Background - Rocks D. Y/n is the captain of the Black Dragon pirates and as such is wanted by the navy in fact the navy has had their eye on Y/n since he started his journey at the age of 18. Ever since Y/n started his journey he has almost never ever lost a battle and as such he's known as the strongest rookie. The reason that the navy has had their eye on him ever since he started his journey, is because he is the biological grandson of none other then Rocks D. Xebec himself. And as the captain of the Black Dragon Pirates and grandson of the legendary Rocks D. Y/n is a young looking man with long (H/c) hair in the style of a ponytail, at times Y/n is seen wearing a triangled shaped pirate hat with a large white feather at the top. Y/n has (E/c) eyes and multi-colored earrings, with a sea king tooth necklace. Y/n wears a tan colored button-up shirt with a brown vest over it, he's also wearing a belt across his chest that wraps around his waist to hold his sword and also holds his naginata. Naginata - Warukazegiri

Warukazegiri is a naginata and an Supreme Grade Class blade known as a "wicked katana" in Wano Country. It was crafted by the renowned swordsmith of the Celestial Dragon Holy Knights and was the signature weapon of Akuno Z. Akari, who was apart of the Holy Knights before betraying them, soon she passed it down to Y/n.

Personality - At first glance Y/n is seen as very serious person and intimidating but that is not the truth as Y/n is actually is a very kind, caring, patient, selfless, supportive, helpful, respectful and an energetic person when he's having fun as shown when he's partying with his crew, but Y/n can get mad very easily when it comes to hurting the people that he care about. Y/n for most of the time is a very laid back person and calm and collected which allows him to make well calculated plans.

Intelligence -

 Y/n is actually very smart despite how he acts. One example of this, is Y/n not only being able to control fleets of ships but also being able to navigate all of them. His intellect has also been shown by his creativity with his devil fruit abilities using them for countless situations. Like his grandfather, Y/n is a very intelligent and knowledgeable. 

He inherited many of his grandfather's log books and stories about his travels, which led him to study many subjects that are considered taboo and hidden by the World Government, such as secrets about devil fruits and many very powerful devil fruit locations, wanting to unravel all the secrets that they hold. Y/n has a vast knowledge of history and cultures, and has a great aptitude for academics and research. Outside of historic knowledge, he also possesses considerable knowledge of most of the major figures in the world, and is even aware of top-secret organizations within the World Government, including the Five Elders, the Cipher Pol and even Imu.

He is also known to be extremely skilled at coming up with tactics in the middle of battle in order to gain an advantage over opponents or to take on an opponent who cannot be fought through conventional means. During his fight with an unnamed Vice Admiral, Y/n quickly managed to come up with five potential strategies to stop the notoriously powerful marine, and with each strike he easily deduced the strengths and weaknesses of each strategy until settling on one that worked. He even knows that when it comes to killing Celestial Dragons, he has to wait for the right moment to strike and take them all out at once, but for now he has spies keeping an eye on things in Mary Geoise, while having spies within the Marines as well.

Physical Abilities -

Strength : Despite his relatively small physical stature compared to most of the world's powerful fighters, Y/n has developed significant physical strength to match them. Because Y/n lived the the forest outside of Baterilla village with his parents he had to learn to survive harsh environments and battle large animals at such a young age while training with his father, he became stronger than the average man at a very young age.  A notable example of this strength was when he caught a punch enforced by Haki, by Vice Admiral Garp the hero of the marines, a man nearly twice his height with immense physical power of his own, without any leverage.

His extraordinary strength also supplements his mastery of swordsmanship. Y/n's sword strikes are executed with tremendous power, able to easily create immensely powerful compressed air slashes with a massive range, enough to split large battleships and a mountain of ice with ease. Thanks to his sheer strength alone, Y/n is capable of clashing equally with superhumanly large and powerful opponents, and can send normal opponents flying away with ease.

Speed/Agility : Y/n possesses tremendous speed, agility, and reflexes. This is seen when he is facing Admiral Kizaru, dodging almost all of Kizaru attacks when he's know for his quick speed of his hits and reflexes and furthermore seen when he's battling Mihawk one of the seven warlords dodging all of his sword attacks by just a hair without using the ability of observation haki. Even as a child Y/n was incredibly fast racing the fastest animal him the forest by Baterilla village. His amazing speed lets him easily dodge and deflect most attacks, with his top speed allowing him to seemingly disappear from sight and leaving after images, leaving his opponent in a disorientated state. He is also known to have great jumping and climbing power.

Durability/Endurance : He has an immense level of durability and endurance, having survived numerous serious injuries and oftentimes continuing to fight and move around while afflicted with large lacerations. This is seen as he was able to take multiple attacks from two Marine Vice Admirals and remain standing in one spot, just to defend his friends and crewmates. This shows his undaunting iron will and fighting spirit not wavering one bit as well, he has even managed to withstand attacks from Admirals as well.

