Gaara's POV

I sit at my desk, minding by own buisness, and what do I get? A flying side-kick going through my window thrown by a hyperactive fool known as Naruto. 

"I appreciate the company, but why are you in Suna now?" I ask.

"Well, I wanted to check up on you, but I also wanted to see my Yorokobi-chan!" Naruto says.

"Ok, well I have to decide which side to take in the war, so I'm busy." I say.

"Wait wait wait. Hold the phone. What war?" Naruto inquires.

"Didn't you hear? The Fourth Great Shinobi War is coming."

"What are the sides?"

"Kohona vs. Iwa and Kumo. Kiri is with Kohona because it is the strongest of the nations, and the richest." 

"Do Iwa."

"Why?" 

"I want Kohona dead. I'll even give you my services for free during the war!"

"Well, that would eliminate the chance of another village enlisting you. Alright, I'll do it!"

"Sweet! I guess the time has come to see Yorokobi-chan. See you if I make it out alive." He says as he salutes.

"See you on the other side, Naruto."

Naru's POV

 I walk in to the quiet house. I see a short, beautiful orange-haired woman with perfect facial features, beautiful green eyes, and a nice body making herself dinner.. But I know from experience that she has a raging temper. She could do just fine in the ninja world. I enter the house.

"Yoro-hime, I'm home." I say in almost a whisper. She slowly turns around. I see her hair slowly rise all around her as she gets a demonic glint in her eye.

"Hello there, Naru-kun."

No POV

For the next half hour, you can hear the sounds of kicks and punches hitting fleshy parts of a human body. There were also a lot of "WHERE THE H**L WERE YOU?"s from a certain angry female and a lot of "I'm sorry!"s coming from a particular male.

"I'm sorry, Kobi-chan, I was busy on a mission with my former friends from Kohona." Naruto said. At that moment Yorokobi felt regret at what she had done. She knew that half the reason he took missions was to support her and allow her to live in comfort. She knew that that would've been agonizing for him and that he wouldn't have taken it had it not paid handsomely. Now it was her turn to apologize.

"I'm so sorry I made you do that, Naru-kun!" Yorokobi said as she embraced him.

"Don't worry about it, Kobi-hime. Plus, you hit harder than they do anyway." Naruto said soothingly as he rubbed her back gently. Yorokobi giggled at that joke.

"Yeah, laugh it up. Guess what, though? I am helping Gaara in the war, so I get to live with you until then!" Naruto said. This made Yorokobi tear up. She had not been able to spend more than a day of time with her boyfriend in a few months, as he had dangerous work, and assassins were always out for him. She was too happy to speak.
