Y/n was sitting on a building eating pizza on a rooftop. He then gets a call from Yuri as they've been working together occasionally. Y/n then answers.

Y/n: Hey Yuri, What's Going On?

Yuri (Phone): Hey, I wanted ask if you could check out  disturbance at the Financial District.

Y/n: Wait is it Raxton again?

Yuri (Phone): Not Raxton, It's something else. Witnesses say they are seeing a Sandman?

Y/n: Okay, Checking it out now.

(Later At A Bank)

There were people taken hostage by a Man in green and Tan.

Clerk: Why Are You Doing This?

???: Stay Quiet and No One Gets Hurt! I'm not here for you...

Clerk: Then Who Are you here for?

???: Open The Vault and I will let you go.

Y/n: How About You let them go now?!

Y/n then hangs upside down as the Hostage cheer that they were being saved.

Civilian: Look It's Spider-Man!

Y/n: Everyone out of the building! I'll take care of this guy

The Civilian start to run out of the building. Y/n then web strikes the Man, but his fist just goes straight through his chest. Y/n tries to pull his arm out of his chest, But the Sand was too dense for him to get loose. The Man then forms a cinderblock with one of his hands and whacks Y/n into through the counter.

???: Just You And Me, Spider-Man...

Y/n: What...Was That?

???: My Newfound Power....You Came all this way to die!

The Stranger then then turns his whole body into sand as he treads across the floor and to Y/n. Y/n is then grabbed by the throat as he begins to lose air.

Y/n: Who...........................are--...................you?

???: Take A Nice Good Look Spider-Man...

Y/n examines the face as he realizes in horror who it was.

Y/n: Flint...............Marko? You're Keemia's Father

Flint: Good, You Remember!

Flint then slams Y/n to the ground as he then dazes Y/n. Y/n then is thrown into the Vault Room and begins to get back up.

Flint: You Took Everything away from me! Now, You'll pay with your life.

As Flint said that sand begins to run into the bank, only to be absorbed by Flint. Flint then becomes bigger and Twice as Y/n's size. Rocks were present in his form but it was good enough for collateral damage.

Flint: All this talk about Flint. It's Sandman from here on out!

Sandman then goes in for a punch but all of time slows down. Y/n was using his second hand ability of the spider sense. Y/n was able to dodge the attack in a quick succession and hit Sandman in the face causing a chuck of his jaw to break off. Sandman's lower jaw then regenerates as he grimaces at Y/n.

Y/n: Oh Shit...

Y/n was punched through the roof as Y/n lands on his back. Sandman Leaps up towards Y/n and punches the ground as Y/n dodged the attack and kicks Sandman in the back. The two begin to fight on the roof as Civilians watch the commotion.

Y/n: I Don't Remember there being a Beach in Manhattan! *Throws Rusted Pipe*

Sandman: Your Jokes will be put to Rest!

Y/n: Yeah Considering You are aren't making sand castles at this hour...

Sandman's hand then turns into a mace end and bashes at Y/n. Y/n dodges the ball with spikes as he was trying to avoid the angry elemental. Y/n then punches off Sandman's Arm as it was hardened on a few points. Y/n then sweeps Sandman's legs and readies himself for Flint's face. At the last second Sandman sends a blast of Sand into Y/n. Y/n crashes into a car hood as he was dazed.

Sandman: Enough Games! You Fight Me, We Fight in my domain!

Sandman then turns into a sandstorm as he heads into Y/n and carries him around town. The Fight was Far from over.
