BILL AND LENNON ENDED in heartbreak. Much like many teenage romances, when he graduated and moved to Egypt to follow his dream. She still had a year left of her education before pursuing her dream career, much closer to home.

Still, they had to put themselves first, and they couldn't stay in a relationship where both parties were unhappy because they never saw one another.

Eventually, they slowly began to move on, but they were both often plagued with thoughts of what could have and what would have been if they had fought that little bit harder despite knowing how miserable they inevitably would have ended up.

Their worlds finally collide again after almost a decade. When Lennon is in the midst of a bitter divorce, and Bill is trying to decide whether or not he's ready for a serious relationship again.

There's bitterness between the two, who were once the epitome of a couple in love. But there were also strong emotions that both have suppressed for years and a longing in their wandering eyes that they couldn't shake.

If given the circumstances of the end, who would pass up on the opportunity of a second chance with their first love?

i do not own any part of the harry potter universe. all rights in that aspect go to j.k. rowling. however, I do own lennon winslow and any plots that surround her within the harry potter universe, as well as any characters that i place into her storyline.

i would like to add that while i continue to write harry potter fics, i in no way continue to support j.k. rowling and all of the awful things she has done. every book and movie which i use to write my books were brought at least six years ago, probably longer. harry potter has been a source of comfort for me since i was six or seven and i want to continue to write these characters that i love so dearly into my version of events, diversifying the universe and the plot and making my account a safe space for everyone.

i'm fairly certain that i am at a point where i'm going to write a story for each weasley sibling because the only sibling that i haven't started writing for yet is charlie has i had to discontinue his book, but I do have another idea in the works for him. all in all, i'm really happy with this fic as i'm stretching out of my comfort zone in regards to lennon's character and her history which i'm extremely excited about. please take into account before reading this book that there will be mentions of miscarriage, toxic relationships, death, torture, and the usual mentions of war. please read on with caution!
