Randhir laughed his heart out and Sanyukta just admired that.

"Ohh my god Sanyukta you are too funny." He laughed continuously.

"I am sorry." She said again with a puppy face.

"It's okay, aab aapna kaan chhod sakti ho tum warna lambi ho jayegi." Randhir teased her and Sanyukta showed her tounge to him and both laughed in union.

"You was right, the dress was too much short, I realized later." She said slowly.

"Simplicity shows the real beauty." Randhir said that thus she smiled.

They were talking, complaining about each other's when Sanyukta felt thirsty. So Randhir went to kitchen to bring water. When he pouring water in a glass he heard Sanyukta's scream and he rushed towards his room. He reached there and his eyes got widened to saw the scenario. Sanyukta was on the top of the cupboard and screaming for help.

"Randhir please help." She screamed again.

"Sanyukta what happened, why are you shouting! Aur tum waha upor keya kar rahi ho?" He asked shockingly. Sanyukta doesn't say anything but pointed at the wall next, Randhir looked over there and saw a lizard on the wall.

"Tum ek chhipkali dekh kar darr geyi!" Randhir asked surprisingly.

"The lizard was gawking at me!" She said widening her orbs.

"Haan toh keya kha jata tumhe?" He asked surprisingly and she got numb.

"Aab chalo niche aao, come down." He commands her when she looked at him.

"Niche, lekin kaise?" She asked while making a face thus Randhir got confused.

"Keya matlab kaise, jaise upor geyi thi waise hi niche aah jau." He rolled his eyes.

"Wo toh tab darr ke maare chad geyi thi, lekin aab niche kaise aau?" She said helplessly and pouted. Randhir shook his head and stood up on his bed.

"Now hold my hand and come down." He forwarded his hand to her.

"But Randhir..." She became panicked.

"Aare trust me!" Randhir hold her one hand and wrapped his other hand around her waist and pulled her.

Sanyukta shivered at his touch very first, then she placed her both hands around his nack and tried to come down. But suddenly Randhir's ankle got twisted and he lost his balance. As a result both fall down on the bed.

Sanyukta hide her face into Randhir's chest due to fear when he caught her waist protectively. After sometimes Sanyukta slowly lifted her face and looked at Randhir, he also looked at her. They can feel their warm breath on each other's skin for their sudden proximity. They were still looking at each other and both lost into each other.

Tic....tic....tic...

The lizard made some noise and both came back to their senses. Sanyukta tried to get up but fall again on Randhir. Randhir gesture her to wait and help her to get up.

"Thank you." She said hesitatingly not met his eyes as she felt embarrassed.

"Hmm." He hummed. He also feel the same.

"Waise keya circuse karti raheti ho, joker banna hain keya!" He tried to lighten the atmosphere and she smiled at his statement.

"Haan, aur tum ringmaster, tum pe suit karega." And both laughed loudly.

"Aachha aab main chalti hu, tum kaal college toh aayoge na?" Randhir nodded positively at her question thus she smiled and left.

That night Randhir can't be able to sleep again. He hold her scarf which Sanyukta forgot there. He felt her fragrances still on it. He remembered her previous days words.

''Keya lagti hu main tumhari?''

But he had no answer. He kept the scarf under his pillow and thinking about afternoon and a small smile came on his lips and soon he dozed off.

Here Sanyukta also spend a sleepless night. She felt his touch still on her body. She also thought about the incident and her lips curved into a smile and she also dozed off.

Some days left and Randhir and Sanyukta's relation became more closer. Randhir used to drop her everyday, it's became an unwritten rule from them. One day Randhir do something in the library when Sanyukta came there.

"Wow what a pleasant surprise, today the library also felt lucky as Sanyukta Agarwal came here." He mocked her.

"Very funny." She smiled at his comment.

"Okay listen I came here to invite you." She said in a serious way.

"Invite, for what?" He raised his brows.

"Tomorrow is my birthday, so there is a party at my house, please come. You have to." She forced him.

"Okay I'll." He assured her and as usual after college dropped her.

Next day, Sanyukta's birthday, so there is a big party at her house. All her friends were came. Randhir also came with a bunch of red roses. He entered when everyone's eyes fall on him. He passed a smile at them and went to a corner. He was looking for Sanyukta when his eyes fall at the stairs and next moment he froze there.

Sanyukta was coming down by the stairs. She was wearing a peach coloured aanarkali salwar suit, her waist long black silky hairs were totally open and she put a small stone bindi in between her brows. She was looking absolutely gorgeous and Randhir just lost in her beauty.
