I have updated the status of each villain. I have decided to make Nara the main villain aside from Salem . Will contain one villain OC quirk user

Salem

Title: Queen of Grimm

Magic: Ancient

She wanted to destroy the world, but after some time decided she wanted to rule the world. She was researching the Arc family since she heard about it and wanted to find a way to eliminated them. After doing extensive research she found out that one of her children had survived and create the Arc clan. Realizing that she had great great long great grandchildren. She Want them to join her, so she is now after Jaune and his biological siblings. Her goals find her grandchildren and recruit them to rule the world no matter the cost. Rule remnant and nothing will stop her to achieve her goal.

Salem Inner circle:

Cinder Fall

Semblance: Scorching Caress, allows her to super-heat objects and manipulate their shape. She can use it to generate explosions by super-heating the ground, as well as turn dirt and dust into glass

Was the other Half of the Fall Maiden (Lost in Chapter 9)

A False Maiden who is after the power of the Fall Maiden and other maidens. She had a rough childhood and was found by Salem and raise by her. She is cold hearted killer that has no remorse and is after power. She researched about the Arc and family and found out that the Arc were related to Salem. She told her master  about the Arc being related to her as Salem then was tasked to find Jaune Arc and his sibling. As she did she couldn't but be attracted to him because of his power. She found him after he has slain several white fang members She became a Yandere is trying to seduce him and kill those who stand her in her way gaining his heart and affection. Even after the lost of the Fall Maiden she is still a deadly opponent not to be messed with

Mercury black

She Is also after Jaune. She thinks he is hot and a badass after seeing him fight grimms and the white fang. She is interest on his quirks even though she doesn't know how he has it . She want to know if she can find a way to gain this power. Unlike Cinder she is not a yandere but wants her ever after love story.

Emerald Sustrai

Semblance: Hallucinations, is individual mental hallucinations - the ability to modify the sensory information in a person's head while their brain is processing it.

She is also a small Yandere for Jaune. She is after Jaune for the purpose to help Cinder. She want Jaune to love her and Cinder. She wants to know more about the quirks that Jaune have. She will do anything to help cinder gained Jaune. Even going to kill for his love. She is a loyal blind server following Cinder. However deep down she is afraid that either Cinder or Jaune will kill her

Tyrian 

Tyrian is after Jaune for the purpose to bring him to his mistress. He refers Jaune as prince whenever he encounters him and isn't trying to hurt him since he related to salem. His goal is to please his mistress. Kill the silver eyes warrior and find Jaune and his sibling.

Semblance: Aura Disruption, seemingly allows him to disrupt people's Aura. When activated, Tyrian's eyes and his arms glow purple, and the area of his opponent's Aura that he touches fades away, leaving the victim defenseless to a killing blow

Arthur Watts 

He want to find out more info on Jaune quirks. He is fascinated by those power and wish to find out how Jaune can handle his quirks in his body. He want to find a way to see if he can evolve the quirks power level in a certain female to make her more stronger to combat huntress. He also want to find a way to gain a quirk himself from a certain villains blood.

Hazel Rainart

Semblance: Numbing Agent, allowed him to be completely insensitive to pain.

Hazel is one of Salem trust associated. He can infused dust into his body to be able to use to attack his opponent. He is tasked to hunting down and finding Jaune Arc Sisters. He is one of the only few who can inject Dust into their bodies and not have a side effect of getting sick. He is trying to find the female sibling of Jaune Arc as he smart enough to know he cannot fight the current Jaune Arc because he did once and barely escape with his life

Nara Shimura (Tomura Shigaraki twin sister)

Currently with the Spring Maiden. Her looks changed a little bit now with Salem healing her and with the Spring Maiden with her eyes looking deep red like a grimm and the experiment to make her stronger

In her childhood she was gifted person and intelligent by the age of 4 unlocking her quirks having 3 meaning she had the potential to be a powerful hero like her grandmother and uprise her grandmother legacy however all that came down was the heavily abused by her father because she would protect Tenko from his beating and slowly her dream of a hero was starting to fade little by little. Same shit went down when Tenko unlock his quirk unlike her family Nara manage to calm down Tenko by hugging him because she had regeneration so she couldn't be killed easily as it was only harming her little by little. After she managed to calm him down they left their destroyed home . She and her brother were homeless until All For One found them and took them in. At first All For One wanted Nara to be his successor but found the twin Tenko to be more suitable for his successor. They were trained to by him to help one day take over Japan. She played a huge part in the league of villain working with her twin brother Tomura Shigaraki aka the second user of All For One as his second in command. Later she fell in love with Jaune Arc during her undercover mission in UA and tried to kidnap him for herself but she ultimately failed when her plans were foiled which forced her to flee back to her brother. She would try to convince him to join their side but Ultimately failed and was believed to be killed during the battle between Jaune and Tomura . She was almost dead but she somehow ended on remnant where She was found by Salem who took her in and healed her. While she was recovering she had lost her memories, however she was able to remember certain details about her quirks and life but she luckily doesn't remember about earth. She had joined Salem because she was saved by her and trained to be a more deadly fighter. She rose up in the rank to be Salem right hand women and has killed many huntress and huntsman in secret as she is as strong enough to fight Salem seriously. Now her task is to capture Jaune and bring him to Salem. Now She is also trying to regain her memories . She is toga crazy for Jaune still even without her memories. She is also the last member of the League of Villain that isn't dead or captured. Currently she was being experiment to become more stronger which lead her to gaining aura and experimental Semblance. She is the second strongest in the inner circle beside Salem herself. Now she is a bigger threat that she remembers her quirks along with her new semblance and magic.

