"So you got the plan down?", I ask.  The boys nod. Really are plan was quite simple, we were each going to pack a small bag of stuff that we absolutely need, sneak out past curfew, get over the gate, and quickly walk through the forest. I felt the bad thing was going to happen on Friday, which was 2 days away. (a/n making it Wednesday?) And I guess I felt guilty for leaving everyone there, but everyone was needed, even if they died. I take a big breath, and close my eyes. After, like, ten minutes I slowly open them, I knew whet I needed to do.

time break

I slowly closed the door so I wouldn't wake Diana up. My pack firmly secured on my back, I walk towards the boys' floor. Walking by B12 I stop and hesitate. I walk towards the window and lay my hand on the sill. I hear a creak but don't turn around.

"What?"I hear a manly whisper. I turn around. Drake.

"what are you doing?" He asks

I smile," Leaving of course."

His eyebrows rise," Why the hell are you doing that?"

I take my time, thinking of my answer," It was true."

Drake gives me a confused look," What was true?"

"The paper", I answer.

Drake takes a few seconds trying to think of what paper I was talking about. His answer was," You've been kidnapped, so what?"

I laugh, but it wasn't a normal haha that so funny laugh, no it was a laugh that meant 'Your so stupid' mixed with a laugh of misery.

"Yes, I've been kidnapped but I was talking about the other thing,"

Hus eyes morph from 'what the hell are you talking about?' To 'oh'. " You've been experimented on?"

"Ya, for the second time. First was when my mom was pregnant with me." I say miserably.

"What they do?", he asks.

I close my eyes wondering what I could say, time was wasting.

"They mixed our DNA with other animals."

Drake's eyes held wonder." What kind of animals?"

"Lots of animals, mainly bird, but there's some fish and cat in us."

"Did it do anything to you?", he asks.

I nod," not sure what powers are what, but I can breathe underwater, see in near darkness, have extended hearing, and I have wings."" All that and more make me the perfect weapon, but I won't let them have me or my brothers."

I hadn't realized it earlier but tears were running down my face.

Drake looked like he was about to say something, but I cut him off," Drake something's gonna happen, something bad, and we've been through enough shit. I can't let the bad thing happen to my brothers, where still not like we used to be, and we'll never be. We've gone through to much."

Drake was silent for a while, but said," How do you know?"

I roll my eyes, what an idiot," Drake I've got the power. And I know Caine and Diana have one too. But my power is I can see your future if I touch you, and your guys' future is not one I'm going to live in."

I  grab two letters from my back pocket. " Open this in the morning. Ones for Caine the other for you, I placed Diana's on her desk already."

He takes them and I turn to the widow but look back," Bye."

Drake walks towards me, grabs my hair and drags my head towards his.  "How about a proper farewell?"

I say nothing as he lifts my chin closer to his. He kisses me, it was soft and sweet and over to fast.

Drake laughs quietly at my hungry expression. " You'll get more when I see you again."

I smile and nod. "Bye."

He waves whilst saying bye.

I turn towards the window and open it.  I sit on the ledge getting ready to jump. I turn for a final look at my first sorta- kinda boyfriend.  He waves again and I smile. I jump knowing that was the last time I'd ever see him again. I was glad it was a good goodbye.

I flare out my wings, letting them carry me over the gate knowing that my boyfriend was looking at me with awe.

Leaves crunched under my feet.  The boys were grumbling. We had stopped to rest and now it was 9:00, time was running out.

10:59. 1 more minute. We where running with all our might. I saw light shinning on the edge if the forest. Almost there.

We broke free just as the barrier appeared, sending us forward.

I hear a voice:

You may have gotten away but its pointless, we'll get you in the end. In the mean time, I'll have fun with your boyfriend, he seems useful.

I try to say something, but my throat clogs and my eyes cloud over. Pictures so many pictures flash in my vision. Picture of the same thing at different angles, smells in nostrils, words in my ears.  I realize I'm watching peoples lives, each an every one of them.

I was experiencing deaths and fear. I want to cry out but my throat was still clogged. Suddenly ly everything stops in a burst of light.

The boys surrounded me, calling my name.

"I'm fine"I reassure them. They don't look to sure but they help me to my feet anyway.

We walk further away from the trees. We walk up a hill and in the valley we see............ adults?

Walking closer to the adults  we realize there are no kids. My prophecy had come true.

Oh gods, what will happen now.
