N: (terrified) Yep! S-Sure am.

Asuna: As long as you treat her right, then we're fine.

Klein: But seriously, that thing you did with Katerea. Never thought you would be able to defeat a former Satan candidate.

Y/N: Well, she was an asshole.

Lisbeth: You're not wrong. Always hated her.

Sinon: We should all do a joint contract sometime.

Klein: I'm down! Y/N, you should invite your cousin!

Y/N: Sugu? She's been up in Yggdrasil lately so I haven't been able to talk to her.

Agil: Isn't that up in?

Y/N: The Norse mythology side? Yeah.

Asuna: Well, I'll say that this has been a pleasant reunion.

Klein: You bet it was! Hey Y/N, you should help me get the Spirit Blade, Kagutsuchi!

Y/N: But the dungeon for that is so hot.

Klein: We went to Jotunheimr and it was freakin' cold!

Issei, Kiba, and Saji were watching the mercenary friends talk and have fun. It was nice to see a more talkative side of Y/N. Y/N was only friends with Issei and Irina growing up so seeing this was like a nice change of pace.

They talked for a few more hours and it was now 11:00 PM so they decided to call it a day.

Y/N: Thanks for having us over, Agil.

Agil: Anytime man. Like Sinon said, we should all do a joint contract together.

Y/N: Will do. See you guys later.

They all said their goodbyes and the four walked back to their homes.

Saji: Think everyone will get mad at us for being out so long?

Y/N: Not unless we explain what we were doing.

Saji: Fair enough.

Issei: Man that was awesome though!

Kiba: Indeed. To think we met some of the most powerful mercenaries there.

Y/N: Yeah. They're good people once you get to know them.

Issei: Y/N, you should totally take us here again! We gotta bring everyone!

Y/N: (chuckle) Sure thing.

They all went they're separate ways, thinking of the fun times they had. Tonight was truly a night to remember.
