Honestly I had no idea what to do with MT.Glenn. I updated it I didn't feel like the chapter end well

In a bullhead Jaune was with his team, Coral, Amber, and Destiny along with Team RWBY and Professor Oobleck. They were headed to Mountain Glenn for a search and destroy but it is more reconnaissance than anything.

"Remember We exterminate what we can, but we are to gather information on how populous the Grimm in the southeast are so we can pass the information off onto the authorities." Oobleck said

"Yes Professor" Amber said as she turned to look out her window. "It's going to be a long trip."

The airship took off, and the girls along Jaune settled down in seats around the ship. Ruby had brought a large black backpack with her, and rested it on her lap, hugging it like it was a big teddy bear. Doctor Oobleck was pacing back and forth on the ship, inspecting just about everything he came across. When he stopped by Ruby, he stared at the bag in her lap. She smiled up at him nervously, but he was stone faced.

"Miss Rose."

"Yes, pr- doctor?"

"You did read the S-mail from last night, correct?"

"It, uh... might've slipped my mind..." she looked to the side, not wanting to be caught in the obvious lie. He just sidled over to look at her again.

"Very well," he calmly said. "So you simply ignored me when I reiterated the information it contained before we left?"

"Maybe...?"

"I see, I see. Most unbecoming of a leader. Well, we're already in the air, but I'm going to need you to leave that bag on the ship when we land so it can get sent back to Bea-"

"I can't!"

The other seven looked at Ruby and Oobleck out of curiosity when she cried out. Oobleck himself just raised a brow.

"Young lady, what in that bag could be so important that you can't just let it return to cam-"

Zwei popped his head out of the bag, looking around the airship. When he looked at Oobleck, he barked.

"We're on our way to investigate a deadly urban jungle filled with bloodthirsty hellions and you thought it was a good idea to bring... a dog?"

"I, uh..." Ruby's eyes darted behind him at her teammates for support. The only one who didn't look like she disapproved of what Ruby had done was Weiss, and that was because she was making funny little faces at Zwei. Jaune snorted and face palm at

"Fabulous!" Oobleck plucked the dog out of the bag and started dancing around the ship with him. "Canines are known for their perceptive noise and heightened sense of smell, which are incredibly useful tools to have on hunts such as ours, and being your pet this beasty is sure to be extremely loyal and well trained!"

Ruby just nervously chuckled to herself.

"Ruby why did you bring Zwei." Jaune asked

"I didn't want to abandon him?!" Ruby said innocently as Jaune sighed with a smile

"Never change ruby." Jaune said making Ruby blush

"Doctor Oobleck, sir? I have a question," Coral said.

"What is it, Miss Coral?"

"No offense but, um... I never really thought of you as a fighter." Coral said

"Well, you're right on the money, my girl. I fancy myself more of an intellectual, but I can handle myself in a fight! I'm also rather well suited for this mission in particular, given its nature." Oobleck said

"Its nature?" Weiss asked.

"When I was scolding your leader, I mentioned an 'urban jungle'. You must know the implications of such a statement," he said.

"A city?" Blake asked.

"I thought the only cities outside of the capital were all along the coast. Not in the mountains," Amber added.

"That's the point. I think he's talking about Mountain Glenn," Jaune said. "It's the one time Vale tried setting up a city that wasn't along the coast. It... didn't end very well."

"Precisely. In my years of study, I've become quite familiar with the architecture of the city, so I'm the most well suited to guiding a team of students through it. Steel yourselves, you seven. When we touch down, the mission begins. This is not a game. We will be in the wild, and the Grimm will be out to kill."

The airship dropped the party off on the outskirts of Mountain Glenn. From the skies above the drop off point, Ruby could already see the black masses of the bodies of scores of Grimm. Just how many of them were there? Once the five of them and the dog had been dropped off, the airship ascended and sped off back towards Vale. For the next five days, they were completely on their own. Checking her Scroll, Ruby saw that she didn't have any service. Doctor Oobleck might've been a professional, but if he were to somehow go down...

"Now, our first order of business ought to be finding a place to set up camp. I believe I'll get to doing that with our new canine companion here."

"What about us, Doctor?" Destiny asked.

