Fluff's POV

I watched as my old friend flew back across the river and out of sight. Redfield, or as I like to call him, Dad started to stalk off in a different direction.

I followed him after snapping back to reality. I couldn't believe it. The one I thought that I had killed... was alive. And training to be a pack leader. And I was... happy.

I didn't know what possessed me to push him into that river. But, I did. And everyday I walked up and down the bank, hoping to find his body. But at the same time, hoping to not find his body. If I found his body I would of had closure and I could have finally grasp the terrible thing I did. But if I didn't find a body, that meant that he could still be alive! And he is!

But as happy as I am to see him, he hates me now. I almost killed him. If he had just listened to me that wouldn't of happened! We were happy! But he decided to be selfish. And now he has his own army. Well than, I'll be the one to take them down.

*Timeskip to when they get to the flowers' camp*

I walked into camp and saw the usual evening buzz. Everyone was rushing to get things done at the last minute. It was funny.

As Dad and I walked into the camp people would bow to us. I couldn't help but smile. These were my people, the ones that actually listen to me and does what I say. It was amazing. And "Scarredheart" could've been one of them. But he lost that privilege.

I walked to my house which was a very advanced tent that almost looked like a mansion with a lot of furniture but was small enough to stay hidden. I went to my room and called two of my omegas to my room.

"Yes, your highness?" One of them asked.

"Get me a book about shadow creatures." I ordered plain and simple. Both of the omegas made disgusted faces.

"Those repulsive things? Are you sure, your highness?" The other one asked.

"Yes, now leave." I said. They both bowed and left to get me my book.

If Cloud thinks he can just be an alpha without me on his tail, he's got another thing coming.

Scarredheart's POV

Moon and I stepped into our den that was actually just a huge cave with some furniture we found. I was still hella pissed and Moon could tell. So she made me lay down on a nice and soft rug, we found a while back, and began to groom me.

She really was like a mother to me. Which is probably why she's the only person or shadow creature I would ever let do this to me.

"I know you're mad. But it was necessary to meet him. Once both of you are in power, you will need to make important decisions. Against and with eachother. So, getting know your enemy is one of the most important things for alphas to do." She explained before she continued to groom me.

I was calming down because I knew she was right. I may not like it but it's good that I know what's going on with Fluff. I heard Moon start to laugh.

"Did you see those clothes he was wearing? They looked comfortable but so expensive." She giggled.

"Only the best for our majestic alpha." I said in the most mocking voice I could do.

Moon laughed even more. We continued to joke about how the flowers were probably treating Fluff like royalty until we were both super tired. Moon took me to a nest she had made in the back of the den. We both curled up together and fell asleep.
