Bony, Vincent and Victor were looking at Eve with wide eyes. They are at a restaurant now and having lunch while Xavier was in the office. It was Wednesday and Vincent picked up them from the college. Eve was eating like she was hungry from the ages and it's not her fault.

"Eve, can't you eat slowly?" Bony asked rubbing her back.

"The food is delicious." She replied with a shrug and continued to eat.

"But isn't too much," Vincent said pointing at the food.

"What the hell is your problem? Why can't people let a pregnant woman eat peacefully?" She said annoyingly and they starred at her shockingly.

"You are pregnant?" They asked in unison and she bobbed her head.

"And why the fucking hell we don't know about it?" Vincent asked raising his brows.

"We just found out last week." She replied avoiding their are you serious look.

Once she finished eating and she relaxed on the chair closing her eyes. After some time they congratulated her and asked her to take care of herself.

She hopped inside the car and Dylan greeted her with a smile.

"Where to Mrs. Knight?" He asked.

"I want to see Xavier. Take me there." She replied with a smile.

"Ok Mrs. Knight. He is at the company right now. I will take you there." He said turning on the engine.

After twenty minutes of ride the car enters the gate but gatekeeper stopped them and asked for identity. Dylan got out of the car and showed his identity card.

"For what purpose you are here and who is the lady in the car?" The gatekeeper asked.

"I am Mrs. Knight's personal bodyguard and the lady inside the car is Mrs. Knight," Dylan replied.

"How do I believe that you are saying the truth? Moreover, your car doesn't have Knight Logo." The gatekeeper inquired.

Eve opens the window and sneaks out her head of the window.

"What happened Dylan?" She asked confusingly looking at the gatekeeper.

"Mrs. Knight, you don't worry about it. I will handle it." Dylan said with assurance.

"But what happened? Why it's taking so much time?" She asked irritated.

"They want proof that you are actually Mrs. Knight," Dylan replied.

Eve nodded her head and then took out her identity card and showed it to the gatekeeper. The gatekeeper glanced at the card and gulped seeing the Knight ID card. It's not easy to print Knight identity card and the gatekeeper knows real ID card has spatiality.

"Is it enough or do you need more proof?" She asked sweetly in a polite tone.

"Sorry, ma'am. I am really sorry. I don't know you are Mrs. Knight. Please don't complain to sir. He will fire us." The gatekeeper apologizes.

"Hey... I won't tell him anything and you don't have to afraid because you were just doing your job." Eve said with a smile.

"Thank you, ma'am. You can go inside." The gatekeeper said.

Dylan sits in the car and the gatekeeper opens the gate. The car stopped in front of a huge building and Eve got out of the car as Dylan opens the door.

"Oh my God!!! Xavier has such a big building." She said covering her mouth.

"Mrs. Knight, there are so many buildings that boss owns. You will be surprised. We shall go inside now." Joshua said.

She nodded and walked inside followed by Dylan and Joshua. As they walked in everyone stared at them with surprise as well as shock. The employees used to think that Xavier had fired Dylan and Joshua but they were wrong.

"Hey Dylan and Joshua, I thought boss fired you." A woman said blocking their way and looked at Eve top to down with disgust.

"Ms. Teresa, it's none of your business. Go and do your work." Dylan said sternly.

"I have no time to waste on you. By the way who is she? Boss's sister." She asked with attitude.

"She is boss's wife," Joshua replied covering Eve.

"Wife? huhhh..." She glared at her and went from there.

"Who is she?" Eve asked as they walked to the private elevator.

"She is in the marketing department and works as manager there. She has a crush on Mr. Knight but as you know he never looked to any women expect you." Dylan said with a wink and she blushes crimson red.

The elevator stopped and they got out of it. The floor was quite empty and deserted because Xavier likes a silent atmosphere. They were about to enter his cabin but stopped by Mrs. Moore.

"Dylan and Joshua, what a pleasant surprise!" She said hugging them.

"Mrs. Moore, is boss in?" Dylan asked.

"He is out for a meeting but he will be back in an hour. And who is she?" Mrs. Moore asked pointing at Eve.

"My name is Evelyn. Xavier's wife." Eve replied forwarding her hand and Mrs. Moore shook hand with her shockingly.

"I am Rosalina Moore. Mr. Knight's personal assistant. You are beautiful, Mrs. Knight." Mrs. Moore said thus Eve blush covering her face.

"Oh my God!!! You are so innocent and cute." Mrs. Moore said ruffling her hair.

Eve couldn't handle more teasing and ran into his cabin. They all laughed at her cuteness and Mrs. Moore went back to her cabin while Dylan and Joshua stood out of the cabin. Eve looked around in her husband's cabin. It was manly and very nit, unlike her study room. She walked to his chair and sits in but his fragrance hit her nostril. She removed her shoes and curled up in his chair.