"The 7 of you should secure the perimeter. Now, to maximize efficiency and minimize the risk of casualty, you should- Grimm."

"What?" Ruby asked.

"Grimm. There are Grimm nearby, probably somewhere around the trees in the distance. Let's make haste and find shelter. Don't worry about them yet; I'm confident the 7 of you can take care of yourselves." Oobleck said

"Grimm. A Creature of Grimm, approximately 100 yards from us right this moment." Coral said

They turned, and just as she said, a Beowolf walked from out behind the dilapidated remains of a high rise building. It hadn't noticed them yet. Ruby shifted Crescent Rose into its sniper form and trained her sight on it.

"Wait," Doctor Oobleck said. "We've come here to observe. We need to learn where its pack resides so we can pass the information onto the ones with the real firepower. Split up, and follow it. Protect each other if need be, and after enough time, it'll lead us right to the rest of its pack."

"Um..." Yang pointed towards a group of Beowolves that emerged from around the same building. "You mean that pack?"

"Why yes." One of them turned to the group, then made some sound, like a harsh, demonic bark or howl. "And now they've seen us." He picked Zwei up. "Scatter, now."

Then he was gone. Blake grabbed Ruby, Jaune, and Coral and dragged her off as Weiss, Amber, Destiny Yang went in the opposite direction. They hid behind the remains of one of the buildings as they heard the pounding of the Grimms' feet against the pavement.

"So, what do we do?" Ruby whispered. "About a group this big?"

"I got this." Jaune said summoning his magic as his eyes glow orange due to his Phoenix and blasted some of the Beowolf to shreds

Blake dashed out from behind the wall at one of the Beowolves. It saw her and swung. Blake just barely dodged in time, leaving behind one of her Shadows. When the Grimm's arm met the Shadow, it was thrown into the air. Ruby followed it up into the sky and fired. When her bullet hit its target, a disk of hard light appeared, cutting the Grimm's entire arm and foot clean off. It landed on the ground hard, and Blake went in for the kill as it struggled to get up. Another one of them charged Blake from behind, and Ruby fired, catching it right in the neck. This hard light disk decapitated it.

Coral then pulled her pistols shooting at the Beowolf as it hit several of them. She was quick on her feet dodging and firing. Ruby, on the other hand was standing in one spot, shooting one at a time, but she was moving at a slow pace. The Grimm didn't even seem to notice her.

"Hey, you guys need help?" Blake called from behind one of the buildings. She was holding up the corpse of another Grimm with her claws as it dissapeared "This thing's tough!"

"We're fine!" Jaune said slamming one to the ground as he took control of a few as his Grimm eyes were out

"Kill your pack." Jaune ordered as one of the Grimm charged at their fellow Grimm in a straight line as some of the Grimm run away

"They are running away." Coral asked

"These Grimm have grown and they adapt, and they become stronger. That's where we get the likes of Alpha Beowolves and Ursa Majors. Yet even these elder Grimm still die. So they learn to avoid us." Jaune said as he looked to notice several white fang running away

"It some of Adam loyal Soldiers get them." Jaune said as they charged after them as Coral Ruby Blake follow him as they arrived to see at least 400 white fang members

"You gotta be kidding me." Jaune said as he activated Draconic Energy Manipulation transforming into a dragon as Coral, Ruby, Blake got their weapons ready

Ruby pulled Crescent Rose and aimed it at the pack. "Come on, you bastards! Come at me!" she shouted, and fired. The bullets ripped through them like butter, and she continued to fire until her magazine was empty.

