Rosie's POV

"What's that noise?!" groaning I got up sleepily and looked around my room, trying to pin-point where that horrid beeping noise is coming from

"ughhhh, what's the time?" I rubbed my eyes to get rid of the blurriness

"9:00" yawning I placed my head on my warm pillow
once more...

"Oh shit 9:00" hopping out of bed I suddenly tripped on the duvet that protects me form lurking monsters

Scrambling to my feet I made an effort to bathe in less 10 minutes since It takes 10 minutes driving plus the un-wanted traffic.

Kinda hard not to sing in the shower don't you think?

Rushing into my room with a towel draped across me, I effortlessly chose my outfit for today since I had everything chosen the day before

Going into the bathroom once more to brush my teeth, put on light makeup and pile my hair into a space bun with few strands falling down touching my warm cheek

After I finished all that was to be done, noticing the time was 9:16

Bacically jumping down all the stairs, I left a little note for dad when he comes in the kitchen, grabbing a grenola bar I bolted out the house in record time chowing it down while I'm at it

Driving furiously down the crowded road but not breaking the speed limit, I made it before the clock struck 9:30

Closing my car door I ran up to the big gate and into the property

Everyone I came across gave me sceptical looks

Haven't their parents told them never to stare?

Finally reaching the front door, I busted it open, not risking being fired for a simple reason as of being late

Their heads snapped towards my direction, as they looked at me bewildered by my sudden intrusion

Looking around, a pair of familiar eyes caught mine, and those of that weren't friendly

"What the fuck do you think your doing?" Mr. Costa stated oddly calm, like he was trying to keep his voice down.

I thought he would be gone, oh no, I'm screwed

"Well uhh-"

"Caught you againnn!" Isabella skipping in, smiling brightly

When she saw me her face lit up even more

"Rosieeee!!" She ran towards my direction passing her miserable dad on the way and hugged me around my legs

"I've been thinking all night about what we can do today!" She exclaimed now dragging me back up the stairs away from the raging man burning a hole through my back.

"Bye bye papà ti ama, buona giornata!" She waved her hand excitingly "Bye tesoro" he said looking at me the entire time
(Bye bye dad love you, have a good day!)

We headed up the stairs eagerly

Whilst in the playroom, I heard a faint slam of the door indicating Mr. Costa is no longer here

"let's make a bestie rule book!" snapping out of my thoughts, I looked as she clapped her hands excitedly at her suggestion.

"Ok Bella"

I like the idea of a rule book, if that's what bella wants, I have to be complaint

Giving me a book and a black ink pen, I started to scribble in it, while Bella was rapidly speaking.

Rule #1: Never lie to your bestie
Rule #2: Besties do anything for each other
Rule #3: If something is wrong comfort bestie

"Now, all we need to do is follow the rules" She smiled sweetly and rushed out the room before I had the chance to reply or ponder what was said

Running after her, I ended up in the kitchen, I looked around and spotted little Bella standing on a stool, reaching for what seems to be a cookie jar

"I want all the cookies!" She jumped happily on the stool though I steadied her before anything major happened

"I don't think that's a good idea Bella, your dads going to be livid"

He did tell me to do whatever she wants though

"pwrtty pwease with a cherry on top" she pleaded while pouting

"no thanks, I'm going to be in serious trouble" I said now placing her on the floor

Tears welled up in her eyes as she started to sniffle and walk away slowly

Oh s*it I totally forgot about the rules

"Ok Bella, you won" I sighed taking down the cookie jar

"Yes! The rules worked!" She pumped her fists in the air, for victory?

"It was a trick. That's why you wanted to make rules, I fell into your little trap" I faceplamed myself shaking my head

Bella, grabbed the cookie jar from my hold and ran to an unknown place in the mansion,

Honestly I'm too tired to chase her

Sighing, I went into the living room and saw Mason lying on one of the many sofas

I walked up to him stealthy in an attempt to scare him

"Roarrrrrrr!!!!" I screamed loudly, even my ears hurt

He jolted from his sleeping position and into a sitting one

"Jesus christ" looking around frantically he spotted the culprit "Rosie, you scared the living hell out of me" he said clutching his chest to calm his racing heart

I erupted into laughter, "S-sorry, I did-didn't mean to gi-give you that m-much of a scare" I said laughing even harder at his facial expression

He had a 'you better run' expression on his face

He got up and was walking towards my direction, I quickly made an excape to another unknown room

He came into the same room I ran into in and took threatening steps towards me

When suddenly the door bursted open and a furious Lorenzo entered the room with a energetic Bella with... Oh no

With, cookie crumbs at the corner of her mouth and all of her cheeks, it looked like she swam in cookie crumbs

Gezzzz, he looks pissed

Yhea I know I said this last time but... I'm loosing my job

"Mason clean her up, Miss.Collin, office. Now!" he demanded placing Bella down and letting her run to the now confused Mason whilst he turned around to I assume his office

As instructed I walked not far behind him, until I came across his huge office

I walked inside cautiously, afarid of facing his wrath, he was sitting on the front of his desk arms folded flexing his bi- ughhhh not now Rosie

"Close the door" he said seemingly trying his best to control his anger

Without hesitation I closed the door, it closed with a 'click'

He gestured for me to come closer

I took some steps forward still keeping some distance between us.

"Why did you give her all them?" he asked locking eyes with me

Welp... Here goes nothing

"I- I don't know, Bella asked for it so-" taking a deep breath, I continued "-I didn't know I wasn't to give her", his eyes flickered from my eyes to my lips in a second, though barely noticeable by his unchanged stern demanor

He shook his head, closing his eyes tightly as he inhaled deeply

I wonder what he might be thinking...

He stood up from the desk he was sitting on and took a few steps closer, I walked backwards until my back hit the cold door.

He took one more step until there was minimum space left between us, time froze as I inhaled the intoxicating smell of his strong colone

I could almost taste the expense.

My breath hitched as he crained his neck forward, his minty breath clouding the air.

My heart was racing, my eyes slowly scanned his body until my eye met his, clenching his jaw he sighed irritated and stood up straight at his towering full hight "Just go" he demanded turning away from me and rubbing the bridge of his nose.

I was left bewildered, but I closed the door leaving silently, with racing thoughts about what happened.
