     Gold sighed as he sat finishing his tea. He liked Cheryl, she was a lovely lady, he just didn't feel comfortable moving on from Belle. He felt like he was betraying her in some way.

Eisenhower left when he heard baby Nadia crying again. He knew that meant the clown would be waking up to feed her.

But instead it was Sarah. She went to Nadia and picked her up and comforted her while getting her bottle ready. Buggy got up not knowing Sarah was handling her. He stopped seeing her feeding her. "I thought I get a turn," she giggled.

"....oh, of course. Just don't feel you have to," he yawned, sleepily, "you need your sleep," he went to her and kissed her cheek, then he kissed Nadia's forehead, "my two best girls."

Nadia looked up at Buggy sleepily. "Da...da...," she muffled and grabbed his nose.

Sarah smiled seeing how cute she was. Suddenly fear ran across her. She really loved Nadia as her own daughter now and the world they lived in scared for her little girl's safety. She then started to cry.

Mr Gold heard, but stayed and listened.

"Buggy...she is precious...I'm afraid...what if...what if..."

"....I know what you're thinking, I've had those thoughts too...," he put his arms around her, "I even felt that way about you at first, that's partly why I got so mad when you run away....it terrifies me that I could lose you. But...we have to have faith, and if what Oracle says is right, then me and Luffy can put an end to all the horror someday. And until that day comes, I swear I'll protect you, Nadia....and your pops, with my life."

"...what if...I loose you...and Nadia looses you too?" Sarah asked tearing up.

He then held her face, "Sarah, don't give in to those fears, baby. That's what having faith is all about, right? You won't loose me. Besides, I'm like some kind of savior so....I ain't going anywhere. I love you both too much to loose that now."

Sarah looked up at him. Her tears slid down her face as she cried. He carefully pulled her into a hug and held her and Nadia close.

"I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I just...I lost my family...you did too...I don't want to loose this one..."

Buggy rubbed her back comforting her, "I know...nothing is going to happen to us. I will not let anything happen to you, to Nadia, to your Pops...anyone. I love you...."

"...I love you too."

Buggy cupped her face and kissed her and she kissed him back.

Gold smiled to himself hearing him say that. He was a good young man after all it seemed. He then quietly went to bed to give them privacy, knowing now they were kissing.

Meanwhile Buggy rested his forehand against hers, "you....you opened up to me and talked about your fears.. that's fantastic, Sarah! Thank you. I'm so happy you trust me with your feelings. You never have to run away. I'll be strong enough for both of us."

Sarah blushed, "I did...," she teared up. She held his face. "Because I don't want to run away from you. I really love you, Buggy."

"Wove..." Nadia said sleepily.

Buggy chuckled hearing Nadia say that. He was now tearing up too, "....I never thought I'd find anyone who would love me...I really wove you too, honey. I want to marry you and have more babies....obvjously when all this is over and Nadia is a little older."

Sarah giggled and smiled at Buggy. She held his face and kissed his nose. He smiled holding her close.

Later Sarah laid Nadia in her crib and placed her crochet Buggy beside her to sleep with. Buggy then took her hand and pulled her into the storage room. He held her face and kissed her pushing her back against the wall again.

"We need a bed in here...," he grumbled, playfully as he kissed down her neck and his hands slid up to caress her breasts. He then slowly brought his knee up between her legs, "...I want to make you come again, baby."

Buggy then collapsed beside her and laid on his back. She rolled to her side face him, "...you're so cute." She smiled.

Buggy then laughed as he still caught his breath, "...thanks, honey. You're cute too...," he grabbed her hand and kissed it.

"You're the cutest, Buggy Bug~," she crawled closer and kissed him holding his face.

The next day,

Oracle was in the combat room with Buggy and Luffy helping them get stronger.

Harry, Aussie, Sarah and Jinx watched behind the glass wall.

"I think Luffy has the upper hand," Harry said, "it says here in the book he is the strongest pirate and has easily defeated Buggy."

"It's weird that he's the strongest when he doesn't have any muscles," Aussie said.

"Maybe it's his rubber abilities," Harry said, "Buggy told me he once tried to stretch him until he broke him, but you can't break him because he's rubber. Buggy can split himself into pieces so he doesn't get cut, but he can still break his bones. That doesn't happen to Luffy."

Jinx was confused, "am I missing something? Rubber and splitting himself into pieces? And why would Buggy try to hurt Luffy? They're like brothers, kind of."

"They were not before. They were sworn enemies." Sarah explained.

"And the rubber powers and splitting into pieces thing?"

"Uh, they both ate a devil fruit, which each gives you a unique ability. Buggy ate the chop chop one, Luffy ate the gum gum one."

"But that means if they get wet by sea water they get weak and can't use their powers until they dry off a little," Aussie said, "and they can't swim in sea water."

"Oh wow. Okay." Jinx was now fascinated.

"Yeah looks like our history books missed a lot information, huh, Jinx?" Sarah asked.

"Just a lot of information! And the pictures weren't exactly accurate either," she giggled, "they're both cuter than I expected."

"yuk!" Aussie said, hearing this, "puppy's are cute."

"Oh which reminds me, Luffy really likes you, Buggy told me." Sarah giggled.

"Really? Shut up!" Jinx giggled and blushed, "thanks for telling me....," she then dropped her voice, "....it must be interesting making out with a guy who has those kinds of powers, right?"

