Naruto POV

Now that I have decided to take sides with Gaara in the war, I'm going to have to tell Tsunade. I teleport to the Hokage tower to find Team 7 and Tsunade.

"Hello, Tsunade." I say.

"Kitsune. I'm glad you could join us. I assume you will be joining us in the war?" Tsunade asks.

"No."

"What?"

"No. I have allied with Suna as my girlfriend lives there."

"That's your only good reason?"

"No. One of my main goals of my entire ninja career as of late is to eradicate Kohona." This shocks everyone.

"But, why?" Sakura asks. I smirk as I take off my mask.

"Well, Sakura-chan, Kohona had made me suffer for years. I guess you, Tsunade, and 

Sasuke-teme just pushed me over the breaking point. And since I was banished I realize that Kohona has done nothing but horrible things to me and my friends. So, I decided to silence The Leaf once and for all."

"Naruto! But what about your dream to be Hokage? And your loyalty to your friends?" Tsunade asks, confused and sad.

"My childish dream? You burned it to the ground. As for my loyalty to my friends, that will never die. My friends just changed. Tell your pathetic village that you've made an enemy out of Naruto Uzumaki, The Black Kitsune."

I missed this. Weekly dinner dates with Yorokobi-hime are the best.

"So Yoro-chan, what have you been doing over the past few months?"

"Nothing, really. Just hanging out with Temari and her boyfriend."

"Shikamaru?"

"Yeah, I think that was his name."

"Shikamaru is pretty cool. Smart, too. Plus, Temari would be very unhappy if I killed him. I'll probably let him, Choji, and Team 9 live. Maybe Shino too. But who knows. Where should we go next Yoro-hime?" 

"How about the carnival?"

No POV: Kohona

All citizens of the Hidden Leaf Village are called to the city square as the Hokage gets on top of her tower.

"Attention people of the Hidden Leaf! We have made a grave mistake! We banished a cheerful, energetic boy named Naruto Uzumaki to the rough life of a Lone Wolf. This has come back to haunt us as Naruto has reappeared as The Black Kitsune, and has sworn his vengance."

Sorry for that wait, I didn't have much motivation or inspiration to update, but it should get better. Sorry for the short chapter, too, it was kind of a transition into the war.
