Bad habits - falling asleep late, talking bad about my dad, forgetting names, and eating everything in sight in fact I failed a quiz because of that

Good habits - doing homework, listening,  giving puppy pets every second

Conditions - sleep apnea, carrier of strep throat, the thing where you see and hear things even if it isn't confirmed like my apnea im hearing things rn

Fears - seeing other people get hurt and couldn't do anything to prevent it(ik it's specific), pitch darkness because I see things
