Wyvron and the other Wyvron was thrown up in the air. I'm guessing this would be a simultaneous ring out finish but... I don't think the rules apply to a cursed school.

...and everything changed when one bey, bursted right on mid air, while the other Wyvron remained safe.

"W...which Wyvron was that?!"Shu shouted, I turned around to see the water reaching Valt's hips.

The copycat Wakiya just stared right into me and charged towards me, making me fell on the ground."ARGHHH!!"

I kept on pushing the Wakiya as the glass door broke, scattering the shards of broken glass on the floor and damaging the Wakiya that was about to attack me.

"Wa.."My eyes widened as it slowly turned to Ashes, as well as the bursted Bey... I guess the bey that survived was mine after all..

"Good Job Wakiya!"The barrier broke and the water scattered.

Valt ran to me and hugged me really tight that I can't breath nor even feel my lungs.

"V...Valt... Y...you're crushing me..."I mumbled as I catch my breath.

"Oh sorry!"Valt smiled, his eyes were wet with tears.

"W..Why are you crying?"I stare right into Valt's eyes and felt a bit saddened as well.

"B..because none of us died... Ken is Alive... Shu is here... Honcho's also here.. And..and you!"Valt sobbed and buried his face on my chest.

"Va..Valt..."I look away and turned to Shu who was smiling at me.

"Come on everyone."Shu said as Ken and Rantaro followed behind.

"And that shows us that Wakiya is not just talk."Rantaro said as gave me a sidelong look with a smirk.

"You saved us all! Thank you."Ken said, smiling at me and hugging me too.

Valt suddenly let go of me and gave me one last smile.

"Let's hurry to the 2nd floor."Valt said with a shaky voice, sniffing.

"Alright."Valt and the others walk down the stairs while I paused for a moment to look back one last time.

The walls started to change, but before the walls slowly compressed, I saw Lui smiling at me.

"H..huh?.."I gritted my teeth and ran back to the group.

The sight of Lui gives me the chills... He really is watching us.

I lifted my left bangs and peered into the darkness. My flashlight seems useless anymore...

"What's going on? Why is the radius of our flashlight seems..."Shu pulled Valt and Ken while Ken pulled me to him and Rantaro beside me.

The Flashlight starts to flicker, until the light suddenly goes off.

The Pitch-black surrounds us, and everything was quiet...

"Stick together. Don't let anyone be out of your grip."Shu commanded as I tugged Rantaro's shoulder and hug it as tight as I could because I can't risk any life anymore! They'll blame me!

"Rantaro you still alive?.."I mumbled.

"Yeah how about you?"Rantaro replied with a shaky voice.

"How did I ask you if i'm dead?!"I shouted.

"Shhh!"Shu muttered.

I closed my eyes and tried to remember the rooms and corridors of the second floor... Why? Because this is the floor where I study... It's not that crowded here but this is where most bullies flock in. Like me. I mean...

I can feel my feet slowly descending on the stairs, And my legs feeling a bit wobbly. The atmosphere was heavier than it is on the 4th and 3rd floor. I think i'm gonna faint...

I gripped my flashlight, clicking the buttons again and again, hoping it would turn on. But it seems like it had no chance of turning on...

I just breathed heavily, hugging Ken and Rantaro's arm as tight as I could. I cannot contain the eeriness of this room.

I shut my eyes close as I heard a loud, screeching voice of a woman just up the hall.

"What was that?!"Valt whispered.

"I don't know.. And I don't wanna know!"I replied back.

I can feel the tension building up within me. It's making it hard to breathe...

"Where are we now?..."Ken mumbled under his breath.

"Wakiya, do you know where we are?"Shu said.

"I..I don't know! The rooms are all mixed up like a maze right?... But as far as I know.. To our left was the faculty room while to our right was the storage room..."I replied, with my hoarse and shaky voice.

"Storage room..."Shu whispered,"Everyone! I know I found some batteries there... It's a box full of it so get ready to pack up!"

