I Won't Forget Him...

For some reason, Aiden spent most of the rest of the day with Petra. They went in and out of the house. And went on long walks, but this was the longest they've ever been gone.
Jesse started worrying about them. A storm was supposed to come tonight. She decided to go look for them. It started getting dark, when she saw Petra sitting on a log, Aiden's arm around her shoulder. She was crying.
"It'll be fine, Petra." Aiden said.
"No it won't, Aiden!" She stood up, but sat back down, crying. "How am I supposed to do this, on my own?" Petra asked.
"You need to tell them."
"No, not yet. I don't know if they can handle it. Axel will be devastated. He's crushed on me, for a while." Petra slowly stopped crying.
"Tell them when you're ready."
"OK."
Jesse knew she had to walk up to them, and pretend she was looking for them. She walked away a little, and started calling for them.
"We're over here!" Aiden yelled.
Jesse made her way to them. "There you are." She knew they were there, the whole time. "It's getting late, and there's a storm coming.
Aiden looked at Petra. "Alright." He said. They started walking close behind Jesse. Whispering things she couldn't hear.
Lukas was back on the roof, when they got there. Jesse climbed through the window, and sat back down with
"Hi Jesse." He said. He knew it was her, because who else would go through his window to see him.
"Lukas, I think there's something up with Petra." Jesse said.
"I haven't noticed. I can't."
"Well, she's been acting really weird, and she's been hanging out with Aiden, more than usual." Lukas shrugged.
"Maybe she just needs some comfort from someone who misses Gil, too. Someone she knows she can act herself, around."
Jesse looked into his eyes, that couldn't see, anything.
"Let's just hope you're right." Just then it started to rain. "Lukas, let's go inside." Jesse helped him to his feet. Somehow, he got through the window, on his own.
Lukas sat on his bed, Jesse sat next to him. "You should check on Petra." He said. Jesse got up, and walked to her room. She was packing things in a bag.
"Where're you going?" Jesse asked.
Petra looked up. "Oh, hey Jesse." She said, closing her bag. "I'm staying at Aiden's, for a while. I need a break from all this."
"When were you going to tell us?"
"When I was done packing. I think it's best if I leave, though. I'll only slow you guys down."
"What?"
Petra looked out her window, Aiden was waving to her. "I gotta go." She said, walking out of her room. Jesse looked through the window. Petra was already outside. Aiden's arm was around her shoulder, as they walked through the gates.
Jesse entered Lukas's room, again. "So, what's up with her?"
"She just left."
"What do you mean?"
"She said she was going with Aiden. She's been acting really strange." Jesse stood up, and started pacing.
"Why would she leave, though?" Lukas asked.
"She said she needed a break from everything."
"She just needs some time alone. Like I said, she needs to be around people who she can relate to."
Jesse sighed, and started pacing faster. "When I heard them talking in the woods, Petra said she was doing something on her own. Whatever that means."
"Let's worry about it, when we really need to. We should just let Petra do what she needs to do, OK?" Jesse calmed down, and sat next to Lukas.
"Alright. But she never told me how long she was gonna be gone."
"Let's hope she comes back soon."
"Yeah..."
