"All this other shit I'm talkin' 'bout they think they know it. I've been praying for somebody to save me, no one's heroic. And my life don't even matter I know it, I know it, I know I'm hurting deep down but can't show it. I never had a place to call my own, I never had a home. Ain't nobody callin' my phone, Where you been? Where you at? What's on your mind? They say every life precious but nobody care about mine. "

THIRD PERSON
[November 18th, 2020]

Elijah glares at the unrelenting girl who he loved dearly but she pissed him off to the breaking point where he had slammed his fist into the wall and broke not only the door but he broke the large television and the sofa that was L-shaped.

Bryn didn't care how many things her brother broke because she wasn't going to back down. She was firm in her belief that Elliot was not to be trusted and him in their pack was a mistake.

Ever since Elliot was banished, Elijah welcomed his small mate into his own pack because he refused to allow Elliot to be homeless and die at the hands of a rogue. Elliot's banishment, however, created problems with not only the Blue Moon Pack but the Silver Dawn Pack, Elijah's Pack, as well.

Within the Blue Moon Pack Warriors died and women and children lost their fathers. Aside from the tragic deaths, Killian and Finnick still aren't talking which makes it a total of two weeks.

In the Silver Dawn Pack, elders and pack members have scrutinized Elijah's decisions and don't highly favor Elliot as everyone within a close proximity has heard about Elliot and knows of him as a traitor. Word spread and so rumors were created which meant life had become complicated for not only Elijah and his back but Elliot as people look down upon him and don't even speak to him.

Bryn doesn't want Elliot here because of his traitorous ways but also because she's seen how much Elliot is struggling here. People openly talk badly about him and Elliot ends up bowing his face and hiding his face as he scatters away. She's heard him cry and even though he's a traitor, she knows why he what he did. She didn't want him going through this on a day to day basis, especially knowing how much the poor kid lacks self esteem, self love and faces a bit of depression.

She's witnessed people pushing him around as if he were nothing but a piece of dirt beneath their feet. Furious, Bryn punished those who treated Elliot like that without Elijah and Elliot really knowing. Regardless of what Elliot did and as much as Bryn hates a traitor, Elliot was Elijah's mate and her Luna so there was and would always be a love for Elliot in her heart no matter what.

At the Blue Moon Pack, people didn't treat Elliot like this even after the traitor scandal because they got to know him and develop a love for him and word got around that he only did what he did because his mother was being held hostage. Elliot would do better at the Blue Moon Pack so that was another reason she didn't want Elliot here. She didn't tell Elijah that.

"We can't trust him," is what comes out of Bryn's mouth as she scowls at Elijah who has his fists clenched at his side.

Anyone on the outside would think he was about to hit Bryn but Elijah would never succumb to that. He loved Bryn with all his heart so no matter how angry he got, he'd never lay a hand on her whether they were blood related or not.

"This isn't your issue to deal with, it's mine so fuck off. I made my decision and I'm not changing it. What exactly did you think would happen, Bryn? He's been banished and he's my mate," Elijah growls out so loudly that you could hear the vibrations no matter what floor you were on.

"So when Ailee's crazy ass knows about all of our Pack information what then, huh? What do you suppose we do? Are you fucking forgetting that I'm your goddamn beta?! I have a say in this, adopted or not I still have authority in this pack. He needs to go back to the Blue Moon Pack whether we have to sign some type of treaty or not," Bryn spits back with a growl building up in her throat that she wanted so badly to release but growling at Elijah would set him off and he'd break something else.

"You don't make that kind of call, Bryn," Elijah grinds his teeth together.

"Then what kind of call do I get to make, Elijah?" Bryn takes a step forward until she's in front of Elijah and there faces are close to each other.

It's intense as anger radiates off of the both of them and it fills the room up entirely.

"You don't get to make any type of call that regards my mate, ever. The moon goddess brought him to me so I sure as hell will never allow harm to come his way," Elijah spits out.

"I never said I wanted harm to come his way," Bryn sighs as she steps back, "I want what's best for him too, okay?"

Elijah scoffs, a sarcastic laugh passes by his lips, "you sure as hell have a funny way of expressing it."

"Can you shut up for once and just listen?" Bryn glares, "I still don't want Elliot in our pack. We need to send him back to the Blue Moon Pack because our pack—"

Just as Bryn goes to explain the true reason as to why she so desperately wants Elliot to leave, Elijah glares at her so hatefully that her heart skips in its best and her words get caught in her throat as her mind becomes a blur. She'd never seen him look at her like that.

"You still want to send him away even after you said you cared for him too. What was that? Some type of fucking lie?" He steps up to her and invades her space, "just because your mates dead doesn't mean I'll allow mine to slip from fingers like yours did."

