The next morning...

Rox's Father: "So you're going after the bandits?"

Lariat: "(puzzled) Why wouldn't we?"

Thoris: "They're going after innocent civilians for something as dumb as revenge."

Rox's Father: "Guess I wouldn't be surprised at the fact that you all have powers of gods to use for the greater good."

Veld: "Did you see the direction they went?"

He points southwest.

Rox's Father: "That's the way. I just hope that you will be okay."

Rox: "(perking up) Don't worry about us dad."

Owen is clenching his fist harder.

Owen: "I'll finish what I started."

They head southwest.

Meanwhile...

Xeoin: "Are they letting this sidetrack them?"

Feaquil: "They won't live it down if they left this alone. Besides..."

Preio: "What?"

Feaquil: "This'll be quite the benefit to Owen."

Floa: "It'd better. We still need Nervousness, Trust, and Joy."

Bael: "Please..."

Back to the heroes, they had quickly found a cave with a series of torches around two miles away from the slums.

Owen: "Here we are."

Owen walks in.

Lariat: "That's a little reckless."

Veld: "Do you honestly think that we can come up with a strategy when we have no idea how they fight?"

Owen is fairly deep in.

Rox: "Wait up!"

Rox and Veld follow.

Thoris: "Well I guess we just go in and win."

Lariat: "We'd better."

They follow into the oddly straight pathway.

Veld: "It feels like the cave wants us to go to them."

Thoris: "Feels like a trap."

???: "Did we make it that obvious?"

Nine bandits, one of each race walks towards the heroes from the other side.

Gigas Bandit: "Well if it isn't that little shit from before!"

The human is holding a sword with the same shape, but longer Origami Blade.

Human Bandit: "Did you see what we did while you were hiding like a coward?"

Lariat points an arrow at the human.

Lariat: "He wasn't hiding."

Demi Bandit: "You needed someone to help you?"

Owen assumes a battle stance.

Owen: "I'm no coward."

Dwarf Bandit: "Then prove it."

Veld: "With pleasure!"

Aqua Bandit: "Looks like that sword going to have some fun."

Lariat grazes the human's cheek.

Rox: "Here we go!"

Thoris uses his axe to begin the battle.
