I sprint out the door and head on to a different direction so my bionic brothers and sister won't find me.  I gather up my belongings hoping they won't catch up to me.  How did they find me? Was it due to oh darn it I forgot to threw away my tracker app! I meant to throw it away.

I stopped at a little candy store and order me some candy to calm my nerves down. I got were m 'n m's in the peanut butter one that my mommy always have given me back when she was alive. I kept wondering around some more until I spotted a bench. I sat down and began to cry. And that is where I saw.

"Awwww why are you crying little one?"  Ask the person.   

"I-i miss my mom."  I said to the boy. I look at him. He has brown hair his eyes were the color of Hazel and he wears thick round glasses. He seems polite and offer me a hand. I grabbed it and he carried me bridally in his arms.

"Honey? May you gather her things? This little girl is staying with us until we find her family."  Says the boy.

"Fine she can stay with us."   The brown hair ponytail girl says carrying my luggage to the car.

"So little girl, what is your name?"  Ask the ponytail hair lady.

"Mini."  I said shyly.  "What's your name?"  I ask.   "I'm Ashley and this is Gabe."

"Wow."  I said amazed.

"So what brings you here?"  Ashley asked.

"I was running away from home."   Gabe stepped on his breaks and the car suddenly stopped but he continue to go.  "Why do you ever want to do that?"  Gabe asks in hesitation.

"Bad people are after me and I'm trying to get rid of them."  I said.

"Its scary."  I cry on Ashley's shirt. She was nice enough to comfort me.

"It's alright Mini. What is this thing?"  She ask holding up a small little device that happens to be my chip. 

"I-I-I don't want to talk about it."  I said grabbing it from her hands." 

"Boy you sure are stubborn but hey I like you."  She said with a smile.  I smile back. I told her my story about my family.

"Wow. so your suppose to be bionic but you don't want to be bionic anymore?"  She ask in confused. I nod my head looking down at the floor.  When we arrive to the house, Gabe got me out and carried me to the side door opening the door for Ashley to get out.

"Welp, here we are. It's not much, but you may call it home if you want."  Says Gabe.  Ashley was kind to help me carrying my luggage.  I close my eyes and went to sleep in Gabe's arms.

Gabe's POV:

I feel sorry for the poor kid. She has been gone through a lot.  I lie her down gently tucking her in the bed.

"Poor girl. She is going through a lot and need's our help."  I said.

"But, how are we gonna help her?"  Ask Ashley. 

"Well, by protecting her of corse."  I said patting her hair. I notice she didn't look too good so I got out my stethoscope and listen to her heart.  I also checked her temperature noticing that she has a bit of a fever.

"I'll take care of her in the morning.  Meanwhile, you get some rest."  I said to Ashley. She nods her head and kisses me on the lips leaving the room. I stayed and snuggled with her keeping a close eye on her while I can.