As soon as he said it, he regretted it. Bryns eyes filled with tears and her heart broke into pieces. Elijah was the absolute last person she expected to hear something like that from.

Remorse filled Elijah's eyes as anger left him completely and he quickly shook his head because he knew he pierced at Bryns heart but he didn't mean to. He was just so angry that anything flew out of this mouth. His wolf took over and there was nothing he could do to stop the words from flying out of his mouth.

"Bryn, fuck, I'm so sorry," Elijah didn't know what to say, the amount of hurt and sadness on Bryns face made his heart break, "I didn't mean—"

"I know," Bryn backed away as she wiped at her eyes, "you're a fucking asshole so I'm going to let you think shit over because I can't stand looking at you right now."

Elijah watches as Bryn angrily wipes her tears and walks away from him. He was now left alone in a destroyed living room with ragging thoughts that wouldn't die down.

He runs a hand through his hair before running that same hand down his face. He never knew a mess like this could be created and he didn't know what to do because he wanted his mate at his side. He was banished from the Blue Moon Pack so there was no way they would just lift the ban like that unless a petition was made and the women who lost their husbands signed it and accepted it with open arms but who would open their arms to the person who was the reason for their loved ones deaths?

Realizing that Elliot could have heard the entire fight as werewolves had extensive hearing and everyone in his pack as well as those in the Blue Moon Pack heard, Elijah immediately started rushing out of the living room. He ran up the four flights of stairs until he got to his suite where he left Elliot.

He throws the door open only to see his small mate about to jump out of the window. The amount of surprise and sadness that washed over Elijah was immeasurable as Elliot slowly turned his face around and had tears falling down his face. Elijah's heart broke into two as his heart constricted and it almost felt hard to breath.

Elijah immediately rushes to the other side of the room and grabs Elliot, bringing him into his arms. Elijah holds Elliot tightly as the younger boy wraps his legs around Elijah and clutches his tiny fist into Elijah's black top. Tears stain Elijah's shirt but he doesn't care, all he cares about it keeping Elliot safe and happy. He didn't know what Elliot planned to do by jumping out of the window but he refused to think that his mate was resorting to a drastic and irreversible decision.

The floor was high up considering they were on the top floor; the fourth floor. Their Pack wasn't as big as the Blue Moon Pack but it was still very much high up and if a human jumped from the fourth floor they would die and since Elliot was weak for a werewolf he could've been severely injured if he jumped or potentially be put into a coma.

"Why?" Elijah's voice cracked as he asked the question and even though it was a vague question, it had only one real answer.

The small boy shook his head and refused to lift his head to meet Elijah's eyes.

Elliot could only imagine the disgust and disappointment that he thought would be on Elijah's face. He was a failure of a mate that Elijah should've rejected a long time ago. He wasn't worth keeping around, there were so many other people who were so much better than Elliot was. Elliot shook as he thought of how fucked up he was and how unbecoming of a mate he was.

Elijah must rage at the moon goddess for giving him such a shitty mate is what Elliot thought. Everyone hated him. There was no worth in keeping Elliot. The only people Elliot believed truly loved him for him was his mother and Vera.

Vera.

Elliot whimpered because she acted like his mother. Vera genuinely treated Elliot like he was her son and Elliot wound never forget how loving Vera was to him even after her twins were born. It was all ruined now. Elliot was a traitor and Vera hated him for it is what Elliot thought to himself.

Elijah was too beautiful, too kind, too perfect to be mated to Elliot. Elliot felt the love that radiated off of Elijah but it felt too good to be true. He was less than worthy to not only be mated to an alpha but such a sympathetic, such caring and such a loving man.

'I should just die,' whimpered Elliot quietly to himself.

Elijah, someone who hasn't cried since his parents brought Bryn into the family, shed tears as Elliot mistakenly said everything going on in his thoughts through mind link and Elijah heard every single thing.

Elijah's heart cracked into fragmented pieces and Elliot felt it as it broke him and pierced him even deeper.

"You are worth everything, Elliot. Don't allow your demons to tell you that you're not good enough because you are. You mean so much to not just me but to everyone in the Blue Moon Pack and I promise you everything in me that Vera could never hate you and nobody, I mean nobody on this fucking planet would be acceptable as my mate. Never think you should end your life, never allow others to make you feel worthless, never leave my side," Elijah's voice broke as he said, "I'd be so broken without my baby boy."

Elliot trembled as tears racked through him and he shook as he held Elijah tighter to him.

For once, Elliot felt love, felt like living and felt happy. Because Elijah made life worth living.

So Elliot would live for Elijah.

For those who love angst, this is for you. I was feelin sad so this is the product of my sad mood. It'll get happier soon I think.
