Jesse's POV

They've been gone for almost a day. Who knows where they are, or what they're doing.

I was on the roof, waiting for them to return.

"Jesse!" A voice behind me yelled. I turned around. It was them.

"Lukas! Petra!" I hugged them. "Where have you been?" I asked, angrily.

"In... A portal...?" Lukas said.

"I'm just glad you're both OK..." I looked at Lukas's lips. "Is that... Lipstick?"

He touched his mouth, and turned pale.

"Lukas...?" I started to tear up.

"It's not what it looks like-"

"That's what they all say!" I ran inside.

"Jesse! Wait!"

I ran into my room. My face fell into my pillow, making it wet from my tears.

There was a knock on my door. "Go away..." I felt someone on my bed. "I said go away..."

I was lifted off my pillow and my lips were pressed against someone else's. "Lukas stop!" I yelled, angrily.

"No. I'm not gonna stop. Just listen to me."

"Lukas let me go!"

He hugged me so our necks were touching. "Stop it Lukas! I'm not playing!"

"Just listen to me."

"No! You're cheating on me and you just want me to forgive you for it? Just let me go!"

"I don't expect you to forgive me, I just want you to hear me out!"

"Why would I do that you little-" I cursed him out.

(Too nice!)

"Woah woah woah! Calm down!"

"Get away from me-" He covered my mouth.

"Would you just shut up?!"

My eyes widened in shock. He never said that to me.

"Listen! I had to kiss Petra! I was marrying her in the portal! I had to play along!"

"You still kissed her you-" I cursed him out again.

(Im still too nice!)

He wrapped his arms around me. "Please forgive me..."

"Let go of me!"

"Whats going on?" Petra walked in with bandages around her wrists.

"Jesse thinks I'm cheating on her."

"Correction! I know he's cheating on me! Now let me go!"

"Lukas, let her go. Jesse, come with me." Petra took my hand and pulled me out of my bedroom.

"You're in this too Petra! Let me go!"

"No! Listen to me! Lukas isn't cheating on you! If you heard the whole story you'd understand. Lukas and I were looking for Gill in the portal network and Lukas spawned somewhere where he was marrying me. A different me. Ok? Gill was just as close and as loyal as you and Lukas. I know Lukas and I know he wouldn't do that to you. You understand now?"

I nodded. "But why though? Why didn't he just say no?"

"Come on Jesse! You know you would've done the same thing, just admit it!" I looked off to the side in guilt. Petra pat my back. "I'm sure Lukas is worried about you."

I didn't want to see him. But then, I did. I wanted to squeeze him, and tell him I'm sorry. But I also wanted to punch him until he bled out. I ran back into my room. I threw my arms around the blonde sitting on my bed. He hugged me back.

"I'm sorry... I'm so sorry..." He said. I buried my tearing eyes into his jacket.

"Just don't do it again!" I let go, then squeezed him again.

He kissed my forehead. I stayed in his arms for a while, slowly forgiving him for his stupid mistake. But Petra was right. She was always right. I would have done the same thing.

"I'm sorry for yelling at you." I said.

"It's ok. You were just angry. Now how about a walk."

I smiled at him. "Ok."

He stood up and held out his hand so I could, too. I did, and I didn't let go.

--TIME SKIP--

A tear rolled down my cheek. "Jesse? You ok?"

I hugged him. "Lukas... I-I feel like I've been avoiding you... And I hate it... I hate it Lukas! I hate it!"

"Shh... It's ok... Just calm down..."

"But I've been ignoring you... What can I do to make it up to you?"

"Just be that cute girl that I fell in love with. That'd be good." I smiled and kissed him. "You know what would be better?"

"What?"

He knelt down on one knee. "If you would be my girlfriend..."
