Season 3. Let's go. There's probably like a month timeskip so yeah. Enough rambling. Let us begin.

Y/N awoke the next morning and the room was quite odd. He got up and looked around, seeing that the room was much larger than normal. Not only that, it looked much fancier than the normal Hyoudou Residence.

As he looked around, he noticed the large canopy that surrounded the bed and how large the actual mattress was. It could fit three people actually.

One thing ran through Y/N's mind. "Where the hell did I wake up!?" That was the question that rang through Y/N's mind. He got up and opened the door closest to him which it being the bathroom. It was a large one with a bathtub and large shower. Y/N knew it wasn't his apartment as his apartment was never this nice. He didn't want to believe whether this house was the Hyoudou Residence as well. He was about to call Issei until a loud yell was heard. It was familiar as it was the perverted brown haired boy's scream.

Y/N: Am I really in Issei's house?

A knock was heard at the door and it opened up to be Issei's mother.

Issei's Mother: Oh Y/N?

Y/N: Yes, Mrs. Hyoudou?

Issei's Mother: I believe it's time for you to get up now! It's the last day of school as summer vacation is about to begin!

Y/N: Of course, Mrs. Hyoudou.

The door closes and Y/N stretches, getting up and heading to the window and opening it up. He gazed out of the window into the beautiful morning of the small town of Kuoh. 

His phones rings and he picks it up and it was an unknown number. He wasn't sure who it was so he picked it up and it wasn't who he expected. It was Irina and she somehow got his number.

Irina: 'Hey there boo! I already miss you up here in Europe, but we'll be seeing each other soon! Here's a little present.'

He then looks at the picture that was sent to him and he blushed. Perhaps the color of a tomato. Irina had sent him a selfie of herself on the beach in a swimsuit. He did admit that she was gorgeous.

He smiled at the little gift he was given and stepped into the bathroom, freshening up for the day. As he got out of the bathroom, dressed up in the school uniform, he ate breakfast and had told Issei's parents that he was going first. Entering the garage, he turned on his motorcycle and drove his way to the school.

Arriving at the school, he entered his class and was swarmed by Issei's pervert friends. Asking questions as to where he is or what's going on over at his house. Y/N was already tired and never really liked talking to them so he just waved them off. He then started to think of the coming summer. He had thought about inviting Irina back over and head somewhere. Perhaps go hiking in the mountains. But, Y/N had gotten a message from his mother during the school year and requested that he visit home. While he had no objections about going back to visit, it was mostly the reason his mother had actually sent him.

A security detail was required as the three faction leaders were to host a treaty signing with Lord Odin of Midguard. Y/N thought of this as a chance to see his cousin. Suguha or Sugu is what he calls her. Sugu had been up in Yggdrasil in the past month and now Midguard. She's found some odd jobs here and there, mostly it being eliminations and clearing monster areas. She is aware that he is the adopted son of the Leviathan and she supported the idea. His mother has also found out about Y/N's cousin and Sugu is also welcomed in the Sitri domain.

It was a bit before class so he decided to see if his friends were able to come to the alliance signing with Lord Odin.

Y/N: 'Anyone up for security detail for the Midguard Alliance signing that's about to occur in a few weeks?'

Asuna: 'Chieftain Michael was planning on having us attend. We'll see each other.'

Sinon: 'Same here. Be seeing you soon then.'

Agil: 'Azazel contacted me about the job. Taking it. He also messaged me about your cousin. She's on security detail for escorting Lord Odin.'

Klein: 'Think you could put in a good work for Sirzechs and ask me to come along?'

Y/N: 'That's been handled Klein. You will be going to the Underworld with me as part of my work detail.'

Klein: 'Alright then! What about Lisbeth?'

Y/N: 'She's the Head Blacksmith for the Sitri domain, but we'll see her there.'

Asuna: 'Alright then. Until then.'

Sinon: 'Yep. See you guys there'

Klein: 'Tell me the time and where to meet Y/N.'

Agil: 'Until we meet again.'

With that established, Y/N propped his head on his hand and stares out the window, waiting for the day to end. Needless to say, it was quite boring. Issei came in soon after, with Xenovia and Asia behind him, and the pervert trio then start to discuss plans.