Coral charged at some of the soldiers with her sword drawn. Her swordsmanship was impeccable as she cut through them like they were paper. Blake fired at some of the white fang

Jaune flew into the air some of the white fang member were hitting him with arrows bullet and dust as Jaune released flames at them killing at least 350 of them as Jaune saw them charging as he lowers his dragon form towards the girl

"Get on." Jaune said as Coral, Blake, Ruby, jumped on his back his dragon form as he began to burn the members

"GET THEM JAUNE!!!!" Coral yelled as she watched Jaune burn down the soldier

"Watch out." Ruby said aiming Crescent Rose shooting at some of the soldiers as she smirked as the white fang begin to fear Jaune

"Jaune let end this now." Blake said

"I agree....I learn this from Pokémon." Jaune said as he released a blast burn attack killing all of the white fang as Jaune sensed the other group in trouble as he flew out of the area as Coral, Blake, and Ruby held on tight

"Whoa Jaune what wrong." Ruby asked

"The others, they hurt." Jaune said flying

"What do you mean." Coral asked as she looked at him with worry

"Nara energy is nearby....We need to grab and leave." Jaune said as he flew in the sky

"Okay." Coral said

Amber, Destiny, Yang, and Weiss were hiding in a small abandoned house. Amber had her katana, while Weiss with her Rapier and Destiny were armed with a silver bow pure of silver arrow. Yang using her aura as she punched her hand

"I hope that this is worth it." Destiny said as she shot a Grimm with her bow. The Grimm fell over dead.

"I think we all know that it is. If we don't find a way to stop the Grimm, then humanity is doomed. Even if it means risking our lives." Weiss said

"That's why I'm glad I'm not alone." Amber said as she smiled as she readied her katana

"Come on your overgrown beast." Yang said punching one of Ursa as she smirked as she saw two more running towards them as Destiny aimed her bow at them and shot it with an arrow as the two ran towards them "Shoot!" She yelled and fired an arrow at the two. One was hit in the neck and the other in the chest. It fell over dead. "Now what?"

Destiny sighed as she reloaded her bow and pulled out another arrow as Yang walked up to the two Grimm "You've been saying that ever since you got here. What are you waiting for? Shoot!"

"But...they're too big!" Destiny said

Yang laughed and kicked the head of the dead Ursa as it lay there "If you can't shoot, then just cut its head off!"

The two nodded and drew their swords and pointed them at the heads of the Ursas before they struck

"Well look like the last of them." Amber said smirking

"Yeah but where do we go from here?" Weiss asked

"We could try going back to the town or-" Yang said only to see a fireball coming as she dodge it as Nara was flying in the air

"Oh come on not you again." Weiss said as Nara smirked at her

Nara landed on the ground and glared at the four

"Well Well...What do we have here a group of young huntress here ready to die." Nara said with her katana

"We need to go we can't take her." Amber said

"She right retreating is best option." Weiss said

"It won't be that easy! We'll never make it! We got to fight" Destiny said as she jumped into the air and slashed at Nara who blocked it with her sword.

"Then let me show you how you die" Nara said as she charged at Destiny and swung her katana as she blocked it with her sword

"Don't underestimate us." Amber said as she readied her katana.

"You won't be able to win against me!" Nara said swinging her katana as she dodged the attack.

"Not bad..." Amber said as she readied herself.

"Your right...but you still need more training." Nara said as she moved closer to Amber

Amber didn't move as she readied her katana. "Why would I listen to you when you tried killing my friends?!"

"Because your going to die here." Nara said as flames surround her body as she raised her katana high above her head and swung it down as Amber blocked it with her own using light dust.

Nara and Amber clashed blade to blade as sparks flew around them both. "I can feel your rage burning inside of you!" Nara yelled

Amber felt a little bit scared by that but she kept fighting.

Nara swung her sword once again at Amber but Amber quickly parried it away.

As Nara swung her katana again Amber caught it and held it tightly as she twisted her arm. Nara looked surprised as Amber brought her katana close to her face. Nara took the chance to swing her katana but Amber stopped it and threw it at Nara's head which she barely dodge as Destiny shot an arrow at her as Nara cut it in half as Weiss punch her with aura as Yang kicked her in the face as Nara turned to her.

"Oh thing got serious." Nara said as she activated magic.

"Damnit! Don't tell me she learned to use magic!" Yang yelled dodging it.

"Just keep blocking!" Amber shouted as she blocked Nara's attacks barely

"Just keeping attacking." Weiss asked

"Fine!" Amber said as she attacked Nara with her sword and she blocked it.

"No way!" Nara said shocked

"Let's keep this up!" Amber said as she kept attacking Nara with her light based energy attack.