Former Quirk

Absorption: The user can steal powers and use it as her own. However she cannot take the quirk but copy it to use as her own. The user can only do this once and if wanted a new power she must give up the current one.. however she can only copy certain quirks that can be transferred or easy to copy. (Will Merge with the Spring Maiden power and no longer be able to absorb any other power)

Quirks- Currently

Draco Arm: The user can morph their arm into a dragon with claws, allowing them use of a dragon's certain abilities such as fire breath and flight and increase strength

Hyper Regeneration: The user can regenerate any sort of injuries on the user's body and heal at incredible speeds

Metal Manipulation: grants the user the ability to control pre-existing metallic material (AFO Gave it to her)

Blueflame (Copy): She is able emit powerful and catastrophic blue flames from her body at will. She has firm control over her quirk and is able to shoot flames over larges distances no matter the position. (Dabi gave her a copy of his own power)

Overclock (Copy): allows the user to accelerate to extreme speeds, to the point that to the user, it looks like nothing is moving

Dynamite: The user can become an orb-shaped bomb and can roll around or movement while being able to cause explosions via detonating themselves (AFO Gave it to her)

Onslaught: The quirk user can use up their stamina to accelerate the speed of their limbs to punch or kick repeatedly. (AFO Gave it to her)

Semblance: (EXPERIMENTS BY SALEM)

Darkness: It control and manipulate dark energy to create and dispel shields and areas of total darkness, create constructs and weapons, teleport one's self through massive distances via shadows

Grimm control: She can control one type of grimm from each species

Aura Enhancer: Enhance a person aura with their own aura.

Light Absorption: Can absorb energy from light and manipulate to fire energy beams

Nara wiping blood off her hand as the Branwen tribe was burning as Raven looked terrified.

"And here I thought the great Pyrrha Nikos was a challenge." Nara stood as Pyrrha tried to call away terrified as Nara was flying in the air as fire was forming in her mouth as she released it towards Pyrrha as Jaune appeared to deflect it

Jaune was shooting his pistol at cinder who dodge it as Jaune reloaded with dust bullets

"Why deny me. I can make anything you want in pleasure  ."  Cinder said as Jaune brought out his sword and charged "you crazy."

Tyrian stood by as Jaune and Coral were shooting at him
"My prince your mistress is after..." Tyrian dodge as Amber appeared with a sword trying to stab him as he dodge as a few bullet hit his arms and leg.

Watt stood by as Jaune quirks were activated as he watched them in curiosity and shudder in fear at the unknown power as Jaune was glaring at him staring at the traitor as grims were approaching

Emerald and Mercury were dodging Jaune flames as Amber was throwing axe at them with Coral shooting at them trying to hit them as Jaune fire hit one of them

Jaune was fighting Nara as she dodge Jaune punch "I won't let you get away with the spring maiden power" Jaune said as Nara laughed "oh my dear Jaune.. it already has the spring maiden power is mine now."

Salem stood in front of Ozpin who was bloodied and bruised as she smirked "you think you can protect him."

"Ruby shoot her now." Jaune said pointing to Cinder as Ruby uses sniper mode on her Crescent Rose to fire at cinder hitting her shoulders

Coral and winter eyes glow as they stare down Emerald and Nara who stood

Tyrian stood their grinning as Amber was bleeding and terrified only for Jaune to appear in front of her pissed punching him "DONT TOUCH HER!!!!"

Jaune looked at Salem in anger "I will kill you. For all the suffering you have caused."

Jaune look seeing Nora and Ren terrified expression of cinder giving

Cinder and Winter clash their blades upon blades

"Capture the girls that are close to Jaune. If we can't capture him then he must come to us." Salem said

Watt was experimenting on Nara. He was trying to give Nara aura and semblance as Nara was asleep in a casple.

Cinder watch in shock as Jaune took back the Fall Maiden powers as Jaune smirked as Team JAGM along with his team arrived as she was surrounded

Salem had other allies including council members but Jaune has been hunting them to the point of their death and all of their allies killed. He spent a good 3 months hunting them. Now all that left of Salem force are her inner circle.