Matsuda: Our break starts tomorrow!

Issei: Yeah! The Gentleman's Summer! Japan's Summer!

Motohama: Summer's about the pool, the beach, and the girls! (holds glasses) Nothing will get past my scouter!

Kiryu: So the pervert trio have plans for the summer too?

Motohama: What was that!?

Issei: The pervert trio!?

Matsuda: That's a load of bull! I don't want to hear that from someone who's a four-eyes like Motohama!

Kiryu: Don't even put me on the same scale as that four-eyed perv! That's a disgrace to my kind.

Motohama: What did you say!?

Issei: Motohama's glasses...can instantly evaluate any female body!

Y/N: (thoughts) What the hell? That's an actual skill!?

Motohama: (smirks) I give you an 8.5.

Kiryu: (grins) Heh. Is that all you can do?

Motohama: (shocked) N-No way! You can also use the scouter!?

Kiryu: (analyzes Issei) I understand, I see now.

Issei: Cut it out!

Kiryu: Hyoudou.

Issei: What!

Kiryu: (whispers indistinctly in Issei's ear) Your length down there...would be a...

Issei: (amazed) That's even more detailed than anything Motohama's glasses could come up with!

Matsuda: The hell!?

Motohama: D-Damn you! How dare you, bitch!?

Kiryu: (puffs chest out) Try it if you can. Issei, Kirito here is much bigger than you.

Issei: What!?

Y/N: (sigh) Leave me out of this...

Issei: But more specifically, this is a battle between superpowers!

Kiryu: Good for you, Asia.

Asia: (confused) Huh?

Kiryu: Issei Hyoudou is pretty packed down there, but is less than Kirito-san here.

Y/N: I said leave me out of this...

Xenovia: Packed? What do you mean by that?

Y/N: Don't you dare corrupt anymore of Asia's innocent mind, Kiryu!

Issei: Yeah! Asia doesn't need to know about that useless stuff! (mutters) At least not yet.

Kiryu: It's what I said.

After that statement, two girls that were conversing with Asia and Xenovia, Murayama and Katase were their names were, hold each other with gleeful smiles. 

Y/N could only sigh. What were up with these perverts these days? It seems that they keep increasing by the day.

Issei: Shut up! Stop telling them unnecessary stuff like that!

Matsuda: Just wait and see! This summer, I'm going to get a beautiful girlfriend!

Motohama: And we'll leave you open-mouthed!

Y/N: (sigh) This is going to be a long school day...

Timeskip-ORC Building

Classes have ended and Y/N, Issei, Asia, and Xenovia had traveled with Kiba and Koneko to head to the ORC building.

Currently, Issei was leaning out of the window and Kiba was reading a book while talking with Y/N talking about sword styles and what not. Xenovia would put in her input about the styles whenever she felt like it.

Issei: Girlfriend, huh? Well, I've had one before, but she nearly killed me.

Gasper: Is something wrong, Issei-senpai?

Issei: It was nothing. Hey, Kiba! Y/N! 

Kiba and Y/N: Hmm?

Issei: Do you guys have any plans for summer vacation?

Kiba: (closes book) That's right. It's your first year.

Y/N: I just hope kaa-san will chill out on the shopping.

Asia: Koneko-chan, what do you do?

Koneko doesn't respond and only stares at her food that was set out in front of her. Y/N raises an eyebrow as Koneko would usually respond to Asia whenever she spoke to her.

A few seconds later, the doors open and Akeno and Rias walk in.

Rias: So we're all gathered.

Rias and Akeno then discuss the plans with everyone, shocking the new Devils, specifically Issei. Going to the Underworld, the home of Rias and technically Y/N.

Issei: Back to the Underworld?

Rias: It's summer vacation. I have to go back home. I do this every year. I assume you do this as well, Y/N?

Y/N: When I'm taking a break from doing contracts. I just wish mom will calm down on the shopping trips we do.

Rias: (notices Issei's pout) What is it, Issei?

Issei: When you said you were going home, I thought you were going to leave me!

Rias: Of course not. You and I will be together for thousands of years. No worry. (cups Issei's face) I will not abandon you.