A half-hour passed and Eve started getting bored and felt her stomach empty of food. She called Dylan and asked them to come into the cabin. Dylan and Joshua enter the cabin.

"You need anything, Mrs. Knight?" Dylan asked.

"I am hungry and I want to eat Pizza. Pepperoni pizza." She said licking her lips.

"Anything else?" He asked again.

"Umm... strawberry ice cream. And you guys can also eat out. I know you both haven't eaten anything since the morning." Eve said.

"Mrs. Knight, it's fine. We are just doing our duty." Joshua said.

"That doesn't mean you ignore your health. If you don't eat; you will fall sick then how will do your duty and who will protect me and my baby?" Eve said pointing her fingers at them and they smile at her care.

"Ok. We will have something out." Dylan said and both went from there.

Eve got up from the chair and went into the washroom. After a few minutes, she walked out and went to a couch, and lay there closing her eyes. About five minutes later a woman barged into the cabin and glanced at Eve who was sleeping soundly. She saw a glass on the desk, picked it up, then walked to the couch and then threw water on her face. Eve woke up with a jolt and let out a scream.

"Who the hell you are bitch?" That woman asked angrily.

Eve wiped her face and breathed heavily then looked at her. Hailey Wilson.

"Who are you and what are you doing in my husband's cabin?" Eve asked pretending to be unknown to her because she doesn't want to create any scene.

"You bitch... you're calling yourself Xavier's wife. You bloody lower-class slut." She said marching to her and grabbed her hair.

"Aaaa... Ms. Hailey, please leave me," Eve said screaming in pain and but she pushed her on the floor harshly.

"You have such a dare to utter my name from your fucking poor mouth. You whore." She said slapping Eve across her face and digs her hills in her palm making her winch in pain.

"Pl... please... lea... leave me..." Eve cried trying to jerk her leg.

"Bitch... you snatched my Xavier. Now you have to pay for it." She said and about to kick her stomach, but she was pulled back and her head collides on the wall with a jerk.

"Princess..." Xavier got on his knees and took her in his arms.

"Xavier..." She mumbled breathing heavily and loses her sense thus he got panic.

"Princess, open your eyes. Princess." Xavier touches her cheek but she didn't respond to him.

At the same time, Joshua and Dylan enter and are shocked to see unconscious Eve.

"Sir, what happened to her?" Dylan asked placing the pizza box on the desk.

"Xavier, you hurt me." Hailey interrupted them and Xavier glared at her.

"Dylan, get the car ready and Joshua take care of Ms. Hailey. You know what to do with her." Xavier said walking out of the cabin followed by Dylan.

"Xavier, wait. You can't ignore me like this." She was about to follow him but Joshua held her forearm and pressed his thumb on her wound thus she winched in pain and fainted.

"Is the baby fine?" Xavier asked worriedly.

"Yes, the baby is absolutely fine but make sure she stays away from stress. It's not good for her and the baby." Doc Clara said in a serious tone.

"I will make sure of it. Can I take her home?" Xavier asked.

"Yes, she and the baby both are fine. So you can take her home." Doc Clara said and he nodded his head.

Eve opens her eyes and found herself in their room. She felt pain in her hand and saw a bandage on her hand. She managed to sit on the bed and tried to remember what happened with her in the office. She remembers her encounter with Hailey and tears rolled down from her eyes. Her first experience in his office wasn't good at all.

"Princess, my God!! Are you alright? Does it still paining?" Xavier asked pulling her in his embrace.

She didn't realize when he enters the room because she was busy thinking about other things.

"Our baby?" She asked looking at him with teary eyes.

"Our baby is fine." He replied kissing her eyes and she hugged him hiding her face in his chest.

"Xavier, why it happened to me always? Why everyone hurts me? Why no one loves me?" She asked crying in his arms and he caressed her hair.

He broke the hug and cupped her face and wiped her tears.

"Princess, this world is full of bad people and you are angle. My innocent angle. It's not your fault that people hurt you. They're just jealous of you. And I swear from now no one will hurt you. From now people will think before laying a finger on you. So stop crying." He said placing his forehead on hers.

"What will you do?" She asked climbing in his lap and ran her hand in his hair.

"Do you trust me?" He asked back opening the button of her shirt.

She nodded her head without hesitation and kissed his lips desperately. He deepens the kiss and squeezed her butt making her moan in his mouth. He pushed his tongue in her mouth and explore with his tongue. Soon their clothes scatters on the floor and both were busy in exploring each other. She moaned when he buried himself in her. He lifts her one leg and puts it on his shoulder for better process. He increased the pace of his thrust and grunted while her moan turns on him more. Their body collides and breathes mixed. Hours passed and the room fills with their moan and groans. Tomorrow is a new day for them because Xavier had planned something for her.