Exponential Growth -

Perhaps Y/n's most dangerous strength is his ability to grow much stronger during combat, being able to evolve at an absurd rate. Helped by his immense determination and endurance, Y/n has an incredibly quick recovery rate while in combat, able to adapt and become physically more powerful while in the middle of fighting; something his father would always comment on when he was training with him.

Y/n's physical abilities grow at an incredible rate after each fight that he engages in, during a grueling battle with the giant Marine John Giant went from barely being able to handle the giants immense strength to being able to match and overpower him after a few hours; slowly getting stronger and stronger over the course of their fight.  His Haki has also shown to become much stronger when fighting as in his fight with many Marine and Admirals, both his Armament and Conquers Haki increased drastically, as well as progressing his Observation Haki.

Swordsmanship -

Y/n possesses great swords skill being able not only block a attack from Dracule Mihawk but also counter it. Y/n is very skilled in one sword style, two sword style, and just a little bit of three sword style. His skills as a swordsman even rival that of Shanks and Mihawk as well. Even when facing Shanks or Mihawk it will always most likely be a draw. Y/n even trained with Mihawk for about 6 months and Y/n is gratefully for the training as well.

Sword Techniques -

Draconic Departure : Draconic Departure is an extremely powerful technique that can be used with a sword, but Y/n is only one could can use this variant of Divine Departure. While it is pretty basic when it comes to how it is used, not everyone can make use of this power. To use this skill, the user needs to have access to the Color of the Supreme King, also known as Conqueror's Haki. Y/n while in a battle with Shanks, Shanks used Divine Departure against Y/n, but thankfully Y/n managed to block the attack and counter with a variant of the attack.

Naginata Techniques -

Divine Consequences : Holding his naginata in both hands, Y/n imbues it with Armament Haki before swinging the weapon horizontally, releasing a destructive crescent wave of Haki to strike his target from a distance. The attack heavily resembles black lightning due to the Armament Haki infusing the resultant wave.

Two Sword Style techniques -

Dual Fang Slash : Y/n uses his sword and naginata to perform simultaneous, cross-shaped slashes infused with black dragon energy. The attack creates two arcing waves of destructive force that converge on the target.

Rising Tempest Fang : Y/n uses the naginata to spin rapidly in a sweeping motion, creating a vortex of cutting wind, then leaps into the air with a rising slash from his sword.

Black Dragon Typhoon : Y/n spins the sword and naginata in opposite directions, creating a massive whirlwind of destructive energy. The whirlwind grows larger as Y/n channels his Devil Fruit powers into it.

Draconic Blitz Barrage : Y/n alternates rapid strikes between the sword and naginata, blending precision slashes with sweeping arcs. Each strike releases a concentrated blast of dragon energy.

 Horizon Cleave : Y/n channels dragon energy into the naginata, planting it firmly into the ground, then swings his sword horizontally in a wide arc. This creates a shockwave that travels along the ground.

Dragon's Crescent Fall : Y/n leaps high into the air, spinning the naginata in one hand to create a protective shield of wind and blue flames, then descends with a devastating double-slash using both weapons.

 Infernal Dragon Coil :  Y/n twirls the naginata to create a spiraling flame tornado around him while slashing with his sword to direct the blue flames toward a target.

Twilight Fang Strike : Y/n charges both weapons with concentrated dragon energy, then performs a simultaneous thrust with the naginata and sword. The combined energy erupts forward in the form of a massive dragon's head.

 Eclipsing Dragon Wing Slash : Y/n spins the naginata and sword in unison, creating an image of black dragon wings extending outward. With a powerful swing, he releases crescent-shaped energy waves resembling wings.

Celestial Dragon Wrath : Y/n channels all his energy into the sword and naginata, creating an aura of black dragon blue flames around him. He then performs a rapid, synchronized flurry of slashes with both weapons, culminating in a massive downward strike.

Haki -

Y/n is one of the few people in the world who possess the ability to use all three forms of Haki. Y/n has a general mastery of all three Haki - capable of using advanced techniques of each of the variants. His mastery of Conquers Haki is so overwhelming that he can easily frighten off a Sea Kings with a single glare and dominate their will, effectively able to incapacitate them.

Observation Haki : Y/n learned to use Observation Haki at a unkown time but its predicted he learned it 6 years ago. With it, he is capable of sensing the presence, emotion, and intent of others, greatly aiding his ability to dodge attacks, such as bullets. He is highly proficient at using this Haki; he can even predict attacks from beings with little to no emotion like a Pacifista. He also casually dodged the cannon balls that a Admiral's fleet where firing and able to dodge Admiral Kizaru's light attacks with ease.

Armament Haki : Y/n is predicted to have learned to use Armament Haki around the same time he learned Observation Haki. He regularly uses it in combat in the New World to increase his defenses and attack power, and with it he is now able to strike Logia users, such as Admirals Akainu, Kizaru, and those with powers similar to that of a Logia. Overall, his immense mastery in Armament Haki allows him to use it for devastating offense and incredible defensive properties.

