Gosh I'm beyond sorry for not updating babes! I had a writers block with this story, and my mom has taken away internet privileges during weekdays! I'll try to update as often as I can! Also so sorry if this chapter is lacking! Love you!

Herc POV

I walked through the halls before school on Monday and immediately saw a ton of posters plastered over the walls. I look at the nearest magenta one and it read:

Senior Prom!
This Friday
7pm to 10pm
Bring a date or some friends and have a blast at this year's Senior Prom! Five dollars entry fee. Food and drinks will be provided. Please wear appropriate clothing for the event.

An idea immediately came to mind. I bounced off to class.

Later at lunch, I spotted Peggy in the lunch line and pulled her out of it. She seemed visibly irritated. "Dude, what the hell?! You know how hard it is to get in the front!!" She hollered.

"Look, I need a favor. And if you help me, I'll help you with something." She was quiet.

"..Continue."

LAF POV

It was after school, and I'm at my locker. I got practically no sleep last night, so I'm beyond happy the day is over.

I shut my locker and walked towards the exit. Once I got outside, I spotted Hercules and Peggy chatting and I walked over to them.

"Hey guys." I greet. "Hey Laf!" Peggy greeted with a smile. "Hey babe." Herc said throwing his arm around my shoulder and pecking my forehead.

"Daw~ you guys are so cute!!" Peggy gushed, and I giggled in amusement.

"Welp, see you tomorrow Pegs." Hercules said waving as we walked to his car. "Bye!"

We hopped into the car and he started to drive out of the school parking lot. He turned on the radio and it started a chill 'jam', as they call it. I nodded my head side to side to the beat of the song.

He held my hand while his other occupied the steering wheel. He lifted mine and kissed it gently, making me blush and smile. Even though we've been together for a while now, I still get flustered sometimes.

After some time, we pulled up in front my place. He stopped the car and pulled me into a sweet kiss. I giggled as we pulled away and he smiled warmly. "See ya baby." "Bye~"

Next day, After school

All day, I've heard people talk about something called "Prom". I didn't know what it was at first so I looked it up on my phone when I got the chance. It's supposed to be this sort of school dance that celebrates us finishing senior, and there's romance and love and fun, and such thing. Which honestly, sounds wonderful. From of the pictures and stories; magical even.

It's kind of nice to imagine that kind of thing with me and Hercules.

I'm at my locker again, and I open it to find a folded note (just like the one Peggy forged before). Curiously, I opened the note to find different, more cursive handwriting that read:

Meet me a the school vending machine ;)

...Huh?

Who could this be?

I don't think it was Peggy, and Hercules doesn't have cursive hand writing..

..Guess there's only one way to find out..

I make it to the school vending machine, with no one present. I stood next to the off-brand snack filled dispenser; assuming I just got there early, when I noticed something.

Another note taped to the side of it.

I mentally panicked. Okay this getting weird!! I take the note down and open it.

Oops! Did I say vending machine? I meant outside the west side of the school! <3

Oh, come ON!!

Now I gotta walk all that way! Well, I don't HAVE to... I could just go home.. Arg, but I'm too curious!.... Fine. I started fast walking over to there.

I finally make it over, panting as I come to notice aNOTHER FUCKING NOTE.

Okay, Okay! Last one! Just follow the rose petals and you'll find out who I am :)

I was about to groan before I realized something.

Rose petals?

I look at the ground and notice a trail of ruby red rose petals that lead to the back of the school. I put the note in my pocket and follow the petals. I turn the corner to find..

Hercules.

The trail lead all the way to his feet-- in the exact same spot where we confessed to each other. A bouquet of rose the same shade as the ones on the ground. He held a smile as I approached him. When I reached him, he handed me the bouquet of roses. "Merci." I muttered

"Laf, you know I love you more than anything, right?" He said and I flushed and nodded. He kissed my hand sweetly.

"So I have to ask the question," He pulled me closer as my breath got closer in my throat, "Lafayette, will you go to prom with me?"

I stood there shocked for a second, before erupting in a bashful smile and nodding "Oh, oui!" I pull him into a hug. He holds me closer before pulling me into a kiss.

When we pull away, his arms are still around my waist as our foreheads were connected. We lovingly looked into each other's eyes with a bubbling feeling of love in my chest.

God, I'm too in love with this man...
