Shu decided to join me huh? I didn't really expect that he would come and agree with my plan but I guess there's nothing wrong with it.

The school was cleaned. As expected, the principal doesn't want the news to spread out of the country and the news just lasted for a day. After that, it's like a normal day for students. But no doubt that they want to leave this place.

"The school basement... It... Had this emergency exit towards the forest right?"Shu said, looking down as he pondered more.

"Yeah. There is. But that forest has just two route though... The exit to the streets, and a dead end. The dead end was actually the cemetery. Where Daigo and Zac's cremated remains are placed."I replied. With Shu by my side, I quickly recovered. Hahaha. Because I won't be alone if ever I die..*coughs*

"Then there's a big chance the one behind all this are hiding in that cemetery?"Shu said.

"Highly possible. But since the road there is a bit blocked and dark and creepy... We'll have to use our flashlights. But... Since Free isn't around I didn't get to get one."I pout.

"You have your phone right? You can use the flashlight there like mine."Shu pulled out his phone and turned the flashlight on,"Good thing I charged this to 100%"

"Oh yeah. Why didn't I think of that."I pulled my phone out from my pocket.

"It's around 5:40. We have 20 minutes more to pack the stuffs we need. I suggest we bring some knife with us."Shu placed a knife in my pocket."I have my own.."

"What does it feel like cutting Zac's hands?"I utter suddenly.

"Nothing... Because back at that time. All I felt was anger. It's his fault Valt was at the hospital. And why our friends are in coffins and some are undergoing autopsies."Shu pouts and packed some water bottle as well.

"I see.."I remembered what Zac told me... That someone's coming for me... Why do I have a good feeling that Jin Aizawa's the one he's talking about?"anyway... Why'd ya leave Valt alone in the hospital?"

"He's not alone, Mrs. Aoi, Toko and Nika are there."Shu seems a bit distracted.

"You and Valt are really close huh?"I smiled.

"yeah. I care for him as much as he care for me. It may not look like it because most of the time I'm cold... But... When it comes to Valt, I drop my cold-shoulder and... Talk to him with ease."Shu giggled and sat by one of the chairs in my room.

"If Valt's a girl i'm pretty sure you two would be the best couple i've ever seen."I chuckled.

"Wakiya!"Shu looked away and groaned,"It's just that..."

"Just what?.."I smirked and approached Shu, moving my face closer to his.

"Aysh! Don't push me to say things about my relationship with Valt because I only treat him as a close, special friend!"Shu shouted, pushing my face away from him.

"Awww! But if you ever opened up or feel anything other than that, i'm here to ruin your life!"I laughed and tap the tables.

"Shut up Wakiya! You're not helping! Now let's just get to the real deal that we should go and annihilate the one who killed our friends!"Shu turned red because of embarrassment. Oh I love humiliating people.

I pulled Daigo's headband from my shoulder and gave it to Shu.

"Why are you giving this to me?"Shu said, raising an eyebrow as he pulled the headband from my hand.

"I think you should keep that. I don't think i'll.. Take it remembering that horrible view of Daigo's entrails crushed by the walls."I almost vomit every time I talk about that... Fudge.

"What about Ken's puppets?"Shu said.

"I'll keep it.. Erm..."I pulled the cat puppet from my backpack and stare at it,"He... Actually saved me.."

"Hmm.. Wanna compete in WBBA after this?"Shu showed me his bey... But it's different,"I managed to... Change it up a bit yesterday night. After... We left this building.. I was so stressed out so... Erm.. I decided to create a stronger bey so I could have some odds against that dude who killed our friends. It's called Legend Spriggan."

"Woah.. That looks nice... Hoji helped me with this."I showed him my Tempest Wyvron, also known as, Tornado Wyvern.

"Wow. That layer though... Why does it move?"Shu kept on spinning the layer of my bey.

"You'll understand its purpose once we battle. Let's just head down the first floor before 6 pm strikes. And probably sit around the entrance of the basement."I said, picking up my backpack.

"Yeah. It's almost sundown anyway.."Shu stood up and wear his bag.

We exit the room and closed the door... And the moment I exit the room.. I know I felt something strange... But I just brushed it off. Maybe it's just the wind.

Shu was walking beside me. The school wasn't that dark because the sun hasn't set yet and the lights are working anyway.

We descend down the stairs, no stadium in front of it nor any door to block us. It's still a normal stairs.

I stare at the floor, no blood prints... Not even a sign that Honcho's body were left here.

"You guys went back?..."...Free..

"Hey...Free."We both turned to him and smiled.

"Your friend just escaped the hospital. He ran here."Free said with a blank expression.

"Hospital..?"Shu's eyes widened."Don't tell me..."

Free pulled Valt from behind the locker and Valt was just staring at us in surprise,"Eh..hehe.. Sorry.. I asked Free to help me enter the school.. Because I know.. I'll get caught.."

"I can't just leave your friend alone... He might die.."Free pulled Valt to us,"I'm gonna go... I don't wanna... Stay here any longer.."Free walked beside us while Shu tugged Valt and started lecturing him.

"Valt?! You're not completely okay! Why did you..."Shu ruffled Valt's hair and frowned.

"I'm sorry.. I'm just worried you'll be here.."Valt looked down.

"Free, take Valt with ya okay."Shu said.

"But.. Shu!"Valt hugged Shu's arms and cried,"I wanna come!"

"You might die. So stay with Free."Shu glared at him,"Follow my orders!"

"But Shu!"Valt cried.

"Nah... Here take this."Free gave Valt a necklace with a bell pendant on it."Ring that once if there's trouble.."

"What?! Free!"Shu pouts.

"you don't have to worry... With Valt wearing that... No evil spirits can get near him... And anyone surrounding him..."Free then left the school premises.

"Grrr. Valt. You're not gonna stray away from us okay!"Shu shouted.

"I won't.."Valt giggled and wear the pendant.

I stare at the clock,"5:59"

"Let's go to the basement entrance then."Shu said, still hugging Valt's arms as I walk behind them.

Seriously, if these two are a girl and a boy, they will be an awesome couple...And i'll be Shu's rival. But, Valt's a freakin boy.

"Do you still have the keys to the rooms of this school?"I asked.

"Oh yeah! I have it. It's in mah pocket. Didn't get to remove it from my pants."Valt pulled the keys from his pocket and gave it to Shu."The basement door key is there."

"Hmmph.."Shu placed his ear on the door,"I can hear the breeze of the wind. There really is a route to the forest and the cemetery here."

"Are you ready Shu? Valt?"I mumbled.

"Yeah! I'm always ready! Free also gave me a flashlight! Its super cool because Free said the batteries last for 3 years! It's awesome!"Valt jumps.

"Don't jump too much! You might get sick again!"Shu shouted.

"Sorry! I guess I was over excited!"Valt smiled,"Let's open that thing up!"

Shu unlocked the door.

The bell rings, indicating it's already 6 pm."Let's go."

I turned around and notice a change in the surroundings. The lights turn off slowly, from the edge of the room, and towards the place where i'm standing...

The room gets eerie. But now, it's gonna be a more dangerous game. Because we're gonna stray outside the school... Not outside the premises, but in a place where the dead resides... And where our main target stays.
