Personality
Alessia is what you would expect from a person of royal and noble blood, calm, controlled, regal. Since a young age Alessia was taught to never reveal her weaknesses or show vulnerability in front of others, to show nothing but strength and might in front of her people and enemies alike. She is regarded as one of the most well educated individuals of her age, showing great potential.
She has a great sense of strategic and militaristic tactics as she was taught, and will often get lost in them for hours on end if no one keeps an eye on her. With that said, she has a keen eye for detail and observance, and can most often then not root out the intentions of those she meets after a glance and a few traded words.
She is cunning and ambitious, taking great pride in her heritage and role as Empress, and while she is well mannered and educated, can be seen as somewhat demanding do to her upbringing, but over the years, experience has humbled out her more "spoiled" traits.
She often comes off as cold and indifferent to those that don't know her, do to her Imperial persona she has built up over the years, and while for the most part it is true, she is kind, open minded and warm on the inside, and known to have a soft spot for children.
As mentioned, she is known to be an academical prodigy, studying and reading up on whatever subject takes her interest, as well as what her tutors and teachers have taught her over the years.
Appearance
To put it simply, Alessia is said to be blessed by both divines and magic, having been born with platinum, almost silver-white hair, reaching down to her lower back, which she usually keeps in a complex braid and buns, elegantly intertwined with her crown, but when she has it more loose or free, she keeps in straight, with a few braids.
Her skin is a flawless and fair, if not slightly pale complexion, and eyes a striking shade of amethyst purple.
She is rather well developed, with a decent sized chest, elegant legs and a well shaped... well, rear.
She isn't among the tallest though, only standing at a height of 5'5, but makes up for it with her calm and subtle but dominating persona.
All in all, many first suspects that she is at least part goddess with her appearance, which she takes great pride in knowing her appearance smitten most people at first sight.
Style of clothing
Alessia is usually seen in expensive and high quality dresses and robes, often in colors of red, white, gold, purple, blue and black. Along with wearing other formal attire such as military uniforms and combat robes/armor when in warfare/duels. And for the most part, she will wear her crown, which has become her symbol of power among the political world.
Battle Armor
Her Battle armor was enchanted and blessed to be more durable then normal armors, as well as designed to further show her status as royalty and a warrior. Along with being enchanted to be highly resistant to magic.

Strategist
As stated earlier, Alessia is a strategic genius, planning and adapting tactics and war plans in such a manner, some people even call it orthodox, unpredictable, which has made many view her as either a lethal threat, or an invaluable ally.
Dragonblood
Alessia is of Valyrian descent, and which is shown through her vibrant amethyst eyes and striking platinum (near silver) hair, as such, she has close ties with dragons, and as an effect, magic.
Magic
Though not in the more "common" or wide viewed sense, Alessia doesn't use magic such as "casting fireballs, or summon up demons". Most of her magical abilities are more subtle, like how she is rarely hurt or gains injury in combat, has visions through the calculations of stars, and alchemy are among the more usual forms of "magic".
"Invincible"
As stated, Alessia is seen as near invincible, do to the fact she has never been known to be hurt in combat, with maybe just a small cut or scratch at the most, to the point where her people believe her to be a Demigod.
Backstory
Alessia's history is an enigma, all anyone truly knows is that she claims to be of Valyrain descent, and that the Volkon, the God of The Sun, had appeared to her in a dream, that she was to help lead Calradia to the top, to make them the greatest Empire Mankind has seen for ages.
And she did, after invading the City State of Calradia, one of the remnants and last standing footholds of the Valyrian Freehold (after the Doom of Valyria), and made it the heart of her growing reign.
Years went by, and she built a nation that made the Free Cities of Essos worries, unnerved, and some of the united to try and put a stop to the growing State, but was ultimately crushed, and their territories and cities was swallowed and claimed by Calradia in the aftermath.
Ever since, Alessia was seen as a Demigod, the rightful ruler of Essos, and gained an amassing following in the process, and began creating a dynasty that would possibly become as legendary as the Targaryens.
Military
As The Calradian Empire grew larger and more influential, they realized they needed to expand upon their military as well do to the large cost and flawed design of sellswords and city guards, as such they created a design known as "The Alessian Reforms".
The Alessian Reforms for a plan to redesign a new form of military, one that wasn't reliant on the use of Mercenaries or the feudal traditions of the Westerosi House Guards. But a structured military, an army designed for the service of the Empire as a whole, with a decent payment to each soldier for their service (usually monthly payments), along with whatever they could pillage/plunder/salvage from sieges, invasions and battles. (with a small percentage contributed to the coffers of the Empire)
This way, they could keep a stable and structured balance within their economy, as well as proper training and discipline for each soldier through several months of training in camps and outposts, where they learned unit tactics and combat forms, reading/writing, horse riding etc. along with a hierarchy of several ranks, units, and regiments.
This army was named the "Calradian Legions", which was often called "The Purple Army" or "Alessian Legions".
Navy
Alessia has used quite a bit of resources and plans to built a large military force to help with her growing rule and expansions through Essos, as such, she has built a Navy Fleet to help better protect her territory from pirates.
These ships, while vary in length and size, are built for practical use in combat, being quite durable, fast with it's sleek design, and easily maneuverable do to the fact the ship can switch from sails to ores. Along with this, the ships are designed to be able to ram other ships with metal rams covering the front of the ships.
Soldiers
From left to right
Training (none), Mage/Healer, Archer/Scout/Runner, Legionnaire, Legate/Comander/Officer
Praetorian Guard
Alessia's personal agents and bodyguards, unlike other soldiers within the Calradian Legions, they are not trained to become one of the Empress' guard, they are handpicked from within the Legion ranks (or sometimes from outside) for their skill and prowess, only the best of the best are allowed the offer to join her Guard.
Other
To Alessia's amusement and annoyance, many had come to believe that she is the Bride or Daughter of Volkon, and had formed a decently large group in the Imperial City, a cult that worshiped her as a God-Queen.
Calradia, Capital of the Empire and current home of Alessia, located zin the North-Eastern regions of Essos.
While the people of the Empire are most commonly called "Calradians", they are also often called "Alessians" as well, do to the large impact the Empress has had on the people. As such, the Empire itself is also often called "The Alessian Empire", "Alessian Dynasty" etc.
While Alessia hasn't disbanded the use of slavery, as she understands that it's a large and old part and tradition of the people of Essos (even the Calradians), she has put several laws on slave treatment and use, though she does plan on disbanding it, she has to plan it slowly and carefully, possibly even over decades.
History
Calradia, as stated earlier, is an old City State that was established during the reign of the Valyrian Freehold. And when the Valyrians reign fell into ruin and ash, the people there took over, claiming it as a free and independent city state. They ruled themselves for several centuries, and while they were nowhere near as powerful as some of the other cities in Essos, they made by through trade and merchandise.
As such, along with their willingness to isolate themselves (somewhat) from the other cities, began to create their own culture, and even religion.
They created a large gathering of influential and philosophical individuals who united to solidify the individuality and culture of their city and territories. Though sadly, they kept some of the more "barbaric" traditions such as slavery.