Conquers Haki : Y/n possesses Conquers Haki, a very rare type of Haki whose users are said to have the qualities of a king. This power was latent within him, and was first seen used when Y/n was a child he had unintentionally used it to protect his parents from a group of bandits. After his father told him what this power was and from that day he's trained to control and improve this power. He even got powerful enough that he also uses this to calm down people and creatures, even often causing them to fight alongside him. His Conquers Haki is even strong enough to rival the likes of Shanks, and perhaps even top level pirates such as Roger.

Relationships -

Crew : Y/n has an extremely strong bond with his crew, treating each and every single one of them as if they were family, and he would not hesitate to risk own life for all of them. And even when his crew were captured and sent to Impel Down, he invaded the prison all on his own breaking his entire crew out and even recruiting many more in the prison to his already massive crew. Y/n even trusts his crew enough to tell them what he wants to do and what his ultimate goal, and that is to bring down the corrupt government and deliver true justice, while becoming the strongest pirate in all of history.

Subordinate Crews : The crews that make up Y/n's are very unique and are a mix of weak and strong pirate crews. They acknowledge they only survived in the New World because of Y/n's protection. Still, Y/n worries about his fleet's well-being and does not charge for any sort of payment or condition for those who wish to bear his flag. For this reason, Y/n's subordinate captains adore him and are fiercely loyal to their Captain.

Celestial Dragons : Y/n holds a deep hatred and resentment to the Celestial Dragons, and for what they do to people who are below them. Y/n has vowed to hunt down and kill every single Celestial Dragon and end the suffering they create, but he is smart enough to know what would happen if he were to kill one of them, so to damage them, he attacked and freed all of the imprisoned slaves of the Celestial Dragons, and he offered all of them to join his crew and they did not hesitate to say, yes.

Revolutionary Army : Y/n has a secret alliance with the Revolutionary Army, since both Y/n and Dragon have the same goals they made an alliance where Y/n allows the Revolutionary Army to have hidden bases within his territories around the world.

Kaido : Y/n's connection with Kaido is perhaps the most tense of the four emperors Kaido, knowing Y/n's heritage, saw potential in him as a powerful asset. At first, Kaido encouraged Ryo to embrace his heritage and wield it without fear, treating him as a potential successor to the Rocks Pirates' chaotic legacy. Kaido wanted Ryo to embrace his bloodline and become an unstoppable force, using his Dragon powers to dominate and terrorize.

However, Y/n realized that Kaido's "mentorship" was purely self-serving, as Kaido saw him more as a tool than a person. When Y/n chose to leave the meeting, Kaido was disappointed and coldly let him go, seeing his departure as a sign of weakness. Y/n holds a sense of betrayal and bitterness toward Kaido, recognizing Kaido's ruthlessness and lack of true loyalty. While he respects Kaido's strength, he ultimately rejects Kaido's philosophy, vowing never to use power simply to subjugate others.

Big Mom : Y/n's relationship with Big Mom is strained and largely antagonistic. Big Mom views him with a mix of intrigue and caution due to his lineage. The Tatsu Tatsu no Mi, Model: Kuroi ryū(Dragon Dragon Fruit Model Black Dragon) is a mythical type Zoan devil fruit that lets the user turn into a massive, winged, serpentine black dragon with obsidian-like scales that are nearly impervious to damage. Wind Manipulation : The user can control and generate powerful winds at will. These winds can range from gentle breezes to devastating gales strong enough to blow away entire ships or demolish buildings. In their full-dragon form, the user can summon tornadoes and hurricanes, allowing them to cause widespread destruction or create defensive barriers of whirling winds.

Dragon Form Technique's -

Black Dragon Beam : This move allows the user to shoot a very hot beam of blue fire in the full and hybrid dragon form with the hottest beam clocking in too 5,000 degrees fahrenheit. The move causes mass destruction causing any life in its way to burn and makes the atmosphere very hot.

Storm Omega : Storm Omega lets the user summon storms that can surround up to 100 miles. These storms can range from regular rain all the way to typhoons or cyclones. The user can also summon lighting on command being able to destroy mountains. When the user transforms a giant storm cloud appears over a 100 mile radius and tornado's, cyclone's, can also be created by the user as well.

Windmill Guststorm : An attack where Y/n blows strongly, thereby creating powerful, crescent wind blade twisters that can easily cut through solid stone as well as human bodies.

Conquer outburst : This ability is unique to its one and only user Rocks D. Y/n, it boost his Conquers Haki and increases the range of the knockout affect caused by it and increases the amount of willpower you have to have to combat against it.

Awakened Form -

Upon awakening the Tatsu Tatsu no Mi, Model: Kuroi ryū, the user gains the ability to manipulate the weather across vast areas, creating permanent storms or calming the skies at will. The user's metallic dragon scales, properties also become near-impervious, gaining the ability to absorb and redirect energy-based attacks. In addition, their flight speed increases dramatically, and their storm powers reach catastrophic levels, with tornados and windstorms covering entire islands, as well as a flame cloud appearing as a ring around the users shoulder while in their Hybrid form, or full Dragon form.
