Let an inferno

Crackle my skin

Create me a blaze

I'm finally warm in

Let smoke fill my lungs

And heat burn my chest

Let the brimstone

Lay me to rest

Let me dance in this furnace

Let this hearth be my home

Please, let this fire

Warm me, and me alone

Can the flares in my heart

And the debris in my heart

Snap and pop

And tear me apart?

Let them all run

And scream like a mouse

Let them be cowards

While I, lighter in hand, burn in this house