Issei: Okay, buchou.

Rias: So let's all go to the Underworld tomorrow. Prepare for a long trip.

Asia: We're all going?

Rias: I am your master and you are my servants. Of course you're coming with me. Y/N is riding along with us as he is the son of Serafall-sama.

Asia: We're going to the Underworld!? That makes me so nervous. To think about want to go dead.

Xenovia: It's said that there was someone who served the Lord will go to Hell along with those who sent there. It's perfect for a former believer who became a Devil.

Azazel: I'm also coming along.

Issei: Azazel-sensei!

Rias: When did you get here!?

Y/N: About five minutes ago. Probably less.

Azazel: Everyone couldn't sense my presence except Y/N. That means you lot have a lot of training to undergo.

Y/N: Now that I think about it, It's been awhile since I've went toe to toe with Tannin.

Issei: Should I tell Matsuda and Motohama that I'm going with buchou over the break?

Y/N: Probably should.

Timeskip-Devil Train, To The Underworld

Klein had joined Y/N on the train with the ORC to head to the Underworld. Sona and her peerage were also on, but were up in the upper cars ahead.

Y/N and Klein sat on the bar stools with Kiba and Xenovia, talking about Y/N and Klein's mercenary adventures.

Asia: If we're going to the Underworld, then why are we going by train?

Issei: Last time, we went with Grayfia's magic. We came back on a flying griffon.

Akeno: The Devils of the noble family, are in charge of the official route.

With Kiba, Xenovia, Y/N, and Klein

Klein: Seriously Y/N, you owe some favors.

Y/N: Right, I still haven't paid you back for the assist with that one demon Santa thing.

Kiba/Xenovia: Demon Santa?

Y/N: It was some weird demon that I fought to get a revival item, but it was useless to me.

Saji: Yo, Hyoudou!

Issei: Saji! The Student Council President and Vice President alongside him?

Rias: Hello, Sona. 

Sona: Since we can't stay inside the Gremory family train, we came to say goodbye before going down.

Rias: No need to worry.

Sona: This year, we're not just going to lay back like everyone else.

Saji: You're going to train down there, aren't you?

Xenovia: I don't know what you're planning on.

Saji: Well, I plan to be much stronger than you by the next time we meet. You'd better be prepared.

Sona: Saji, let's go. Come along nephew, Klein-san.

Saji: Okay. See ya!

Klein: Time to go then?

Y/N: Yup. Might as well see Lisbeth.

Sona: See you next time.

Rias: Yes. See you later.

Klein and Y/N then follow Sona and her peerage out and prepare to get off for the Sitri domain.

Timeskip-Sitri Domain

They were now walking through the city, onward to the Sitri manor.

Saji: Hey Y/N, you sure seem to be popular here.

Sona: When Y/N had the time, he would help the citizens out. He's also quite popular among the teenage girls here.

Klein: So what's this meeting about?

Y/N: Some things concerning the Khaos Brigade.

Klein: They sure caused some havoc during the Leader's Summit, didn't they?

Y/N: Yup.

Sona: Nephew.

Y/N: Yeah. Gotta prepare for mom's tackle.

Sona's Peerage and Klein: Tackle?

The group then arrive at the Sitri manor, knocking on the doors. Y/N casts a simple magic to boost his defense, preparing for the worst.

Suddenly, the doors flies open and Serafall had flew out, tackling Y/N to the ground.

Serafall: (excitedly) Y/N!

Y/N: (muffled) Nice to see you too...kaa-san.

Serafall: Oh, it's good to see you too, Sona!

Sona: Yes...nice to see you too, Nee-sama.

The others sweat drop at the sight. Was it always this lively?

Later on, Klein sets up his stuff down in Y/N's room, which had a spare bed in it. Y/N changes into his casual clothing and clips the Night Sky Sword on his belt.

(A/N): If y'all didn't read the first OVA, Y/N's casual clothing in the Underworld is Kirito's page uniform in Alicization when he trained under Sortiliena. Also, Klein's casual look will be his avatar in ALO.

Klein was waiting by the front door and Y/N went to have a word with his mother.

