(Slap Trap's POV)

So today's my lucky day! My recording systems started working again, and I found Black Diamond's scabbard! I got it tied to by back now, and I was able to get that Cluster report, it'll be ready in a couple months. So just in case I die and someone finds this, I'll answer a question you might have.

"Slap Trap, why didn't you just use that Robonoid you got and fix the Galaxy Warp again?" I would've, but the one I have leaked out all of its repairing fluid, and I'm pretty sure those Crystal Gems found the other 79 before me. Right now I'm searching for an old Gem ship or something to take me to the Moon Base, where I could use the communicator there. I mean, those old colony ships are pretty obsolete, but I think I could fix it...probably.

Oh, remember that time I was in that "junk yard"? Well I was able to make some form of protection for myself out of some stuff I found, I made the body look like my partner's head.

I rode the "Peribot" through the forest, tearing down trees in my way, until I came across just the thing I'm looking for.

(Slap Trap)"Ooooh. That doesn't look good."

Well, what did I expect? The last time Homeworld was here was literally 6,000 years ago! The whole thing looks like it was made from stone, so fixing it won't be easy, or even possible. Guess I'll have to go inside and try making contact. I tried using the Communication Hub, but it was in pieces when I got there. Before I was able to walk through the entrance, I heard something from the other side of it. Going around, I opened the triangular door, and saw two massive bugs.

They both screamed at me, and looking at the eye in their mouths, turns out they're Corrupted Nephrites. While one ran towards me, the other stayed back and threw up some green acidic bile in my direction. Despite my mech's size,it was surprisingly fast. I dodged the acid and activated my spring boots, leaping up to the ceiling, and landing on one of the Nephrite's body segments, causing it to go back to its gemstone.

(Slap Trap)"Haha! The exterminator's arrived!"

I fired a plasma ball at the remaining Nephrite, who scurried away into the ground. It was too big for the Peribot, so I had to go in without it. Why am I bothering? Cuz I got enough trouble with the CGs as it is, and two Corrupted Gems would make it worse...also I just wanna be a badass. I hopped down the pit, and found myself in a small network of tunnels.

(Slap Trap)"Huh, so this is what Corrupted do when left to their own devices."

Thanks to the constant dribble of acid, I was able to find the last Nephrite, but not just that. Apparently, they were able to...multiply. There were dozens of small versions of itself with the same acid spit, but they weren't too difficult to get rid of. The only damage I took was some bile corroding my left leg, not entirely, but it took a couple inches off my foot.

After the little ones were dispatched, the big one popped out from under me, and tried to spit more acid. But this time, I used my tractor beam on its beak, and slammed it shut. It screamed and tried pulling itself back, until it stopped moving and retreated to its gem...or what's left of it. Turns out its not entirely immune to its own acid, as the gemstone was now nothing more than a melted lump of green.

(Hours Later)

So yeah, that ship ain't going nowhere, so now I have to think of ANOTHER way to get off this ticking time bomb! On the bright side, I received another message, from Peridot this time. She'll be her the day after tomorrow, so I'm gonna try one last thing on those Crystal Gems, you'll see what I mean tomorrow...and by you I mean me...I think I'm somehow going insane...is this still recor-
