Y/N's POV

I am now sitting on a chair in the shadow while this Red caped girl is also sitting on a chair with a metal table in front of her as the woman with a purple cape is lecturing her...

???:"I hope that you realize that your actions tonight will not be taken lightly, young lady. You put yourself and the others in great danger" she said

Red:"They started it!" she said

???:"If it were up to me, you'd be sent home... With a pat on the back" she said and I saw Red smiles brightly until. "...And a slap on the wrist*demonstrates using her riding crop*" she continued and I saw Red barely avoids it and gives out an 'Eeek!' as I smiled by this. "But... there is someone here who would like to meet you" she said

She moves out of the way so that Red can see a man in green come through the doorway, holding a mug and a plate of cookies...

Green:"Ruby Rose..." he said and now I finally learned the girl in a red cape's name as he leans in to look at her face. "You... have silver eyes" he continued as I then starting to lean forward in interest...

Ruby:"Uh, um..."

Green:"So! Where did you learn to do this?" he said as he gesture with his head at the tablet, showing Ruby's fighting and not a single scene about me punching the 1st Henchman...

Ruby:"S-Signal Academy" she answered

Green:"They thought you to use one of the most dangerous weapons ever designed?" he questioned as I try to hid my smirk

Ruby:"Well, one teacher in particular" she answered

Green:"I see..." he said as he puts the cookies on the table and gesture me to take one but I shook my head slowly as he then moved the plate of cookies near Ruby. She tentatively picks one up, eats it in a single bite, and then, not seeing any rebuttal, shovels the rest into her mouth...

Green:"It's just that I've only seen one other scythe-weilder of that skill before. A dusty, old crow..." he said

Ruby:"Oh! Thahts mah huncle!" she said but we only heard mumbles as she then swallows and wipes her mouth, embarrassed. "Sorry. That's my Uncle Qrow! He's a teacher at Signal. I was complete garbage before he took me under his wing. And now, I'm all like Hooowaaaah! Witchaaaa! *Proceeds to make some karate style poses and noises*" she said as I just saw her doing some unknown moves...

Green:"So I've noticed" he said as he placed his cup on the table as he leans in, then sits down opposite from Ruby. "And what is an adorable girl such as yourself doing at a school designed to train warriors?" he questioned and it piqued my interest fully...

Ruby:"Well... I want to be a Huntress" she said

Green:"You want to slay monsters?" he questioned her

Ruby:"Yeah! I only have two more years of training left at Signal! And then I'm going to apply to Beacon!" she said and now talking faster and faster with her enthusiasm growing too. "You see, my sister's starting there this year, and she's trying to become a Huntress, and I'm trying to become a Huntress 'cause I wanna help people. My parents always taught us to help others, so I thought, Hey, I might as well make a career out of it! *Giggles* I mean the police are alright, but Huntsman and Huntresses are just so much more romantic and exciting and cool and really, gosh!, you know!" she said as she flips out at the last part, staring at the two with a wide, crazy smile...

I looked to this man and the purple caped one just behind him, they are like studying her...

Green:"Do you know who I am?" he questioned

Ruby:"You're Professor Ozpin. You're the headmaster at Beacon" she answered as I was then holding off a chuckle...

Ozpin:"*Smiles* Hello" he said

Ruby:"Nice to meet you" she replied

Ozpin:"You want to come to my school?" he asked her

Ruby:"More than anything" she answered back happily

I saw Ozpin exchanging glances with the woman beside him and she shows a disapproval with a 'Hmmmph' before he turns back to Ruby...

Ozpin:"Well, okay" he said as Ruby smiles. "Welcome to Beacon Academy, Miss Rose" he said as he then gesture to the woman beside him that to escort Ruby out of the dark room....

Y/N:"Looks like, I'm next" I said with some acting like a real old man I am...

Ozpin:"I am very sorry for intruding you night, Mr.?" he said trailing off so that I can answer him...

Y/N:"L/N..." I said not including my first name...

Ozpin:"I am a bit surprise by your strength even at your current age, Mr. L/N" he said as I then moved my chair closer to the light and reveal my facial features to Ozpin as he sat back on his chair...

Y/N:"What do want from me, I don't have any energy left anyway..." I said chuckling at the end

Ozpin:"Well Mr. L/N, I want to ask if you have a Grandson or Grand daughter that wants to learn about fighting and become a Huntsman or Huntress?" he asked me as I lean back and smile at him

Y/N:"Well... I do have my favorite Grandson who totally wants to apply in Beacon" I lied as I answered his question. "But, It is sad to say that it will take him 2 days to visit me" I lied to him again... 'I need time to get enough blood... fast' I thought

Ozpin:"Not to worry..." he said as he grab something inside his pocket and reveal a Paper with many words. "This will be your Grandson's Applying Form and fill it so that he can start studying in Beacon after 2 days of him to visit you" he said as I smiled darkly in the inside but I show a kind smile on the outside...

Y/N:"Thank you... very much, I am probably sure that he will be most happily to accept this..." I said as I grabbed the paper and hid it under my cloak...

Ozpin:"May I ask, what your Grandson's name is?" he asked me as I look up at him smiling

Y/N:"Y/N, Y/N L/N" I answered and just in time the woman in the purple cape came back as Ozpin stood up...

Ozpin:"Glynda, would you please assist Mr. L/N to where the exit is" he said as she just nodded and I stood up slowly, acting like I am weak but I am surely stronger than them...

Timeskip...

After I exited the building, I then went through the streets and just in luck, I found a building that holds many books and I walked inside to find more about this Era, because I drop the book that I am currently reading after that incident...

Y/N:"Excuse me, May I ask where the History books are?" I asked the woman behind the counter and she smiled and points out that it is at the last aisle as I thanked her and I then started walking to the end...

I am currently looking at the books while my hand brushing at the book's spine while searching a better title. Until, I smell a person just behind me...

???:"You must be the person that I've been looking for just last night..." he said with a familiar accent...

Y/N:"I may or may not be the one that you're looking for..." I said trying to drew him away from me but...

???:"Oh please, I know every faces of every person in Vale, and you are the only one that wears a very old and traditional from the Old Era...

I stopped my index finger on a interesting title as I then pull it off from the shelf of books and I open it without looking or even facing at the man behind me...

Y/N:"Tell me your name, And I will let you questioned me for answers..." I said as I fold a page that interests me...

Beckett:"Many people called me by the name 'Beckett' and the Clan Leader of The Gangrel" he said as I then closed the book and turned around, only to see him bowing his head lightly to me...

Y/N:"I never thought that I will found another Kindred in this city called Vale" I said chuckling and I then started walking back to the counter so that I could buy these book as Beckett walks beside me...
