I know I do a lot of one shots with these awesome bros, but they're so awesome! They're basically my ultimate Brotp, so they're only
friends in this one shot!

Reyna sat under the tree by herself. She often did this, to get away from the duties of a praetor. She didn't even wear her toga as she sat there, staring at the setting sun.

Reyna suddenly heard something. She looked up, to see Nico standing there. He must've shadow traveled. He was holding something red, with a big yellow m on it.

Nico looked a little sheepish. "Uh, hey. You looked kind of lonely, so I brought some McDonald's. Wanna eat?" Reyna found herself smiling. "Sure. Sit down if you'd like." Nico and Reyna divided the meal, and they sat there together, silent.

"Hey Nico?" "Hm?" "Did you shadow travel just to get McDonald's?" "Yup. It's the good stuff." Reyna laughed, ruffling Nico's hair. "You are quite the character." She sipped her soda.

Nico ate a couple french fries. "So Reyna, why'd you come out here?" Reyna sighed. "It's better to get away from my duties as a praetor. It's tough, to have an entire camp on your shoulders. I mean, partly Frank, but you get the idea." Nico nodded slowly.

"Have you ever considered...leaving?" Reyna turned back to Nico in shock. "I couldn't leave. It would be too much on Rome, and I can't. I'm Praetor." Nico shrugged. "It's thought. So, you can live your life, visit your sister." Reyna nodded, suddenly thinking.

What about visiting the Hunters Of Artemis? They seemed like nice people. Plus, Venus wasn't working a lot of magic in her life, obviously. Nico nudged Reyna's shoulder.

"More french fries?" Reyna laughed. "Of course, you goofball." When they had finished their meal, they just stared at the sunset, silent. Finally, Reyna spoke. "Wanna go play video games?" Nico observed his finger nails. "Don't worry, I'll go easy for the Praetor." "You wish, Di Angelo."

They both got up and ran, laughing. Piper watched the two running to go play video games, and smiled. "You see, I told you Jason. They're like best friends. Now pay up." Jason groaned. "They need to stop being so adorable." He dropped a couple coins into Piper's hand.
