Previously 

"Ralts!" Ash shouted as he saw Ralts get hit, the male Ralts was on the ground, clearly in pain, then white light surrounded his body. He then evolved into Kirlia and used Teleport to avoid the Headbutt that came its way. "Ralts use Ice Punch on Beedrill !" 

A cry was heard up in the sky, they looked up to see...

No One's POV 

Lugia

The swarm of Beedrill and Spearow fled away in fear when Lugia landed right in front of Ash.

"Lugia! What are you doing here!"Ash exclaimed.

'Chosen One, trouble is brewing, whatever it may be, it could be directed to the legendary bird trio. I know something is happening, but I can't tell when. All I know it is causing some pokémons to be agitated.'

"Why though? Those people..." Ash mutters to himself. 'I see you have the three Regis with you...Mew also... Surprised that they challenged you...You are their trainer now...Ah okay,' Lugia trails off as it speaks to the Regis. 

'So Ash, are you willing to help?' Lugia stares at Ash directly in the eyes. "Of course!" Ash says without any hesitation.

'I can' t find where and when the trouble may be, and I have to be here as I can't risk people seeing me right now. That would cause some unwanted attention.' Lugia says as it starts to follow Ash, Ash hummed in response as they headed back to the camp.

'And I could ask them during the meeting' Lugia thinks to itself as Ash returned all his pokémons and started to walk to the camp. 

"Ash! Why is Lugia with you?" Gary shouted in shock as he was watching Umbreon and Dratini play. 

Ash explained everything to them, Lugia just rested as he watched Greninja and Charizard talk about how Ash always got himself in trouble.

Poké Speech

 Mew came up to Lugia, And Lugia asked 'You decided to join the Chosen One on his journey?' Mew nodded 'Yea. He is a strong trainer at heart. Care a lot about his pokémons.'

'I guess I could join him...Oh right,  trouble is brewing, whatever it may be, it could be directed to the legendary bird trio...'

 'That is bad', worry clearly in its voice. 'I —'  Lugia paused, and its eyes widened.

'I hear the birds' cry, don't tell him where I am going or doing. I should be able to handle them without bringing him more danger. '

'Alright'

Ash released his other pokémon so that they could explore for the rest of the day. Lugia disappeared all of a sudden and Mew only said not to worry.

Night fell everyone was asleep, and  Lugia returned looking tired, it landed at the campsite and rested for a bit, Mew saw Lugia and gave it some berries. 

Lucario was still awake and used its Aura to heal and give some energy to Lugia.

~In Hall Of Origins~

When the legendaries were in the Hall Of Origins, some rivalry was causing problems, like Kyogre and Groudon fighting again, with Rayquaza at the side silently but angrily staring at the two, giving up on dealing with them. 

The creation trio, Dialga, Palkia and Giratina was arguing about who knows what. The Hall Of Origins was extremely noisy, and Arceus was losing patience with all of them. 'Silence!' 

It was so quiet that even the slightest movement would be heard. 

'Good, I am glad I got your attention. Now as most of you know, Ash was stabbed in the back of some of his companions. Well also, Mew and the three Regis are now his pokémons.' 

An uproar of disapproval was heard, and a heated argument broke out. Some were saying that why did they allow themselves to be captured by him, some saying that they would join him, other asking who this Ash is.

Mew quickly flew to Arceus, trying to avoid the legendaries that wanted to ask it questions. 'Arceus, Lugia said that trouble is brewing, and it could be directed to the legendary bird trio' 

'Right...Silence! All of you!' Arceus boomed. No one dared continue their bickering.

'Good, Mew care to explain? Lugia, Zapdos, Articuno, Moltres, Mew said that there is trouble brewing in Kanto, can you give us more information?'

Mew explained its story, by the end of it, some who opposed was okay with a human having the legendaries on his side.

The legendary bird trio explained how some team rocket grunts tried to attack them and left after they as they were weakened and can barely move from where they were.

Lugia trying to help and managed to chase them away assuming that they would try to capture them again because It was recently that they were attacked, barely holding up. Lugia left to Search for help.

The trio was still weak and trying to recover from the attack. Mewtwo growled at the remembrance of what team rocket did to it.

'Lugia, you are planning to ask Ash to help you? Is there any other solutions you'll have to stop this Team Rocket?'

'How about we ask Hoopa to teleport them somewhere safe?' Xerneas questioned.

'Hoopa is also unable to help us at the moment, Hoopa is still tired out from rebuilding the tower and needs rest.' Suicune reasoned.

'I do...' Everyone turned to a very timid Latias, she then blushed from the attention and spoke up.

'You could ask Ash to capture them, that way Team Rocket will no longer have possession of them and the replacement would be at full strength.'

'We don't see a problem with that' The trio said before another argument could break out.  'I will join him to make sure this three don't start another fight.' Lugia calmly stated as it stared at the trio.

'Then it is a final, Ash would travel to the individual islands to capture you three, Lugia would accompany him, and Mew will inform his current companions about this if they ask.' Arceus said and surprisingly this time no one objected this idea.

'You three, rest. Communicating with us will take a toll on your bodies, you are going to be mentally tired out, and that is not good. Expect Ash would be there to capture you three, don't attack him.'

'Alright' And the trio faded away, showing that they were no longer contacting mentally with the Hall Of Origins.

'I suggest you hurry. I am sure Team Rocket will attack soon.'

'Right, continue the meeting without me then.' Lugia said as it too faded away.

12 A.M

Ash's POV

'Ash' I heard Lugia call me, I jolted up awake and walked out of my tent to see Lugia, Mew and Lucario waiting for me.

Lugia then started to explain everything to me, and I was extremely shocked that they would allow ME to catch them. 

'I'll join you just in case' Lucario said, "Alright then, Lucario return," I said as I took out his pokéball and he was sucked into the pokéball.

'Go on now. You don't have much time left.' Mew said.

'Come on now Ash, mew is right.' I nodded and climbed on Lugia's back, and we took off.

'We are heading to Fire Island first.'

"Right."

As we were flying, I asked out of curiosity "Despite you being genderless, how should I refer to you as?"  'I'll prefer to be referred to as a male.'

"Alright then, Lugia, let's hurry." 

'Yes we shall Chosen One'