"....," she blushed, she didn't tell, but it must've been obvious, "yeah," she whispered.

Jinx then giggled, "don't worry, I won't say anything to them about it. I guess all I have to do is stop Luffy from being so shy."

Just then from behind the glass they heard laughing. Luffy had punched Buggy in the face and he'd detached his head.

Jinx covered her mouth, "what the frick?!"

"You got me the first time with that! It won't work again," Luffy laughed.

Buggy flipped his head over, "it got a laugh at least," he chuckled then reattached it.

"Powers remember," Harry giggled.

Sarah was shocked too. "Did that hurt, Buggy?" She calling through the glass wall.

"Not really," Buggy shrugged as he rolled his shoulders and cracked his neck, "it won't even leave a mark," he came up to the glass, "but it's sweet that you care, baby. Why don't you get your cute butt in here so I can give my girl a kiss. I miss you."

"Awe" Luffy smiled.

"Sissy stuff," Aussie pouted, making Harry and Jinx giggle.

"After you train," Sarah giggled.

Buggy pouted, "you owe me two then, actually I'm gonna add a kiss for every minute I'm in here."

"Boy you really got it bad," Luffy teased him.

Buggy raised his eyebrow, "like you don't?"

"Hey!" he blushed and Buggy just chuckled.

He then blew a kiss to Sarah and went back to training.

Sarah giggled and blushed.

"Buggy, you need to focus. Don't have Sarah distract you." Oracle said, chuckling.

"Hey, I'm not distracted," Buggy argued "I'm completely focused—" he then stumbled back when Luffy extended his arm and slapped his face because he was looking at Sarah again.

"HEY, you little shit—!"

"That is not being focused!" Luffy laughed, "Aah—!"

Buggy then tackled him to the ground, but not in an angry way, "I'll show you who's not focused!"

"Buggy! Luffy! That's enough!" Oracle yelled.

Both Luffy and Buggy then stood up straight.

"Alright, focus. Let's do this again."  Oracle held his arm out and it changed to a lazer canon again. Buggy and Luffy dodged his shots.

"Woe! Oracle is so cool." Aussie said.

"Does he use that on the zombies too?" Harry asked Sarah, "he could totally take lots of them down with that thing."

"I guess when it's necessary." She said.

Luffy then jumped on him and hit his fists on Oracle's head. He then cried out in pain. "OW!"

"Luffy!" Buggy pulled him back, "don't you think you're taking this a bit too seriously? What's gotten into you? Are you just showing off in front of your crush or what?!"

"No! We have to take this seriously! It's you that isn't taking this seriously enough!!" Luffy yelled at Buggy, trying to shove him away, but Buggy held onto him,

"Hey! That's enough!"

"Luffy!" Buggy pulled him back, "don't you think you're taking this a bit too seriously? What's gotten into you? Are you just showing off in front of your crush or what?!"

"No! We have to take this seriously! It's you that isn't taking this seriously enough!!" Luffy yelled at Buggy, trying to shove him away, but Buggy held onto him.

"Hey! That's enough!" Oracle sighed, "Alright that's enough training for today. Let's try again tomorrow...WHEN YOU BEHAVE!"

Luffy sighed and headed for the door.

"You okay?" Biggy asked Oracle, "Look, I'm sorry for goofing around before, I didn't think Luffy would act like that."

"I'm alright. He did the right move, but forgot I am stronger than you both. And it's quite alright, Buggy."

Buggy chuckled and they got out. Aussie then ran to him and hugged him, "awesome job, Uncle Buggy!"

After supper, Luffy was playing with Nadia, Buggy reading the history pirate books to Harry and Aussie. Sarah and Jinx were sorting stuff in the storage room with Oracle.

Mr Gold was sat talking to Cheryl about the children. He was asking her about them more. Sarah could see her dad talking to Cheryl more and thought it was cute.

Sarah and Jinx then sat down listening to Buggy read to the boys. As for Sarah, she was imagining everyone and herself out in the countryside. It was after the apocalypse was over. The curse had lifted. Nadia was like 5 and was swinging on a swing with Buggy. Buggy still had his nose, but didn't wear his makeup or even had his tattoo of his crossbones. He looked normal.

Sarah was holding their son and smiling at them happily.

She hoped that life would come soon. She missed the old life.

"Look it's Captain Hook!" Sarah and Gold heard Aussie say to Buggy and Harry pointing at an image in the book.

Gold got up and went to look. It indeed was him. He was told as a mysterious pirate that came to help the 17th century pirate. He claims to be from another world which we assume could be an alien resembling a human pirate.

That wasn't true, but he looked just like him.

Sarah walked over to see the image. It was Hook. Like the photos she seen at Mr Gold and Belle's  house.

"That is him. But they are wrong. He's not an alien. He is from another dimension where fairytales are real." Mr Gold explained.

Sarah could see he had tears in his eyes now. He looked away and walked away. Cheryl came to him and held him in a comforting way. "He was my best friend."

"I'm sorry. I can see how close you two must've been," Cheryl said.

Cheryl then hugged Gold and he hugged onto her sobbing.

Buggy turned to Sarah and said quietly, "I know Cheryl is comforting him, but maybe he needs a hug from you too."

Sarah went to her father, "Papa?"

Gold turned to her and hugged her tightly.

Sarah wrapped her arms around her father. "It's ok, Papa. It's ok."
