"I told you Valt! Don't jump too much!"Shu groaned and picked his backpack from the ground,"if you're not gonna sleep i'll carry you again and sleep again okay?"

Shu place the backpack in front of him.

Valt nodded and he jumps on Shu's back.

"What about me?! I'll walk?"I groaned.

"Yeah. Come on."Shu smiled and walked in front of me.

"Wow... Of course."I laughed and followed behind. The breeze of the cold wind brushes through my hair, making my ponytail loosen and fell on the ground.

"Where's my ponytail?..."I kneeled on the ground and scavenged the grasses.

"You'll never find it Wakiya. You can always get one."Shu said, tossing this ponytail to me.

"Wow thanks. Never expected you'll have a ponytail with ya."I tied my hair and stand up. Valt was fast asleep. What a kid.

"nah, I just had it."Shu giggled and continued walking. He was using the flashlight Free gave Valt instead of his phone. I'm using my phone right now which is around 96%.

"Wakiya...."A voice called from behind. It's a familiar voice... Yes, I know i've heard it somewhere but... I don't know... His voice is so clear...

The accent takes it all...

"Wakiya? Hey what's wrong? Why'd ya stop walking?.."Shu said, still smiling as he turned to me.

"Turn around Murasaki..."The voice started laughing. As if he was trying to...

"Wakiya? Hey?"Shu waves his other hand in front of me while holding Valt's hand with his left hand.

... But I just brushed it off...

"Murasaki..."The voice called again.

I turned around slowly, without minding Shu, My breathing became faster than normal and I can feel my legs become wobbly.

"Hello... Welcome to the land of the dead." That familiar accent...

"Zac..."I groaned, pointing at him.

"Zac?!"Shu's eyes widened, walking beside me while holding Valt tighter. "What are you.. I thought you're dead!"

"Have you forgotten?... The curse have not yet ended... So i'm still alive..."Zac's hands are gone... His cheeks are stained with blood and his blonde hair were stained with it as well."Kurenai Shu.. This was your fault... Aysh.. Maybe it'll be better if I take Twinkle Toes instead but... That pendant's keeping me from going near him... So I might as well.. Leave you guys alone for a moment."

"Grrr! Zac! I swear! You'll pay for everything you've done! Especially to Honcho!"I shouted, I can feel my tears welling down my cheeks. I quickly wiped it off before I could even cry an ocean.

"Hahaha... If you can.. A...hahaha."Zac continued laughing manically. He's really scaring me but I don't care. I have to stay safe so I could protect them... Especially Valt.

Zac's main target is Valt but I still don't have the slightest idea why he wants to kill Valt. The reason he told us was too shallow and I know there was a deeper reason for him wanting to annihilate our friend.

I swear, I will try to protect myself so I could kill Zac with my hands, even if he's already dead, I will kill him again and again. And probably put an end to this curse by killing the one who did all of this.

"If I can't get near Valt because of Free's pendant.. I might as well ask him to take that away.."Zac giggled as he slowly faded away. I tried chasing after him but I knew he was just a ghost and it's still no use even if I'm close to him.

"Shu..."Valt mumbled, yawning and hugging Shu tighter,"I had a dream."

"What dream?"Shu put Valt down and stare at him.

Valt's eyes were a bit drowsy,"I saw... Myself in a pool of blood... But I can't see anything clearly... Because my eyes were covered by my own blood..."

"Valt. You have to hold on to that pendant and never let it go. That's your only way to be safe if ever we got separated."Shu hold Valt's shoulder tight and hug him.

"But we won't get separated unless you guys stray away.."Valt looked down and sighed.

"We won't be separated. Not unless that person who killed Ken, A.K.A the one who put the curse takes that pendant away from you... Because as Free said.. Only evil spirits cannot go near you. But that guy is alive!"I shouted.

"I know... So I think we should hurry to the cemetery and kill that guy!"Valt said, jumping and falling onto Shu's chest.

"You're staying in front of me okay Valt? So I could keep watch."Shu said, pushing Valt in front of him while holding his shoulder.

"I'm gonna be a lookout from behind."I utter, taking the water bottle from my bag and drinking half of it.

I then turned my phone on and scroll down the article i've saved. There are other topics present in this article so I got a bit lazy to read all of them.
