The Night I learned The Plan and The Truth

I woke up one day in that horrible cramped greenhouse in the middle of the night. Everything seemed normal to me, just another night. Strangely, I heard my parents having a conversation. "Hmmmm this late in the night?" I thought.
"Whatever" I thought and was about to head back to bed when I heard them say my name. "You want to send Sundew? Are you insane?" I heard my mother whisper-shouting to my father. "She has the skill and determination and is small enough."  my father replied. Huh? What was this about? I asked myself. "She can't literally go in and grab the most precious object of the HiveWings possession nonetheless the Queen's most helpful object!" Mother yelled but quickly lowered her voice, "No and I mean it". I couldn't let this opportunity slip. I was so close to achieving my dream: Vengeance. I didn't know what I was getting into right now. I ran as fast as a hurricane sweeping down Wasp and yelled "No! I will steal the book of Clearsight."

My parents were shocked. I was even more shocked. But I kept a straight face on and held dramatic pose (which I guess wasn't necessary). Anyways my parents were speechless. My mother was the first to talk. "Hon, this could be life and death for you. Are you willing to risk it?" "Of Course!" I said half-screaming. "What I wouldn't give to save my tribe from this crazy drunk dictator......is everything" I gradually lowered my voice. "Please?".  Father and mother looked at each other. "I say go for it" father said. Yes! One down one more to go! I thought. "I guess" mother said "But there's a few things you need to know." "Okay!" I squealed.

"Let's start with the most important two facts. " No.1 There is a rebellious group of LeafWings waiting to attack Queen Wasp. And we think we have a chance of winning with that book in our clutches. No.2 You can speak LeafSpeak. That means you can communicate with plants. It's usually genetic and is a rare LeafWing skill." Mother said clearly stressed out. "Also you can't go unless a HiveWing and maybe a few SilkWings tumble in here." Mother finished. "What?! No! I can't wait for some brainless dragons to come in here! It'll take years!" I objected. "Well you don't have much a chance of coming back alive nonetheless with the book by yourself." Father said reasonably. I argued with my parents till the sun rose. I lost the fight obviously.

I am a loyal LeafWing. I know my destiny now. I am still a dragonet. I have to steal the most precious item of the most powerful tribe. AND I have to wait for some brainless seals to come wandering in. Oh what have I gotten myself into?! I have I think a point zero zero zero zero zero one chance of surviving this and restoring dignity to the LeafWings throne. I need to start planning. Now.
