Levitation: Black Diamond can alter his center of gravity, allowing him to basically fly.

Life Creation: Can use his own energy to give life to inanimate objects, and restore power to inactive machinery.

Shapeshifting: Black Diamond uses this ability more than the others. He mainly uses it to look more threatening when deemed necessary.

Bubbling: Can create a small, black bubble around any object, and send it to where he feels at home.

Fusing: Like all Gems, Black Diamond can fuse, but this has yet to be seen.

Corrupting Light: Can produce a special light that corrupts any gem. It becomes stronger when used with the other three, able to corrupt a planet's worth.

Energy Drain: Out of all of Black Diamond's abilities, this one is the most dangerous. Black can absorb the life energy of a Gem in mere moments by impaling them with his hand. At long range, he can transform his fingers into long, sharp cables of light which do the same thing, but takes more time.

Gem Reading: Along with draining energy, Black can use his cables to read the data on a gemstone by touching it.