Y/N: Hey mom?

Serafall: Yes, sweetie?

Y/N: Me and Klein are just going to go out and see Lisbeth. Is that fine?

Serafall: Will you guys make it in time for dinner?

Y/N: We'll try. Lisbeth always likes to offer us food when we visit the shop.

Serafall: If you can't make it, I'll mother and father. Have a good day son!

Y/N then makes his way to the front door. Klein and him then set off for Lisbeth's blacksmith shop.

Klein: How are you popular with the ladies here?

Y/N: Let's see. I'm at least eighteen, I have attractive looks I guess, and I like to help the people here which gives me a reputation.

Klein: (sigh) I sometimes wonder how I don't have a girlfriend yet.

Y/N: You know...me too.

???: Onii-chan!

The two turn around to see Y/N's cousin, Suguha, running up to them.

Y/N: Sugu? I thought you were escorting Lord Odin's entourage?

Suguha: They told me to head here early. Besides, might as well see you again. (looks to Klein) Good to see you too, Klein!

Klein: Yo! Leafa-chan!

Suguha: Why that name?

Klein: Isn't that what you go by up in Midguard?

Suguha: Yes...? How do you know that?

Y/N: Word travels fast.

Suguha: So where are you guys going?

Y/N: Down to Lisbeth's shop. She wanted to examine my new sword.

Suguha: I was thinking of having Liz forge me a new sword. Maybe a katana!

Y/N: Well calm down now. We're almost there.

The three continues to Lisbeth's shop. As they got closer, banging and thudding noises were heard. The three raise their eyebrows until an explosion was heard and black smoke escapes from the window.

The three run inside to see Lisbeth holding onto a hot blade with a pair of nippers. She had soot all over her face and she looks over to the three.

Lisbeth: Well...I think it's back to the drawing board.

Klein and Y/N start to laugh and Sugu only faces palms at the other two's stupidity. Sugu then goes on over to help Liz and Y/N and Klein go over to the table by the window and sit down.

Scene Change, Hot Springs

Y/N was invited by Rias to head on over to the hot springs. He soon joins Kiba and Azazel in the hot bath while Issei was struggling to get Gasper in.

Gasper: I don't want to! I'll come later!

Issei: Why are you ashamed!? Are you gay or something!? Don't wrap your towel around your chest! It's making me feel uncomfortable too!

Gasper: No way...you look at me like that, Issei-senpai?

Issei: You're crazy!

Y/N: Whoa! Issei's into traps! Holy--

Issei: Don't you dare finish that sentence Y/N!

Akeno: (from above) Issei-kun! Don't sexual harass Gasper!

Issei: Akeno-san? (gasp) There's women here? Hot springs are the best!

Y/N: You guys squared off with Tannin?

Kiba: Yeah. A strong Devil Dragon.

Y/N: How much of his strength was he using?

Kiba: Ddraig said he wasn't even using a tenth of his strength.

Y/N: Then that was child's play. I need to square off with him again.

Kiba: So what will you be doing?

Y/N: While I will be training, Klein, Sugu, Lisbeth, and I are probably going on hunts and extermination contracts here. I can call you guys if you want.

Kiba: Nah, it's fine. Koneko seemed off today.

Y/N: How so?

Kiba: Don't know.

Y/N: Hmm. (notices Issei climbing) Issei, what the hell!? Get down from there!

Issei: Never! The Heaven of breasts are upon us! I must see!

As soon as Issei resumed his climb, Koneko immediately punches him off, causing Issei to fall down.

Koneko: Suck it perv.  

Y/N: Honestly, I was expecting this.

Kiba: Does his perversion know no bounds?

Y/N: That's not even a question. Of course it doesn't.

The rest of their time there, it was just a good time. Talking about the recent battle and what their plans for training was.

So I noticed, a lot more people seem to like this story the most as this book gets more votes. So, this book may be primary focus. Until then, From The Ashes will be having slow updates while this book will have frequent ones. Anyway, I hope you all enjoyed this chapter and await the next one which is all about a remembrance of certain missions. Basically, the floors and certain dungeons that happened in SAO will be extermination contracts in the DxD world.