"This is getting boring." Nara said as she dropped kicked Amber

"Ouch!" Amber said as she went down on the ground

Nara stood over Amber and she brought her katana down on her head but Amber grabbed the handle of her katana and used her force to push Nara off her as Destiny launcher several energy attack hitting Nara as she activated onslaught charged at her only for Yang to go punches as both deliver powerful blows to each other as Nara quickly Yang out of the way as she summon her katana to block Amber

"You can't beat me!" Nara yelled

"Watch me!" Amber replied

Nara was about to bring her sword down on Amber again but Amber quickly got up and blocked it with her sword as she then jumped into the air and sliced Nara across the chest as Nara grunted in anger as she activated dynamite and launched an explosion at Amber who barely dodge it as Yang punched her with aura as Amber came back to the ground.

"I don't know how much longer I can keep this up!" Amber yelled

"Keep fighting!" Yang yelled as she prepared another barrage of punches and kicks at Nara who blocked it all as Nara used her magic and blast all 4 girls as they hit them as Weiss groaned and laid there

"Are you okay?" Amber asked worriedly

"I-I think so...let's get out of here!" Weiss said as she sat up as Amber helped her up.

"You aren't going anywhere." Nara said only to feel a presence as Jaune in dragon form head butted her as she was sent flying into several tree

"What the.." Weiss said

"No time just get on." Jaune said as he lowered his dragon form as the 4 girls get on to see Coral, The Professor, Zwei, Blake, Ruby smiling in relief as Jaune quickly released flames just incase to kill Nara as she barely avoided it as Jaune took off into the air sensing the Grimm coming after them

"So its true she can control grim now." Jaune thought as he took them to the city.

"Is she dead?" Amber asked

"For now but she will come back." Jaune said

"Do not worry we shall defeat her. She won't be able to harm anyone ever again!" Coral said as the group nodded as the arrived at the school.

"Yeah We will beat her." Ruby said as she and the others smiled and hugged each other as Yang and Amber hug each other as Jaune flew back to the school

Meanwhile with Nara

Nara groaned as she still has burns from Jaune dragon flames as she went over to check the soldier to see all of them dead along with the dust gone as she cursed knowing this was a major setback as she had to go back to Roman and last several few hundred soldiers to recollect dust from the mines

"Great now the fall of beacon will be delayed for days as I have no idea how many white fang are left from Adam group" Nara said angrily as she had to start from scratch again.

"You know you can stop this madness." Nana voice said as her ghost form watch her as Nara scoffed at her grandmother

"Its you again have you tried to convince me to leave the path of darkness grandma." Nara asked in anger as her grandmother looked sad at her last relative.

"I'm sorry my child but you cannot win this fight. Leave this path of destruction behind. You can use your power to help." Nana said sadly as Nara glared at her grandmother as her anger started to rise

"No way. This is my duty and I will not let anyone or anything stand in my way." Nara snarled as she felt like she had been betrayed by someone who loved her dearly

"Please listen to my words, there's so much more than what we were told." Nana pleaded as Nara smirked darkly at her

"So tell me this grandmother why did you abandoned us?" Nara asked as her grandmother turned away from her in shame.

"I wanted to protect your father from All For One. I am sorry that you were used by him along your brother.." Nana said as Nara laughed at that

"Used. He showed us the truth of the world. That life is precious and we should live it fully." Nara growled as she shook her head

"What her show you was pain and manipulation." Nana said as her eyes grew cold "He made you believe in something that wasn't real. Now Salem took you away from us to control you!"

"She saved my life! She helped me when no one else would!" Nara roared as her grandmother covered her ears

"This isn't helping you granddaughter." Nana said as her eyes closed in sadness "It's time for you to move on. Let the anger go."

"Jaune was able to save Tenko before his death and set him free please...don't be a casualty for both Salem and All For One." Nana begged as she saw her granddaughter fury eyes

"Stop it already he gone but I will get Jaune no matter what!" Nara roared as her eyes turned red

"You act as if he is your possessive object that is yours." Nana said as Nara stopped looking angry and smiled at her grandmother.

"Yes, yes he is mine and nothing is going to change that fact. Now leave me alone!" Nara shouted as her grandmother vanished into thin air as she walked off