We kept on touching the walls until Valt finally take hold of the door knob.

I can hear the knob click because of the silence in the room, The gang, as well as I, entered the storage room and locked it.

"Everyone, find a small box and fast!"Shu commanded.

I tried scavenging the stuffs inside but I think i'll never find some batteries in the side i'm finding.

Until I take hold of a light switch...

"Uh..."I clicked the light switch and the whole room was filled with light that i've been longing to find!

"It seems like the storage room is the only part which isn't affected by the curse."Ken giggled.

"Yeah..."Shu said,"Oh yeah, Wakiya, remembered we stayed inside this for a few minutes, and afterwards, we saw Ken.... And Daigo just up ahead the corridor?"

"Yeah, it seems like this was our safe zone."I chuckled.

"Well I guess we can rest here for a while..."Valt leaned against the wall until a box fell on his head, and batteries scattered on the floor.

"Nice work Valt!"Rantaro picked up the batteries and removed the old batteries.

Rantaro clicked the switch and.. Eureka! It works."what just happened?"Valt uttered as he scratch his head.

"Alright let's pack up lots of batteries."Shu said as he filled his pocket with 4 pieces of battery while I did the same.

Ken picked up some glow sticks too,"Take this."

"What for?"I mumbled.

"I don't think the flashlights will really work in the second floor."Ken continued, giving us 5 medium sized glow sticks each.

"Why didn't I thought of that?"Rantaro muttered.

"Because you're stupid."I replied with a smirk.

"Why, you..."Rantaro gritted his teeth and look away,"i'll let ya pass!"

"Good."I smiled and tapped his back.

Valt bended the glow stick, and it started to glow. Making Valt stare at it in awe,"What are you? 6 year old? That's just a glow stick. Give me that."

I snatched the glow stick from Valt's hands and pointed it on the door."This thing's pretty bright. Better save that for later Valt."

Ken gave Valt another Glow stick."So how long are we gonna stay here?"

"Depends, when we think we're ready and gonna be fine, we'll charge outside and find that stadium."Shu said.

"guys."Rantaro pulled out a paper that looks like some sort of a school chronicles of Beigoma Academy that was created 10 years ago.

"What's that?"Shu pulled the Newspaper and read the first texts aloud.

"Ehem..The Beigoma Academy have been famous due to its history of the best bladers in the world. It is also...Nah.. Useless informations."Shu squint and gave the paper to me,"Go read it Wakiya, I have to find that canned food I kept yesterday."

"You stuff canned foods in a storage room?!"I shouted.

"Well yeah, for emergencies. You can thank me later."Shu smiled and pulled the canned tuna from an old wooden cabinet.

"Go eat, we need energy for later. But ya know Ken, those sandwiches are the best."Shu smiled and opened the can.

"Well you don't have to say that twice Shu.. You're embarrassing me."Ken uttered as he look away.

"I just placed one.. So I hope this is enough."Shu said.

"That's more than enough! Alright! Let's dig in!"Valt said as he snatched Shu's spoon and ate one piece of tuna.

"My turn!"Rantaro said, taking the spoon and eating one too.

"What is this?! A passing game?! You must be joking me."I complained as I find another spoon.

"Oh well."Shu takes the spoon too and ate one.

"Not you too Shu!"I'm gonna be sick..

Ken also ate one until it's my turn...

... Nope.

"Come on Wakiya! I know you want it too!"Valt said, taking a spoonful of tuna and shoving it in my mouth before I could even speak a word.

"VALT AOI! You have crossed the line!"I covered my mouth as I slowly turned red, chewing the tuna slowly and swallowing it with disgust...

"Why are you turning red Goldilocks?"Rantaro uttered as he chuckled.

"I... I have allergies!"I turned around and sighed.

What was that?!...

Hmm...

Whatever.. This happiness won't last long anyway...

This short time of happiness is such a big deal.. Because... After this...

Nobody knows if one of us die again...
