"I know about the bet" I heard Jess say which had me at a loss for words. How did she know it was the only thing going through my head at the moment.

"What bet?" I ask like I don't fucking know what shes talking about

Jess scoffed "You can't lie your way out of this one Drew. I have evidence so go on explain" she said so bitterly to me while leaning against the wall.

I try to stay confident that she doesn't have anything on me but when she unlocked her phone and showed the screenshot of what Chase was supposed to send to Madeline made me nervous.

She raised an eyebrow "Well" I know it's time I tell her everything

JD's POV:

I was packing my bags since I was the first one of everyone to leave then I saw a gift I was supposed to give to Jess because I was closest to her out of everyone. So I grab it and make my way over.

I twist the knob to make sure it's unlocked and don't have to use my key that she gave all of us. I walked in without a care in the world until I heard screaming. I'm usually not a nosey person but it was coming from Jess and Drew so I had to know.

"What do you mean I was a bet Drew! Do you even love me or was it all an act?" I heard Jess say with so much pain in her voice. That bet has gotten out of hand at this point now that someone got hurt.

"It was alright! Everything I said was fake. The I love you fake. Everything but you have to hear me out Jess-" suddenly he got cut off and I heard a slap to the face. I gasped and immediately put my hand over my mouth in hopes they didn't hear.

"Get out" Jess said with absolutely no emotion like she was over it which confused me a bit.

I heard silence for about a minute till I heard Jess say get out again but Drew didn't leave

"Why won't you let me explain mesefl-" again Drew got cut out but by Jess screaming "GET OUT GODDAMMIT!" and heard a thud. "Here's your stuff now for the last time get out." At this point I knew Drew was going to come out any moment and I didnt want to be seen so I hid behind the couch since you can't see anything from the other side.

I peek my head up from the couch to see Drew walking out with puffy red eyes but not as red as Jesse's eyes were. Just as Drew was about to open the door Jess said something that I never expected.

Jessica's POV:

While Drew was trying to explain himself I tried so hard not to tell him how this was a bet for me too because I didn't want it to be anymore. I actually started catching feelings for him and then the universe decided to drop this bomb on me.

I gather all the stuff he has in my room and put it in a duffel bag and threw it in front of his feet and told him to get out.

After he refused I was beyond pissed that this man can't follow simple instructions. "GET OUT GODDAMMIT!"

Finally he leaves my room and just was he was about to leave I said something that I wasn't supposed to say

"Also Drew was over and you were a bet too" I say quite bitterly and shove him out the door and lock it so fast. I even locked the top since it had a different key only I had in case he tried to get in again.

As Jess locked the door JD didn't know what to do since he was still behind the couch. Jess slid down the door crying thinking it was all real. JD had enough of seeing his best friend upset over a guy so he decided to come out.

"Hey Jess" JD said very awkwardly since he didn't know how she would react

All she did was get up from the floor and hug him. "I'm an idiot" Jess said sniffling as JD rubbed her back comforting her.

"You are not an idiot Jess. If anyone should be an idiot its us." he was finally going to admit everything to her which might be a bad idea but he thought she deserved to know the truth.

"What do you mean us?" Jess hiccuped

JD sighed "I think it's time I tell you the truth. But you have to tell me what you meant by it was also a bet alright?" Jess looked very hesitant but eventually nodded her head and lead him to the couch.
