It's been 6 days after the incident. The video where Yeonjun broke Minjeong's arm, giving a punch to her face, and the revelation of his now ex-girlfrind full of bruises on her body spreading widely across the internet and it didn't take much time for the police to track him down.

It's not surprising when they got to know that Yeonjun did the same thing to his other 2 ex-girlfriend before, but its only that both of them was afraid to speak out after he threatening them.

You can say pretty much, that Minjeong's stupid act that day succeed to reveal the real him to the world.

It's also 6 days since Minjeong nor Jimin didn't saw each other again. Not Minjeong who avoiding her, but it was Jimin.

After knowing the thruth about Minjeong's feelings, she didn't blame gerself anymore for what has happened. But the guilt piled more into her suffocating heart.

After what she had done to Minjeong, this is what Minjeong did to her? For 5 years?

Who knows that silent mysterious girl that she only get to know her name about 2 month ago was the reaso  behind her peaceful life in highschool, also pretty much thag Minjeong was always by Jimin side secretly for 5 damn years.

And Jimin never knew about it.

Her rehab and counselling goes well for the week, and Aeri as a good bestfriend was always there for her all the time. Aeri even say that she even dare to move in Jimin's house just to make sure the girl was living well.

All the redden marks on her body was gone, but scars on her cheek and the corner of her lips was still there.

Not to mention the scars inside her heart.

"Will you visit Minjeong's apartment today?", Jimin asked to her bestfriend and Aeri nodding her head.

"She invited us, tho. It's her birthday", Aeri said with her smile.

It's been a while since the last time Jimin saw Minjeong, 'properly'.

Maybe the last time they meet properly is the day when she slapped Minjeong on the face. It's always hurt to remember that day, and guilt never leave her.

"Tell her I wish her a happy birthday~", Jimin smiled a little.

"You ain't going?"

"Not yet. I'm not ready to face her. I didn't even deserve to face her", Jimin sigh. Aeri just watch her bestfriend and she couldn't help much. All Jimin need is time, and maybe she also need to talk to Minjeong herself. That's the best way to make things clear between them.

"Alright then. I'll say that to her. You'll be fine at home alone?", Aeri asked and Jimin just nod her headn assuring to her bestfriend.

"I'll be okay~"

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY KIM MINJEONG!"

Ninning just pulled the confetti while Aeri blowing the trumpet in joy. Minjeong clapped her hand with her cement wrapped arm after she blew the candles off.

"Happy 23 you dumb ass", Ningning shrugging her bestfriend shoulder teasingly. Minjeong just scoffed with the new nickname.

"Yeah, now that you officially 23 we hope that you won't be dumb anymore", Aeri laughing slightly, reminding Minjeong that she need to be wiser the next time she want to make a decision. Minjeong just smiled at her words.

Hiding the facts that she actually made another dumb decision herself, secretly.

"Gosh I'm so full~", Aeri tapped her own stomach that filled full with pizzas and cakes.

They ordered 1 extreme large pepperoni pizza and the cake finished with no trace. Its a surprise thag 3 girls can eat that much.

"So Jeongie, when will you go back to classes? I bet you need to start class again next week", Ning asked as she tidying up the mess they've made earlier.

"Yeah. How about your work? Did they gave you another week of absence? I'm surprised that your boss was so nice", Aeri continued as she helped Ningning with the pizza boxes.

Minjeong stay silent. She didn't give any answer to both of her friends. Guilt sure hitting her a bit, but she know she need to do this to move on. She thought it was the best decision and she'll not regret whatever the outcome is. She was hesitant to tell 'em, but she need to.

They're the only people lefg inside Minjeong's lonely life.

"I quitted work...", Minjeong said.

Both Aeri and Ning was shocked but only for a moment. They didn't found it strange because Minjeong was loyal with the cafe for 2 years, so maybe the girl mighy find the work was no more fun and decide to seek for another job?

"Oh, really? When?", Ningning ask calmly.

"Yesterday...", Minjeong answered with her low voice.

"Do you want me to pick you up next week? I guess with that arm you can't drive to---"

"I quitted college also"

This time, Minjeong statement gave both of her friend another type of shock. They realized Minjeong trying to tell them something else, beyond quitting the work and college. Ningning stopped her activity, also Aeri did the same.

Both eyes looking at Minjeong full of confusion and concern. Minjeong suddenly looks so down, not on her birthday.

"Why...?", Ningning ask as her hands holding Minjeong's trembling hands gently. Her bestfriend just knew, Minjeong did it again. She made another decision herself again.

"I'll continue my study in Busan next week, and please don't tell Jimin...", Minjeong answered slowly, even manage to display a small sad smile on her face. Ningning just knew it. It must be because of Jimin again.

"For Jimin again?", Ning asked as her eyes start to become watery. Just how much Minjeong need to suffer herself?

"I want to forget. I want to move on, and the best way to do that is to run away from reality", Minjeong answered with her sad smile.

"But... Jeongie. Are you sure about this? You said you loves her?"

Ningning question sure struck her a bit hard. But she admit after all the mess, the heartbreaks, and the scars, she still loves Jimin, eternally maybe. But what can she do? All she've made was scars to herself and she want to forget all of that. For the past 5 years, loving Jimin was great but a pain in her heart. She just want to find peace.

She want to get away from Jimin, eveb tho she love her so much.

"I do love her Ning. I'll always do..."

2 weeks after the incident and Jimin was back at the college. Her counselling and rehab session going on smoothly and Jimin find herself become much more happier than what she was 2 weeks ago.

Aeri was always there with her. She can freely talk to people again. Freely going anywhere she want again. Now Ningning even became her friend. She can do everything she want again, and she was glad that sha can feel peace again.

The only things that she can't do for the moment is meeting Minjeong, and having any other relationship.

After cutting ties with Yeonjun, Jimin swear to herself that she definitely not going to be interested in having any relationship. It scared her to death that once a relationship can turn into a disaster. Also strangely, her mind keep telling her that if she get into any relationship anymore, she will get more hate from Minjeong and Jimin don't want that to happen. She appreciate the younger as much as her lifesaver, and she won't betray her trust anymore.

Minjeong? Jimin don't know why but she never saw Minjeong anymore. Ningning didn't say anything when she asked the girl about Minjeong's whereabouts. Same goes to Aeri. Everytime Jimin mentioning Minjeong's name, both of 'em became quiet.

Even tho Jimin herself was still afraid to face Minjeong, she finds it odd.

After class ended, Jimin was summoned to the dean office and it definitely because of the issue on the field 2 weeks ago. Jimin just sighing heavily, getting ready to accept any punishment she'll get later.

"Come in", the dean said after Jimin knocking on his door.

Taking the seat right across his desk, he pulled out two envelopes from his desk. One with the name Kim Minjeong and the other was Yu Jimin.

But the dean saw startled when he saw Minjeong's and later dumped the letter with the younger girl's name on the trash right beside his desk.

"This is yours", he said when he shoved the letter towards Jimin, but Jimin attention was back on to the dumped letters inside the trash can.

"I'm sorry for being rude sir, but why did you throw Minjeong's letter away? I can let my friend to give it to her personally", Jimin said and the dean lifted his eyebrows.

"She quitted college one week ago. There's no need to give her that letter", he said, and Jimin felt dumbstruck by the sudden statement.

"E-Excuse me, sir?", Jimin called again, trying to make sure if she heard the right thing.

"Kim Minjeong quitted college one week ago. You don't know?", the dean said again, and Jimin felt her legs weaken by itself.

Not again... Not Minjeong again...

Minjeong make her hearts suffocating again.
